건설안전리포트 - 기본과 원칙이 살아있는 '명품' 안전관리

  • 수도 서울의 정중앙 중구. 이곳엔 서울시청을 비롯해 주요 대기업 본사와 유명 호텔, 복합 쇼핑몰 등이 대거 밀집해 있다. 때문에 중구에는 비즈니스의 중심지, 쇼핑의 천국 등의 호칭이 늘 따라붙는다. 하지만 앞으로는 이런 중구에 또 하나의 호칭이 더해질 것으로 보인다. 바로 '주거문화 중심지'가 그것이다. 현재 중구 곳곳에선 뉴타운, 재개발사업 등이 추진 중인 가운데 미래형 주상복합 건물들이 속속 들어서고 있다. 이런 변화의 중심에는 두산중공업이 시공하고 있는 '청계천 두산 위브 더 제니스'가 있다. 이곳은 신당역을 옆에 두고 있는 것은 물론 거대 쇼핑 단지인 동대문도 지척에 두고 있다. 또 일품 산책로인 청계천과도 가깝다. 실로 문화와 환경이 어우러진 일등급 주거지의 탄생이 예고되고 있는 것이다. 그래서일까? 이곳을 시공하고 있는 두산중공업의 자부심은 남다르다. 모든 현장 임직원이 빈틈없는 안전관리로 최고의 작품을 만들겠다는 의지를 불태우고 있는 것이다. '안전'으로 중구의 신 주거명작을 빚고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

  • This study has been reorganizing a standard breakdown structure of temporary technique focused on construction site. For this, first of all we, the authors, reviewed features and present statuss of construction temporary technique, and could develop to the standard breakdown structure through studying a construction site and researching a delphi method. By using the standard breakdown structure obtained from this study, it is expected that the application of to information of construction business and plan to a schedule and a work.

  • Construction IT convergency proposes advanced management abilities of a construction project. Sensing data provided by various sensor technologies can be utilized for diverse management areas. This study analyzes required functions of sensors for implementing time, cost, safety and quality management, focusing on the ground works including excavation, pipe installation, retaining wall etc. Therefore, this study first generates essential management areas, analyzes cutting-edge sensor technologies appropriated for the areas, and finally proposes a matrix system that represents relationships between the management areas and sensor technologies, The proposed system is expected to reinforce construction management abilities by integrating sensor technologies.

  • Recently, the climate change due to global warming, heat wave, heavy snow etc., is rapidly progressing all over the world. This kind of climate change is judged to be affecting a lot in construction industry which has characteristic of outdoor industry. Therefore this study, to prevent death disaster occurring by climate elements at construction site, quantitatively analyzed real condition of death disaster on construction site and suggests basic management direction which to be conducted on the site.

  • In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

  • The construction industry is a representative high levels of hazardous work environment, and the number of disasters in the construction industry is the highest compared to other industries. Information & Communication Technology(ICT) convergence technologies are being introduced worldwide, and this study considers ICT-based safety management cases at domestic and foreign, resulting in a list of technologies to recognize and resolve to construction site hazards. Technologies such as 「Development of hazard map considering cause, age, proficiency, type and timing of accident in construction industry」, 「Development of hazard map-based accident prediction platform using AI」, 「Development of smart safety management plan for whole construction work cycle」, 「Development of intelligent safety devices and smart safety equipment for mitigating hazard factors」 were derived as smart construction technologies that could solve this problem.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve construction cost, time, and field management when constructing a road on soft soil foundation by eliminating extra-banking of subgrade layer after completion of the consolidation process. The subgrade layer was pre-constructed before the soft ground improvement. And then it was confirmed by the field test that the compaction effect was maintained or not after consolidation settlement. As a result of the experiment, all subgrade layers were kept constant except for the top subgrade layer. So it would be advantageous to secure economical and practical in road construction if subgrade layers were constructed exclusive of the top subgrade layer.

  • There is no specific code and/or standard described in the specifications to check verticality for Pre-tensioned Spun High Strength Concrete pile installation process. The most commonly used method for the vertical PHC pile installation is a naked-eye measurement or water level measurement conducted by assistant crew in the construction sites. The main objective of the research is to develop the automated vertical controllable prototype equipment for PHC piles in order to achieve uniform construction qualify as well as improving safety and productivity. The paper explains the literature review on PHC pile and pile installation process, development of prototype, field test of the prototype and its performance evaluation in terms of quality and safety as well as productivity. The results of the research will lead the further researches on the automated pile installation system.

  • This paper intends to develop an assesment technique for the rapid and quantitative evaluation of tunnel safety during tunnel excavation by using displacement measurements. Control criteria for the field measurements are provided at tunnel construction sites in Korea and other countries. However, it was known that the criteria were not clear and varied depending on the construction sites. In order to make a reasonable support for guidelines, critical strain concept is introduced in this study. And the engineering meanings of the critical strain concept are investigated precisely. In order to do this, at first, the engineering meanings of the original concept from the previous researchers was investigated theoretically for the evaluation of tunnel safely. Subsequently displacement data were obtained by using the commercial program, then the evaluation of tunnel safely was conducted with the view point of previous researches. Additionally, strains are determined from the feedback analyses program by inputting measured displacements that were obtained from the commercial program, then the evaluation of tunnel safety was discussed with the critical strain concept. Consequently it can be concluded that the evaluation of tunnel safety can be determined quantitatively and rapidly in the field by introducing the critical strain concept.

  • 절도시설과 같은 광역지역 공사 현장에서는 다양한 요인을 갖는 공종별 위험요소가 존재하고 있으나, 현장에서 이를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안의 수립이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 철도 관련 실무자들을 대강으로 설문조사를 실시하여 공종별 위험 요인을 도출한다. 이를 통해 RBS(Risk Breakdown Structure)를 구축하고 제시된 RBS에 의한 위험도를 산정한 후 이를 기반으로 VR시스템과의 연동 및 위험관리 체계 구축 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 현장에서의 주요 공종별 Risk 위험도를 가상환경에서 구현이 가능하므로 위험요인에 따른 시설의 직관적 파악이 가능하다. 또한 시공자들은 나타난 시각화 정보에 의한 Risk에 대비해 효율적인 공사 관리를 이행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
