There have been a lot of efforts to adapt climate change around the world, and Korea is no exception. The low carbon green cities for overseas have had many different forms through their own special models and strategies. Korea needs a model and strategy of Korean low carbon green city, which is suitable for Korea climate and topography. This study pays attention to the Pungsu, which is Korean traditional thinking system for space, and examines the way for selecting locations and space planning to create the Korean low carbon green city through the contemporary interpretation of the Pungsu. For this purpose, first of all, this study makes efforts for the contemporary interpretation of the past Pungsu theory from the modern city's perspective, through understanding the difference between the Korea's historic villages(cities) and the modern cities. Based on the contemporary interpretation of the Pungsu theory, this study finds ways of application the system on selecting locations and space planning in the Pungsu theory to create the Korean low carbon green city.

작금의 현대 사회는 바쁜 일상 속 부모들의 관심이 부족한 자녀들에 대한 심리적 안정과 환경 적응력을 위한 색채심리치료의 필요성이 급증하고 있다. 이에 우리는 아동의 그림 등으로 아동의 감성상태를 파악하여야 한다. 현재 진행 중인 감성의 실증적 연구는 크게 심리학적 관점과 공학적 관점에서 이루어지고 있다. 심리학분야에서 이해하고 있는 감성은 감정에 가깝다고 할 수 있고, 한편 공학적 관점에서 이해되는 감성은 '외부의 물리적 자극에 의한 감각, 지각으로부터 인간의 내부에 야기되는 고도의 심리적 체험'으로 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 색채 이미지 공간에서의 단색, 배색의 정보를 활용하여 색채조화를 식별하고, 아동의 그림에서의 심리를 추출해내는 시스템을 제공한다. 우선 색채 이미지공간을 기반으로 감성 데이터베이스를 구축한다. 이후에 영상을 K-Means알고리즘을 이용해 클러스터링 하여 방대한 컬러 값들을 그룹화 시킨 후에 데이터베이스와 매칭을 시켜 감성을 추출해 내고, 아동의 그림에서의 컬러 분포도를 이용하여 아동색채심리를 알아본다.

The purpose of this study is to delve into reinterpretation and categorization of normative meaning of tradition. The normative meaning of tradition which plays a key role of the action-guiding power is the main source of morality. According to ecological cultural approach to diachronic transition of traditional value, traditional value leads its dynamic life: its origin, acculturation, transformation, distortion of traditional value depending upon periodic social change. It is necessary for traditional value to be reinterpreted and categorized, with a view to contributing to attribute & competency of democratic citizen in future society. The normative meaning of traditional value applicable for Korea's future society can be reinterpreted from its origin revealed in the classic. The order of discussion in this paper runs as follows. Firstly, we will investigate into dynamic change of the traditional value on the basis of the ecological cultural perspective and seek the possibility of modern reinterpretation of loyalty & filial piety as representative traditional value. Finally, we will treat the categorization and its significance of traditional value in the frame of Korean value including both western value and Korean traditional value.

This study aims to examine the transformation of the heroic narrative in the successful Korean Wave drama. In this study, TV drama "Descendants of the Sun" which gained tremendous popularity at home and abroad was considered to be an example of the heroic narrative model proposed by Vogler. Further, two analysis points were identified as the critical factor of success: modern transformation and global transformation. Modern transformation is about distinct characteristics of Korea, found in three primary factors of the work: the setting up of a character, the development of events and the background set-up. Global transformation features universal value to attract foreign viewers by lowering cultural discount. In "Descendants of the Sun", humanism is considered to broaden the horizon of the work by affecting above three factors. In conclusion, It is the proper combination of these dual transformations that globalize Korean drama. In this regard, this study will be a meaningful attempt to shed light on the storytelling strategy of Korean dramas in terms of the heroic narrative.

This thesis has an intention to reorganize the topic of Ontology that has not unnoticed, investigating the symbolic signs of Zhuxi. The symbols in Ontology visualize in an anthropomorphic form or a form of animals that we can usually find in the nature. The visible symbols have characteristics of the dynamic rather than the stillness. The symbols of human and a horse have developed as different interpretations depending on the relative importance. The movement of stream symbolize the Movement of Daoti that manifests thorough all things in the Dao and have a structure of 'Ti-Xiang-Yong'. The Substance of Metaphysics embodies an action thorough 'Metaphysics' or 'with Metaphysics'. Accordingly, 'a stream' symbolizes 'the Movement of Daoti' in that it manifests the form of Daoti makes body. A kite and a fish symbolize the form of a kite flies up into the sky and the shape of a fish plays in the pond. These not only represent an outlook on the world, but also symbolize the stage of the Movement of Daoti. 'Human', 'a stream', 'a kite' and 'a fish' include activeness, domination, dynamics, manifestation, visibility, naturalness.

Recently, the importance and requirement for Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) is continuously growing in both korea and foreign countries. This paper tried to analyze on the theoretical trend of CSR and to draw out managemental implications for Korean firms' global CSR strategy by means of comparative case study for the CSR activities of Toyota and Hyundai Motor in China. The results and implications of this study are as follows. First, this study showed that these companies had carried out a systemic legal and ethical responsibility. Second, according to the model of Porter & Kramer and Ibuki Eiko, these companies had recognized the importance of CSR and had recently begun to implement their strategic CSR Third, Toyotas' CSR activities in China are more closely related to auto industry and more strategic in compare with Hyundai Motors' CSR activities in China. Fourth, therefore, the more strategic and long-term planned effective CSR activities of Korean firms in China will be needed in the future.

In order to deeply understand the significance of death aesthetics in contemporary art, this research first summarizes the development process of death aesthetics in art works with popular perspectives, and then classifies and discusses death aesthetics in modern art works. The results of this study are as follows: First, the aesthetic expressions of death are divided into two types: death reproducibility and death symbolism. Death reproducibility includes reproducibility of real objects and reproducibility of imaginary objects. The symbolism of death can be divided into external and internal manifestations. Secondly, in contemporary art, the reproducibility of death through the description of death scenes has increased the various problems and philosophical significance caused by death. Third, in contemporary art, the symbolism meaning of death is not just something directly related to death, it also shows the various psychological states brought about by death. Subsequent research will promote the artists' visual expression of the aesthetics of death in artworks, and the profound changes in meaning that result from it.

This research focuses on the modern social phenomenon on child education which still, heavily focuses on knowledge transfer where in the past, traditional society emphasized its focal point on character education. At this, character education plans from various angles have been performed. However, the timely request for character education is becoming more desperate in demand. Therefore, the research has contemplated on Sohak, which was the foundation of character education in Korean traditional education, and recognized necessity to review its modern values as the convergence era has approached our society. Modernization of Sohak's teachings to approach modern issue of character education in our society will hold significant value because of its creative inheritance of psychological values and culture to children from the traditional society.

By the theories of the physics, the phenomena in the world are understood. And also these theories gave the influence to design the architecture. In this research, the contents which the thought of the physics gives a influence a building design is considered, and try to suggest the interrelation between the physics and architectural design. As the result, the architectural design on the influence of classical physics is based on the homogeneous space and the design focus on the style or form of the building with a geometry plan which is not concerned of the place. On the other hand, contemporary architectural design is based on the thought of the modern physics. By this concepts, the architecture is understood as the area contain the conditions of the circumstance and by interaction between buildings and the environment and by various viewpoints like cubism. And the architecture which is settled recently is shown of the diversity and atypical form.
