Healthcare Application for Mobile Collaboration Environment based on DOGF (DOGF 기반의 모바일 협업 환경에 의한 헬스케어 응용)

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 장치 간 협업 환경에 의한 헬스케어 응용에 대해 기술한다. 헬스케어 응용은 병원의 간호사 기록업무를 줄이고, 쾌적한 병실을 위한 가전제어를 위한 응용이다. 이를 위해 모바일 협업 프레임워크에 대해 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 모바일 협업 환경을 구성하는 센서, 디바이스, 서버간의 상호작용에 대해 기술하였다. 특히, 모바일 장치에 대해 고정형과 이동형 디바이스로 구분하고, 이들간의 상호작용을 위한 정보 교환 방법을 정의하였다. 이를 기반으로 병원의 병실에 대한 물리적인 환경을 기반으로 헬스케어 응용 시나리오를 작성하였다. 또한, 각 병실에 대한 환경 정보와 환자의 건강 정보 수집을 위한 센서 그리고 고정형 디바이스와 이동형 디바이스의 상호작용 그리고 홈 서버와 상호작용에 대한 헬스케어 응용을 구현하여 수행성을 각 GUI를 통해 검증하였다.

  • 모바일 헬스케어는 다양한 스마트 디바이스를 활용한 개인건강관리 기술을 말한다. 특히 스마트폰 보급과 근거리 무선 통신 기술의 발전으로 모바일 헬스케어와 관련한 여러 디바이스와 서비스들이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 디바이스와 서비스들이 대부분 자체적인 규격에 의해 굿현 되고 있으며 이로인해 기기 간 호환이 안 되고 서비스가 종속되는 등의 문제가 있다. 특히 규제가 엄격한 의료 서비스와 거리를 둔 일상적 생활에서의 건강관리 기기나 서비스들은 그 문제가 더욱 심각하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 모바일 헬스케어 환경에서의 문제점 해결을 위한 표준 요소와 그 현황에 대해 살펴보고 관련 표준의 모바일 헬스케어 적용 모델을 제안 한다.

Exploratory Study on Acceptance Intention of Mobile Devices and Applications for Healthcare Services (헬스케어 서비스를 위한 모바일 디바이스 및 어플리케이션 수용의도에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study aims to examine the preferred device types, the difference of device properties by service types, and acceptance intention for applications and willingness to pay for healthcare services. To attain this goal, this research conducted a survey targeted to the subjects of those concerned in hospitals and medical institutions, the aged and patients with chronic disease, and consumers having interest in health maintenance. According to the result of the analysis, acceptance intention for mobile devices for healthcare services was high in general. And patients with chronic disease and those concerned in hospitals showed high acceptance intention. Smart phones were preferred the most in the support of healthcare services. And there was the difference of device properties by service types, and in health maintenance, easiness and playfulness were somewhat high. Acceptance intention for mobile applications was rather high in personal use, and regarding the properties, personal information protection was valued highly.

  • Customized medical care and services timely providing effective prevention and treatment by collecting and using individuals' biomedical data are recently possible and utilized for users' health care. They are developed as the real-time health care services and information is provided to individuals by using smart phones, PC, tablet, etc. Interactive communication is supported by informing managers of analysis data and results, through collected data. It is therefore the time for constructing health care. This study attempts to prepare for patent applications of technical development at this time, by analyzing the tendency of smart wearable health care technologies, including biological signal-based health care devices and real-time health care system. Patents regarding smart wearable health care technologies were reported to have the relatively higher concentration of research development. Korea focuses on patent activities for real-time health care systems across the intervals of analysis, while U.S and European countries actively make efforts for patent activities regarding health care devices Japan conduct patent activities across health care devices and systems, based on bio-technologies. Korea has recently dominated the market of patents for bio-technologies-based health care devices and real-time health care devices and also appears to secure patents for the technologies and the market, so entry barriers to the market of smart wearable health care technologies are determined to be higher in Korea. It is important to establish the portfolios of patents, by securing patent rights for the figures of products, manufacturing methods and other related technical systems, if technologies are planned to be commercialized.

A Study on the Recognition and Demand of Teachers and Parents of Using IoT Health-Care Devices in Day-Care Centers (어린이집에서의 IoT 헬스케어 디바이스 활용에 대한 교사와 부모의 인식 및 요구)

  • This study was conducted to examine the awareness and demands of parents and teachers on the use of IoT healthcare devices at daycare centers. A survey was conducted on 200 teachers and 200 parents. Collected data were analyzed by Frequency analysis, t-test, 𝑥2, using the SPSS WIN 22.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, teachers showed a higher level of preference for using IoT healthcare devices as they showed positive perception and support compared to parents, and showed higher recognition of information leakage than parents. Second, teachers and parents were most hoping to use IoT healthcare devices at emergency response in daycare-centers and had the highest demands for wearable devices. As a result of the both parents and teachers demand cost-sharing. Based on the results of this study, the possibility of utilizing IoT healthcare devices in daycare centers were discussed.

In particular, increase in aging society korea and whole world peoples want to treat whenever and wherever rather than go to the hospital.   • 몸에 착용할 수 있는 컴퓨터인 웨어러블 디바이스의 기능이 구글 글래스와 애플 워치 이후 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있다. 특히 헬스케어 분야에서 엄청난 속도로 진화하고 있다. 구글은 스마트 워치로 자기장을 주면서 암세포를 손목밴드에서 파괴시킬 수 있는 내용의 특허를 내고, 실용화에 박차를 가하고 있다. 헬스케어 웨어러블 디바이스에서 측정되는 모든 개인 생체정보가 데이터베이스로 연결되고, 이 빅데이터가 건강관리와 예방치료에 활용되면 청춘 100세, 수명 120시대는 달성될 수 있다는 전망이다. 하루가 멀다하고 신제품, 신기술이 발표되고 있는 헬스케어용 웨어러블 디바이스의 최근의 개발 동향 및 응용 현황에 대해 정리하여 보았다.

  • In the environment of Internet of Things (IoT), IoT devices are limited by physical components such as power supply and memory, and also limited to their network performance in bandwidth, wireless channel, throughput, payload, etc. Despite these limitations, resources of IoT devices are shared with other IoT devices. Especially, remote management of the information of devices and patients are very important for the IoT healthcare service, moreover, providing the interoperability between the healthcare device and healthcare platform is essential. To meet these requirements, format of the message and the expressions for the data information and data transmission need to comply with suitable international standards for the IoT environment. However, the ISO/IEEE 11073 PHD (Personal Healthcare Device) standards, the existing international standards for the transmission of health informatics, does not consider the IoT environment, and therefore it is difficult to be applied for the IoT healthcare service. For this matter, we have designed and implemented the IoT healthcare system by applying the oneM2M, standards for the Internet of Things, and ISO/IEEE 11073 DIM (Domain Information Model), standards for the transmission of health informatics. For the implementation, the OM2M platform, which is based on the oneM2M standards, has been used. To evaluate the efficiency of transfer syntaxes between the healthcare device and OM2M platform, we have implemented comparative performance evaluation between HTTP and CoAP, and also between XML and JSON by comparing the packet size and number of packets in one transaction.

  • 헬스케어 웨어러블 디바이스(Healthcare Wearrable Device)는 신체에 부착하거나 신체의 한 부분으로 결합시켜 인체의 건강에 대하여 사용자의 의지에 따라 관리 할 수 있도록 돕는 모든 기기를 의미하며 한때 웨어러블 기기에 대한 소비자들의 관심이 높아 많은 종류의 디바이스 개발 및 상품이 나왔으나 사용자들의 사용빈도와 새로운 사용자의 감소가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 사용자로써 감소에 대한 원인 분석 및 대책 방안 마련을 위한 연구이다.
