This article estimates the economic values of changes in water quality of the Paldang Watershed by using the Choice Experiment (CE). The conditional logit model estimation results show that a small improvement in water quality from the 'status quo' level to the level of 'very good' increases average household's monthly utility by 3,157 Won, whereas a water quality degradation down to the 'normal' level gives rise to an increase in the monthly average utility by 9,649 Won. The corresponding social gain and loss of water quality changes to the Metropolitan Area were thus estimated about 285 billion Won and 872 billion Won, respectively. This article seems meaningful in that it resorts to the new water ecosystem classification criteria and indices that are respondent-friendly. They help a CE study like this to overcome one of its critical weakness that the number and contents of attributes of a CE study can quickly add to the information overload problem, especially where the environmental good under investigation is hard for ordinary respondents to understand.

The energy use of forest biomass is crucial to deal with climate change and achieve the carbon-neutral goal. This study aims to analyze the economic feasibility of forest biomass thermal energy facilities and calculate the optimal subsidy level of heat supply to ensure continued operation of the facilities. To achieve this aim, the net present value approach (NPV) and call option price model are adopted considering wood chip price volatilities. The Forest Energy Self-Sufficient Village Project financed by Korea Forest Service is considered as the research case study. In our analysis, when 50% of the initial investment is given to the subsidies and RECs are applied to only power generation, NPV and IRR are both negative and the investment value using the real option model is also zero. We concluded that some heat subsidies should be acknowledged to keep the facilities operating. Besides, the simulation results reveal reliable economic values when the heating subsidy is priced at KRW 0.0248 per kcal.

In this paper, we have tried to evaluate the economic value of technological information. Toward this aim, we have adopted the newly emerging method of contingent valuation which capitalizes on the direct survey through users. The estimated result indicates the strong support for the public activities to provide and diffuse technological information. We also tried to shed light on the implications of the research finding for government technology policy.

화인세라믹의 우수한 공학적 특성으로 인한 최근의 이용가치 증대와 더불어 세라믹의 고정도 가공에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 다이아몬드휠을 이용한 연삭이나 다이아몬드 공구를 이용한 선삭에 의해 세라믹의 고정도 표면생성을 실현시키고자 하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고는 있으나 아직 미흡한 상태에 있다. 따라서 전통적으로 고정도 표면생성에 널리 용되어 온 래핑에 의한 표면다듬질이 현재 행하여지고 있는 일반적인 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 화인세라믹의 고정도 표면생성을 위한 원통래핑 공정의 최적화 방법으로 실험계획법의 한 응용분야인 반응표면분석법을 이용하였으며 그 결과, 적은 재료와 시간으로 능률적이고 체계적인 실험 및 통계적인 분석을 통해서 원통세라믹의 고정도 표면생성을 위한 최적래핑조건을 찾아내었다.

Korean laws use several different terms to refer to seniors. This study looks into how older persons are defined in the laws with an aim to critically review the implications of the naming of older persons. For this goal, the laws that have been enforced since 1948 and those effective as of October 20 in 2011 were subject to analysis. The findings of this research are as the following. Korean laws have used a number of terms, including the terms meaning the old and infirm (nosoeja), old individuals (noin, goryeongja, noyeonja), and the old and weak (noyakja). However, such naming does not seem to be based on age. An analysis of noin and goryeongja, two most common terms used in Korea's legal provisions, shows the difference between social perceptions of seniors and the semantic formation of the terms. For example, noin is used in the context in which seniors are viewed rather negatively as subjects of social protection while goryeongja, a relatively neutral term, is preferred when the law sees the elderly as productive resources. It can be said that the perceived social values on senior citizens are reflected in the laws.

Intangible assets are the important tool which decides upon economic wealth and development of knowledge-information economy. We have to make effective use of intangible assets in order to assure surplus earnings, competitive superiority. The importance of intangible assets, especially patent right, may be properly understood only when their values are assessed adequately. It is very significant to appraise rationally patent right value from finance support, technology transaction, investment decision, M&A, legal proceedings, strategy and etc. Thus the purpose of this study is to evaluate the economic value of a patent right using DCF(Discounted-Cash Flow Method). This paper presents the basic model, related principles and standards of valuation, and then, case analysis of patent right valuation using DCF.

The goal of this study is to estimate economic benefit of restoring ecological stream of Hong Cheon river. The benefit is determined by estimating willingness-to-pay for the value of Hong Cheon river because it is a non-market good which is difficult to be measured in terms of monetary value. Specifically, the spike model, one of the contingent valuation methods, is used to distinguish respondents having zero willingness-to-pay for Hong Cheon river. The results show that a household located near the Hong Cheon river is willing to pay 3,300~4,628 Korean Won per year, while a household not located near the Hong Cheon river is willing to pay 1,308~2,929 Korean Won per year. Thus, total benefit of restoring ecological stream of Hong Cheon river is estimated as 97.6~216.3 billion Korean Won.

1999년 7 월부터 시행된 "전자거래기본법"은 전자문서와 전자거래의 효력을 법적으로 인정하고 있다. 그러나 본 법률이 제정될 당시 UNCITRAL의 전자상거래 모델법(1996)을 그대로 답습하여 영미 법계와 달리 대륙법계인 우리 나라의 실정에는 맞지 않는 조항이 포함되고 법률의 체계도 기본법 체계라고 보기에는 어려운 법률제정체계 문제점도 등장하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 전자문서의 개념과 데이터, 기록물 등의 다른 개념과의 관계 재정립을 통한 전자문서의 정의재조명과 동법에서의 "전자거래" 개념의 해석을 통한 전자거래 개념의 발전방향을 살펴본 후 현재 동법과 전자서명법과의 관계해석을 통해 법제정 추진체계 및 방향에 대하여 검토하였다. 전자문서와 관련해서는 기존의 문서개념과 기능을 생각하건대 현재 각종 법률에서 언급되고 있는 전자문서의 개념은 제한적으로 해석되어야 한다. 문서라는 개념을 넘어서는 새로운 개념도입이 필요하다면, 디지털컨텐츠의 포함한 전자적 기록 내지 전자적 매시지라는 개념도입이 불가피하다. 그러나 이러한 방식은 재산권을 표상하는 정보(컨텐츠, 화폐가치의 정보 등)와 기존의 문서와 서면을 대신하는 정보를 혼합시켜 이해하게 만들어 오히려 해석상 혼란을 가중시킬 수 있다. 따라서 기존의 문서나 서면을 대체하는 '전자문서'라는 개념은 그대로 사용하되, 기타 정책목적상 필요하다고 판단되는 디지털 컨텐츠, 화폐가치를 표상한 정보(전자화폐, 전자자금 정보 등) 등은 개별법률에서 이에 관한 정의를 하고 규율을 하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 전자거래와 관련해서는 본 개념을 전자문서와 관련시켜 파악해서는 안된다는 것을 전제로 강학적 의미로 전자거래의 해석부분은 이해를 하되, 특정한 법률에는 그 법률제정목적에 맞는 전자거래의 개념정의를 통해 법률제정 내지 개정목적을 달성하면 될 것이다. 전자거래를 포괄하는 법률은 가능하지도 않고 이것이 가능하다 하더라도 결국 포함되어야 하는 전자거래 관련 규정을 선별하는 것도 쉽지 않을 것이다.

현재 기술과 정보통신의 발전은 학생들의 학습과정에 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 현재까지의 연구들은 주로 수업에 활용 가능한 기술개발에 치중되어 있었으며, 교사들이 수업을 위해 활용하게 되는 다양한 기술과 교수법에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수업을 진행하고 있는 교사들을 대상으로 교사의 기술사용과 가치, 기술 숙련도를 이해하고 이것이 학생들의 기술통합교육에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구자는 특히 디자인툴들이 빈번히 사용되는 디자인 교육에 있어서의 선생님의 기술통합교육의 중요성을 조사하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 디자인 툴을 이용하여 스튜디오 수업을 진행하고 있는 국내 7개 대학의 스튜디오 수업 담당 교사들을 대상으로 3주에 걸쳐 설문과 면접을 실시하였다. 추가적으로 조사 대상 교사의 수업을 듣는 학생들을 대상으로 교수법에 대한 설문을 병행하였다. 스튜디오 수업의 디자인 과정에서 학생들이 기술툴들을 다양하게 활용하기 위해서는 교사의 학습법이 매우 중요한 요소였으며, 교사들이 디자인툴의 사용에 익숙하고 그것의 활용도를 폭넓게 이해하고 있을 때 학생들의 기술통합수업이 가능하였다.

사회적기업이란 영리기업과 비영리기업의 중간형태로서 사회적기업육성법에서는 취약계층에게 사회서비스 또는 일자리를 제공하여 지역주민의 삶의 질을 높이는 등의 사회적목적을 추구하면서 재화 및 서비스의 생산 혹은 판매 등의 영업활동을 수행하는 기업으로서 고용노동부 장관의 인증을 받은 기업을 말한다. 현재 사회적기업은 2019년 3월말 기준 2,154개의 기업이 활동하고 있다. 사회적기업의 양적증가에 따라서 사회적기업가 리더십과 조직의 존재가치를 설명하는 조직유효성이 중요하다. 조직유효성의 증가하기 위해서, 조직유효성에 미치는 다양한 영향요인들 중에서 어떤 요인이 더 많은 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 기존연구는 사회적기업 조직유효성에 대한 조직문화, 리더십 등 조직 관련 개별요인과 조직유효성과의 관계 파악에 한정하고 있으나 본 연구에서는 소셜미션을 추구하는 사회적가치와 지속가능성을 위한 경제적가치를 추구하는 사회적기업의 특성에 따른 역할 스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 뿐 아니라 리더십, 의사소통, 조직문화의 개별적 요인 뿐 아니라 통합적인 적용을 하고자 한다.
