선체 외판 곡 가공을 위한 목형 제작정보 생성시스템에 관한 연구

  • 현재 국내 대부분 조선소에서는 선박 외판 곡 가공 작업시 곡률이 작은 부재는 일반 낱개 형상의 목형 틀을, 선수 및 선미 구간 중 곡률이 큰 부재는 입체 형상의 목형 틀을 제작하여 선상 가열 작업 중 이를 참조하여 철판의 곡형을 생성한다. 이 중 입체형상의 목형 틀을 상형곡형이라고 한다. 이러한 상형곡형 제작정보를 생성하는 방법은 각 조선소마다 조금씩 다르기는 하지만 대부분이 수작업에 의해서 목형 제작정보를 생성한다. 현장 작업자가 선형도면을 직접 참조해서 작도 및 계산을 통하여 입체형상에 대한 각각의 정보를 수작업으로 산출하거나 또는 설계 작업자가 입체형상 구성에 필요한 모든 단면을 개별적으로 모델링하여 제작정보를 현장에 제공한다. 이 과정에서 작업 공수가 과다 소요되며 수작업에 의한 제작정보 오류가 종종 발생하여 외판 곡 가공 공정에 문제가 발생하기도 한다. 그렇기 때문에 본 연구에서는 상형곡형 제작에 필요한 생산 정보를 설계 작업자 또는 현장 작업자 어느 누구라도 쉽고 간단하게 산출할 수 있도록 생산지원 시스템을 개발하였다. 이로 인해 상형곡형 제작이 필요한 외판부재의 경우 즉시 제작정보를 산출하여 제작하도록 함으로써 작업시간을 비약적으로 절감이 가능하게 될 것이다.

  • A defect dispute surrounding an apartment building is in constant trouble, a defect consulting is necessary that objective and impartial for solving a defect. The defect dispute about a defect lawsuit is conducted in the order that filling of lawsuit, consulting order, defect inspecting, estimating a repairing cost, writing a consulting report, submitting a consulting report, and decision by court. Of these, a step of defect inspecting is extensively investigated an occurred defect that each defect index and type from each part and place. At this time, it is collected of many data and created many information. For this, it need to organize and manage. The study is a modeling of field investigation work process that second phase of defect inspecting step. A literature study is defined a work until level 2. This study is defined the work until level 3 to 4. In addition, the modeling can do for using a job name, a place to job, a job to do, and a person concerned about defect consulting case. The modeling is expected a contribution of improving a defect consulting process and systematizing a judgment standard.

  • With the proliferation of nonlinear loads, high neutral harmonic currents in three-phase four-wire distribution system have been observed. It has been known that the ground impedance has an effect on the neutral currents of a system which operates with harmonics present. On-site measurements of harmonic currents and voltages according to the fall-of-potential method under case study system were made and the ground impedance modeling using the pattern search method for the harmonic analysis was developed The ground impedance model obtained by the proposed method was compared with the frequency characteristics by field tests and has shown appropriate results, and would be applicable to evaluate the harmonic and transient response characteristics of the ground system.

  • When most of the industry and social indirect facilities such as the large structure, power plant or road, rail-road are constructed, the new slope may lead to the slope failure. The failure models for slopes have been developed by using the results of in-situ and laboratory tests to investigate the mechanisms and types of the slope failure. The safety factor of a slope may be obtained based on the proposed model and the slope can be reinforced to meet the design criteria. The slope should be reinforced by using the optimum model that properly reflects the site condition, the method of reinforcement includes the increased safety factor either by decreasing a slope angle or by reinforcing the slope.

  • 강원도 산간지역에 위치한 소하천의 경우 유송잡물 및 토석류에 의하여 교량이 파괴되거나, 통수능이 작아져 댐의 역할을 하게 됨으로 인해 교량 상류지역이 침수피해를 입는 경우가 많이 발생하고 있으며 강원도 산간지역에 설치된 소규모 수공구조물들은 교량의 경우 교각이 많아 경간장이 짧고, 교량 상판이 제방고 보다 낮게 설치되어 있는 등 하천흐름에 장애를 주는 많은 요인들을 내재하고 있어 홍수시 하천유량의 증가에 따른 하천흐름 해석, 유송잡물의 발생원인 및 수공구조물에 미치는 영향들에 관한 판단기준 마련이 시급한 실정이다. 유송잡물의 발생경로는 대부분 산지계류에서 집중호우시 산사태발생에 따른 유목과 토석류 발생이 주원인이 된다. 또한 유송잡물은 큰 홍수시 고수위가 오랜 시간동안 지속될 경우 가장 많이 발생하는데 이때 발생한 유송잡물은 개별적으로 이송되고 일반적으로 하천의 중앙으로 이동하는 경향이 있으며 수심이 깊고 유속이 빠른 곳에 집중된다. 또한 유송잡물은 큰 홍수시 고수위가 오랜 시간동안 지속될 경우 가장 많이 발생하는데 이때 발생한 유송잡물은 개별적으로 이송되고 일반적으로 하천의 중앙으로 이동하는 경향이 있으며 수심이 깊고 유속이 빠른 곳에 집중된다. 본 연구에서는 홍수시 유송잡물 이동특성에 대한 국내 외 문헌조사, 현장피해사례조사 및 현장모니터링 조사를 실시하고 1차원 모형인 HEC-RAS와 2차원 모형인 RMA-2를 이용하여 수리모델링 분석에 따른 수치모의를 실시하고 분석하였다.

  • From numerical modeling test $-{\rho}a$ by one steel casing borehole near resistivity survey line can be acquired. Negative apparent resistivities even in the flat area are surely subsurface information. Inversion technique for those need to be developed in the near future.

  • Laboratory tests were performed on modeling of in situ remediation of contaminated soils by aqueous solution extraction, thus investigating the feasibility of in situ treatments of soil to promote desorption of organic hazardous wastes. The investigation was conducted using phenol, aniline, quinoline, and 2-napthol adsorbed onto a UH40 soil, and various aqueous solutions were used to desorb, or otherwise remove, these organic contaminants. Decontaminants consisted of deionized water as a reference, hydrogen peroxide, acidy, bases, and surfactants. In situ conditions were modeled in the laboratory by permeating potential extracting liquids through reconstituted, contaminated soil specimens under controlled hydraulic gradients and stress condition through flexible wall permeameter tests. Sodium hydroxide desorbed phenol effectively. Aniline was effectively descorbed by nonionic surfactant. Anionic surfactant remediated quinoline and 2-napthol.

  • Proper management of construction productivity is one of the main drivers of project success. This research focuses on the development of a construction productivity analysis system based on Web and OLAP in order to effectively manage construction productivity. Throughout the research effort, a construction productivity analysis system was modeled using IDEFO & ERD techniques and was deployed on the WWW(World Wide Web). Based on the system modeling, this research studies the methodology for system development of construction productivity that can consult the decision of managers on job site.

  • The mass flow rates and performance of natural smoke ventilators in high-rise buildings with 40, 80, 120 stories were evaluated using CONTAMW tool. The results showed that only limited part of smoke ventilators can have positive exhaust flow in high-rise buildings due to stack effect and wind velocities. In the higher story buildings larger stack effect can overcome outside strong wind effect to give more ventilation performance. The air tightness of the building have strong effect on the exhaust performance of the ventilators to give lower performance with loose air tightness of the exterior walls.

Analysis of Effect of Railway Tunnel Excavation on Water Levels of a National Groundwater Monitoring Station in Mokpo, Korea (철도 터널 굴착이 목포용당 국가 지하수 관측소 지하수위에 미친 영향 분석)

  • Effects of railway tunnel excavation on water level at a national groundwater monitoring station in Mokpo were evaluated by field investigation and numerical groundwater modeling. The water level at the station has experienced a decline of about 5 m within 1 year since July 2002. From the field investigation, it was concluded that decrease of precipitation oo increase of grundwater use was not reason for the decline. The Mokpo tunnel of new Honam railway, 70 m apart from the national station, appeared most plausible cause and a period of the tunnel excavation generally well matches up that of the drawdown. To quantify the effects of the tunneling on the water level, a groundwater flow modeling was performed. Especially, a most probable conceptual model was optimized through multiple preliminary simulations of various scenarios because there were few hydrogeological data available for the study area. The optimized model was finally used for the quantification. Based on the field investigation and the numerical simulations, it was concluded that the tunnel excavation was one of the most probable reasons for the substantial water level decline but further hydrogeologic investigation and continuous monitoring are essentially required for the surrounding area.
