In the digital age, innovation is at the heart of information technology development. This paper explores the differences of regional innovation capabilities from within the innovation system from a new perspective. By applying the coupling coordination degree model, the coupling coordination degree analysis is conducted for the three systems of innovation (innovation input, innovation output, and innovation environment) in 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions of China. The results show that: the overall level of coupling coordination degree in China is low, and the number of provinces in good coordination and quality coordination is low number, but they are all distributed in the eastern economically developed regions, showing a high correlation between regional innovation and regional economic development. The overall trend of China's innovation coordination is on the rise. The research results of this paper can provide a new perspective for the evaluation of innovation capability, and also provide an important impact of innovation on promoting the development of ICT industry.

최근 우리나라에서 재배되고 있는 농작물은 지구 온난화 등의 영향으로 점점 북상하고 있다. 이러한 농업 환경의 변화에 적극적으로 대처하기 위해 본 논문에서는 농업 재배지의 환경 데이터를 수집하고 분석하여 현재 농업 재배지에 최적화된 농작물을 추천할 수 있는 농작물 추천 서비스를 제안한다. 이를 위해 농작물 추천 서비스에 활용하기 위해 농업 환경 데이터의 모니터링과 농작물 데이터 관리 스마트팜 모형을 설계 및 구축한다.

대전 충북 충남의 지역혁신협의회에서는 충청권 3개 시도연구원(대전발전연구원, 충남발전연구원, 충북개발연구원)이 참여하는 "충청지역혁신 대장정 2007"의 일환으로 지난 6월 28일 세미나를 개최하였다. 이번 세미나에서는 충청권이 하나 되는 충청발전으로 연계될 수 있도록 구체적이고 실천적인 통로확보를 위하여 충청권 환경협력 방안모색이라는 주제 하에 지역의 환경전문가와 관련 공무원, 그리고 지역대학이 참여하여 열띤 토론이 진행되었다.

기술혁신이란 말을 국어사전에서 찾아보면 새로운 기술 도입으로 일어나는 경제구조 등의 변혁을 이른다고 풀이하고 있다. 1958년 일본정부는「경제백서」를 발간하면서, '기술혁신'이란 말을 처음 사용하여 신어로 정책했다. 그 후 호시노라는 사람이 기술혁신문제를 체계적으로 정리해 "기술혁명이란 프로펠러 비행기에서 제트비행기로, 견사에서 나일론사로 변한 것처럼 어떤 새로운 원리에 의하여 폭발적인 발전을 하는 것을 말한다"고 했다. 그는 기술환경은 기술혁신 중의 혁신을 의미한다고 덧붙였다.

To preserve competitiveness in rapidly changing world military market and to adapt themselves to newly-developed warfare, many developed counties have been readjusting their military organizations and technical procedures. In a private sector, business reengineering and other innovative efforts were made to respond to this change, using structural approaches. In the military sector, the United States is the one leading this move. She has been trying to reorganize her military structure to hold her hegemony in world politics for the coming 21st century. The purpose of this paper, is, (1) to analyze the information technology on the military revolution, (2) to deduce what to be changed, and (3) to infer how to change. The comparison between Korea and U.S. in terms of the real military situation was made to analyze these three research questions. The study was based on the structural contingency theory, one of the environmental analysis models, being introduced to explore the Revolution in Military Affairs(RMA) case in United States and Korea. The conclusion may be summarized as follows; First, information-based society which is characterized by the development of information technology and environmental, complexity and weakness in security affairs will affect the military factors such as the issue of holding information superiority, changing warfare in proportion to the military-scientific development and weakness in military security. This trend will be more deep-rooted and multiple in its influence on the military affairs.

In response to the recent rapid technological and market changes, the importance of the design of ambidextrous organization has been increasingly emphasized as one of the dynamic capabilities. Firms that show a high performance in the rapid technological and market changes appear to design and implement ambidextrous organization successfully. They have achieved both exploitative competence for continuous innovation with product development and exploratory competence for discontinuous innovation with new market and new technologies. We have examined why and how to design and operate ambidextrous organizations and the effects of ambidextrous organizational characteristics on the performance from structural, contextual and leadership perspectives. We conducted case studies on 3 Korean firms that showed different characteristics of industrial product, company size, etc. Longitudinal case studies exhibit different processes of design and operating ambidextrous organization according to innovative strategy and industrial characteristics.

The paper concerns the role model of the local cultural industry agencies, which were established by the local government for the purpose of fostering the regional cultural industries. In this article, the term of the innovative milieu refers to the interaction and network system for the creation, diffusion and application of knowledge. In doing so, the case on the Gyeonggi Digital Content Agency(GDCA), which has managed the Digital Animation Academy and the cultural heritage based digital content development project will be examined in terms of the network between academic and industry. As a result of the case study, it is not certain that the activities and policy programs of the GDCA has affected the improvement of the knowledge and network environment in the field of cultural content industries. This demonstrates industries rather than the innovation system as a whole. In this respect, the paper develops the Cultural Content R & D Network Model for the improvement of the creative partnership among universities, companies and public sector organizations. In addition, the paper suggests that the Digital Animation Academy should be managed in terms of the improvement of the innovative environment of the regional cultural content cluster.

In this paper, as a determining factor of the Environment Kuznets Curve hypothesis, we analyzed the impact of technological innovation. In this paper, in order to empirically validate the role of technological innovation to an inverted U-shaped Environments Kuznets Curve hypothesis, we utilize the 2SLS considering relationship between R&D and the GDP per capita. Also, using the Panel VAR (Panel Vector Auto Regression) model to analyze with what time lag R&D per capita has impact on the emissions of greenhouse gases per capita. Empirical results show that R&D per capita(proxy of innovation) is a important factor to explain Environmental Kuznets Curve hypothesis, and that the external shock such as R&D per capita reduces greenhouse gas emissions per capita with about 3 time lag.

The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of SME members' motivation and creative working environment on innovative behavior and to see differences according to individual absorptive capacity. As a research method for this, 350 copies were collected by requesting a specialized research company for employees who have worked at SMEs for more than a year, and research models and hypotheses were verified with SPSS 28 and Smart PLS 3. As a result of the study, approach motivation and creative work environment had a positive effect on individual innovation behavior, which showed significant differences according to individual absorptive capacity. The implications of this study are summarized as follows. First, for innovative organizational management in SMEs where human resources are more important than physical resources, SMEs need to provide a creative working environment and motivate members to derive positive innovative behavior. Second, innovation behavior differs depending on personal absorptive capacity, and innovation behavior becomes the subject of corporate growth, indicating that various interests and support are needed to increase personal absorptive capacity along with positive motivation for members.

철강산업은 자동차용 강판 공급체인의 총체적 측면에서 볼 때 자동차산업의 핵심 공급자로서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 1990년대 초반 이후 자동차용 바디 제조공정에 테일러 웰디드 브랭크, 하이드로포밍 등 첨단금속소재 가공기술이 다양한 부위에 널리 적용되고 있다. 한편 자동차업계 및 철강업계는 설비 공급과잉에 따른 치열한 생존경쟁이 전개되는 가운데 이들 업계를 둘러싼 경영환경이 급속히 변화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술혁신 및 경영 환경변화가 급속하게 전개되는 글로벌 마켓에서 자동차 바디용 강판 공급체인 상의 철강업체 역할 변화를 고려하고자 한다. 철강산업은 완성차업체 및 자동차 최종고객을 만족시키기 위한 원가절감 전략을 구현하는 동시에 소재 프로세싱 분야에 대한 기술역량을 축적하여야 한다. 이것이 현재 경쟁업체, 신규진입업체 및 대체 소재산업들과의 경쟁환경에서의 철강업체의 성공전략이다.
