Death accidents rates in construction industry is increasing high recently. Such a phenomenon may be seen as a limitation of current management methods and legal actions. Therefore, purpose of this study was to find priorities of construction Workers safety activities related to motivational factors and to check perception differences between construction workers and construction engineers and to find a main factor of workers attitude, behavioral causes and find a way to reduce the accidents causing in construction industry. For the research, we did a survey with construction workers and construction engineers asking about 3 top motivators 'economic, environmental, safety, cultural, and administrative factors' in 21 details. According to the survey, the biggest difference between construction workers and construction engineers was about a working environment and safety cultural factors. Also, workers and engineers were both positive about safety incentive. Based on the results of this study, safety accidents will be reduced through worker-oriented management.

안전은 관리자도 경영주도 아닌 근로자가 중심이 되어 시작될 때 진정한 안전문화가 형성된다. 오늘 찾은 삼성건설 목동트라팰리스 현장이 바로 그런 곳이다. 각종 자연재해의 위험을 미리 예견한다고 하여 영물로 알려진 쥐는 안전을 상징한다. 그래서 인지 2008년은 그 어느때 보다 안전에 대한 관심이 고조될 것으로 예상되는 가운데, 근로자 중심의 건설안전문화를 형성하고 있는 삼성건설 목동트라팰리스 현장에서 우리나라 선진안전의 희망을 보았다.

국내 산업재해 사고 사망자의 상당수가 건설업에서 발생하고 있다. 건설 현장에는 굴삭기, 크레인과 같은 중장비가 많고 높은 곳에서 작업하는 경우가 흔해 위험 요소에 노출될 가능성이 높다. 물리적 사고 외에도 작업 중 발생하는 미세먼지에는 여러 유해 인자가 존재하여 건설근로자들에게 호흡기질환과 같은 직업병을 유발한다. 정부에서는 산업현장 안전 관리의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 각종 산업재해로부터 근로자를 보호하기 위한 법안을 마련하였다. 따라서 건설 현장의 경우 산업재해를 방지하기 위해서 위험요소를 사전에 인지하고 즉각 대응할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능(AI)과 사물인터넷(IoT)을 통한 자동화 기술을 활용하여 24시간 안전 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 IoT 기반 통합안전 관리 시스템은 AI를 적용한 CCTV를 통해 산업 현장을 모니터링하고, 다수의 IoT 센서가 측정한 수치를 근로자 및 관리자가 실시간으로 확인할 수 있게 하여 산업 현장 내 안전사고를 예방한다. 구체적으로 어플리케이션을 통해 미세먼지 농도, 가스 농도, 온도, 습도, 안전모 착용 여부 등을 모니터링할 수 있다. 모니터링 중에 유해물질의 농도가 일정 수치를 넘기거나 안전모를 착용하지 않은 근로자가 발견될 경우 근로자 및 관리자에게 경고 알림을 발송한다. 유해물질 농도는 IoT 센서를 통해 측정하며 안전모 착용 여부는 카메라 센서에 딥러닝 모델을 적용하여 인식하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 통합안전관리시스템을 통해 건설현장을 비롯한 산업현장의 산업재해 감소와 근로자 안전 증진에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

건설현자의 경우 고령근로자가 많고, 현장 구성원의 이동이 잦기 때문에 사고가 많이 발생할 수밖에 없습니다. 하지만 근로자들이 보호구를 착용하고, 현장에서도 안전시설을 확실히 설치해둔다면 그 피해는 크게 줄일 수 있다고 확신합니다. 사고는 한순간의 방심과 과오를 통해 발생합니다. 현장 관계자 모두가 이 사실을 명심하고 항상 기본을 지키는 습관을 가지시기 바랍니다. 또 현장에서는 질 좋은 보호구와 안전시설을 통해 근로자들의 근원적인 안전을 확보해주시기 바랍니다. 우리(주)기성의 30여명 임직원들도 우리나라 산업현장의 특성에 맞는 제품들을 꾸준히 연구 개발해나가면서, 산업 안전을 지키려는 많은 분들의 발걸음에 동참해나가도록 하겠습니다.

In domestic construction site, convenient facilities for worker are much lacking up to now. These things exert negative influences in the occurrence of construction disaster because a safety-aware of worker-self is been lacking ultimately, and 3D(Dirty Dangerous Difficult) evasion phenomenon for construction site spreads more to workers and actuality that is going through manpower problems may be heavier. This research applied sensitivity safety cultural institutions that make aware of worker's sensitivity in spot to search solution way of these problems from resource of human original nature. By the result, there were affirmative sides that sensitivity safety cultures facilities make created a safety-aware during work to worker-self. Also, these facilities gave as member of a constituent by workers, it examined that become many helps in operation efficiency.

작품명은 Hazardous Gas Alarm System이다. 이는 현재 가스 검출기에 대한 단점을 보완하여 현장 근로자가 편안하게 사용할 수 있도록 한다. 주된 기술은 센서를 이용한 수치 측정 및 수집이며 이를 활용하여 근로자에게 대기오염 정도를 알려주고 위험수치를 넘으면 근로자가 쉽게 알 수 있게 할 수 있는 작품이다. 현재 시중에 나와 있는 제품들에 비해 값싸고 사용하기 쉽게 제작 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to prevent fire accidents in advance by deriving prior knowledge among groups about temporary fire-fighting facilities of workers at construction sites and devising appropriate improvement measures. The findings are as follows.First, in the case of fire extinguishers, statistical attention was paid to the contractor, supervisor, partner worker and fire extinguisher manager between designations. 87% of fire managers and 70% of facility supervisors said fire extinguisher management managers needed to be designated for each type of construction, which requires designation of fire extinguisher management managers, frequently checking and relocating. Second, in the case of simple fire extinguishing facilities, statistical attention was paid to the application of penalties for unauthorized use of fire extinguishing facilities with construction companies, supervisors, and business partners.Third, in the case of emergency alarm measures, statistical attention was paid to the application of emergency alarm sound to temporary broadcasting facilities with construction works, supervisors, and business partners.Fourth, in the case of induction, statistical attention was paid to the application of connection between construction works, supervisors, and partner workers, such as passage guidance, emergency lighting, etc.It was found that 65% of construction workers and 55% of electrical workers had different applications such as aisle guidance and emergency lighting for each type of business partner. In order to resolve blind spots such as evacuation zone guidance due to the structure of the building, it is necessary to easily distinguish the direction of the entrance door from a long distance by applying it in conjunction with passage guidance lights and emergency lighting.

2012년 9월부터 건설현장 위험성평가는 안전관리 업무로 의무화되었으나, 해당 근로자가 사전위험성을 추정하고 대책을 수립하여 재해예방 활동으로 연계되기에는 위험성평가 작성부터 어려움이 있다. 위험성평가 운영시스템 구축을 통해 건설현장 근로자가 해당작업의 위험요인 및 안전대책을 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록, 작업 공종 선택만으로 해당작업의 다양한 위험요인과 안전대책을 제시하고, 해당 공종에서 발생한 재해사례를 보여줌으로써 동종 재해 재발방지 대책수립이 가능하도록 시스템을 구축하였다. 이러한 위험성평가 활동의 효과분석을 위해 H건설사의 운영평가에서, 위험성평가 운영시스템 구축 이후 건설현장 근로자가 위험성평가 활용에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 해당공정의 위험요인 추정 및 위험예방 대책 수립이 가능하게 되었으며, 평가기간 동안 재해율 감소에도 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

공공공사 현장의 건설근로자를 대상으로 '건설근로자 노무비 구분관리 및 지급확인제도'가 지난 2012년 1월 1일부터 시행되었다. 이에 따라 발주자, 수급인 하수급인은 노무비(노무비 이외의 대가와 구분된 노무비)를 건설근로자 개인계좌로 매월 지급(구분관리제)하고, 발주자는 개별 건설근로자에게 노무비가 적정하게 지급되었는지를 매월 확인(지급확인제)하고 있다. 본지는 회원사의 노무관리 업무에 도움이 될 수 있도록 '건설근로자 노무비 구분관리 및 지급확인제도'를 자세히 알아본다.

Workers who die from falls at construction sites account for about 40 percent of the total number of deaths and are the main forms of accidents. In addition, as the nation's population structure is gradually aging, the rate of aging is increasing at construction sites, and the number of crashes due to decreased physical function and cognitive ability is increasing. Accordingly, we conducted a survey on the factors affecting the fall of older workers and would like to present more fundamental measures to prevent falls, focusing on older workers who are the victims of the disaster.
