태스크포스팀의 구성원들은 이전 조직에서 가졌던 역할 권한과 태스크포스팀으로 파견되어 갖게 되는 역할 권한 등으로 해서 복합적인 접근권한을 갖게 된다. 예를 들어 어떤 사용자가 어떤 객체에 대해 접근이 허가된 접근권한과 접근이 불허된 접근권한을 각각 다른 역할을 통해 갖게 되었음 때 사용자가 객체를 접근 하고자 할 때 이를 허용할 것이지 불허할 것인지 둘 중의 하나를 결정해 주어야 하는데 이를 권한 충돌 해결이라 한다. 권한 충돌 해결을 위해 많은 연구가 있어 왔으나 태스크포스팀과 같은 임시조직과 기존의 관료제 조직이 병존하는 상황에서 어떤 자원에 대한 접근 요구시 시스템에 의해 즉시 권한충돌 문제를 해결해 접근허가 여부를 판단해 줄 수 있는 방법으로는 적합하지 못했다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 관료제 조직과 태스크포스팀 조직과 같이 서로 다른 특성을 갖는 조직이 병존하는 환경에서 발생하는 권한충돌 문제를 해결하고자 한다.

The Employment Permit System (EPS), a system of bringing in low-skilled foreign workers, has been implemented since 2004 to relieve labor shortages in SMEs. Despite the increasing number of foreign workers under this system, due to lack of research we have very limited managerial understanding. Moreover, previous studies focused on economic or legal perspectives, which calls for a different perspective of business and management. In this study, we examined how to foster organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) of low-skilled immigrant workers at the workplace by integrating two analytical frames-social support from management studies and cultural adjustment from immigrant literature. We tested our model using a sample of 661 immigrant workers from 11 countries working in Korea. Our results indicated that, social support perception triggered not only a direct effect on organizational citizenship behaviors of immigrant workers but also indirect effects via the level of cultural adaptation. Our findings indicated that two views are all meaningful in explaining OCB of immigrants, and provided practical implications to SMEs using EPS.

현재 유일하게 AIDS 치료제로 허가된 AZT를 비롯하여 항 virus 효과를 나타내는 약물의 대부분은 구조적으로 Nucleoside계에 속하는 화합물로서 수많은 약리학적 연구 및 합성 화학적 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 특히 합성 화학적 측면에서 이들 화합물의 합성은 크게 두 가지로 나누어지는데 그것은 Sugar 부위의 변형을 통한 방법과 염기 부위의 변형을 통한 방법에 의해 새로운 항 바이러스제를 개발하는 것이다. 최근의 연구 동향에 있어서 주목할 만한 변화의 하나는 Sugar 부위의 구조적 변형을 시도하는데 있어서 종래의 5원환 형태에서 환이개열된 형태의 Acyclic Nucleoside에 대한 연구가 이루어져 좋은 효과를 거두고 있다는 사실이다. Acyclovir, Ganciclovir 등의 개발이 그것이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 Acyclic Nucleoside계의 새로운 항 virus제를 합성하여 그 생리 활성을 검색하고자 한다.

삽교호는 금강 하류부에서 해수의 역류에 의한 염수 침입에 따른 염해방지와 유역에 필요한 담수를 확보하기 위하여 만들어졌다. 방조제는 조위 상승에 따른 해수의 침임을 방 할 뿐만 아니라 홍수 시에는 배수갑문의 인위적인 조작을 통해서 과다한 홍수량을 바다로 배제하여 상류유역의 홍수피해를 방지하고 있다. 방조제로 인하여 기존에 염해로 인하여 취수할 수 없던 하천구간에서의 취수가 가능하게 되었으며, 일정한 수위로 관리되도록 함으로써 상당량의 농업용수를 확보하게 되었으나, 댐과는 달리 허가를 위해 가용한 유량이 얼마인지 판단을 해본 적이 없다. 그것은 방조제의 방류량이 댐의 방류량과는 달라서 조석의 영향을 매우 크게 받기 때문에 단순한 물수지 분석 등으로 이를 모의하기가 힘들기 때문이다. 게다가 1일 2회의 조석이 발생하므로 1일단위의 물수지 분석은 어려운 현실이다. 방조제의 공급능력을 고려하지 않고 물수지 분석을 하게 되면, 취수하고 있는 용수는 추가적으로 확보되는 물을 사용하는 것이 아니라 자연하천에서의 물을 사용하는 것으로 분석된다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해서는 방조제가 공급 가능한 가용허가수량이 얼마인지 분석하고 이를 물수지 분석에 반영해 줄 수 있도록 해야 할것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 조위예측방법 및 수문조작 방법등 주요 모의 알고리즘을 이용하여 물수지 분석 모형을 개발하고 수자원장기종합계획의 일별자연유출량 자료에 대해 물수지 분석을 수행함으로써 삽교천방조제의 수리권 가용수량에 대해 추정하여 보았다. 적용 결과 삽교천방조제에 의해 기존의 갈수량인 $4.9m^3$/초 외에 안정성이 요구되는 생 공용수로 약 $4.2m^3$/초의 유량과, 제한적인 시기만 사용하는 농업전용으로 약 $10.3m^3$/초의 유량이 공급 가능할 것으로 나타났다.

The contents and scope of this study are to analyze the problems of the current radio service and radio station classification system, and to investigate the radio wave management cases in the United States to provide a reasonable and efficient radio wave management method. The results of this study can be used as basic data when revising the legal system regarding radio wave enforcement regulations, radio service and radio station classification standards. It is expected that in the future, a detailed commentary on the definition and classification system of new radio / radio stations will be prepared to increase policy compliance in practice, while contributing to enhancing the consistency and efficiency of radio station licensing and inspection.

Recently there has been a trend of hiring more foreign labors in the Korean construction sites after the introduction of the government policy for foreign workers since 2007, called Employment Permit System(EPS). With the trend in the sites, the skilled and unskilled foreign workers would have become a main resource in the construction site workforce. This study aims to analyzing the effectiveness and the reality of working status for the foreign workforce. In doing so, both mail questionnaire survey and face to face interview with site managers and foreign labors in 38 apartment construction sites around Seoul region have been performed. The results of survey has been compared to the former research, which has been done for foreign labors hired under the old government policy, called Industrial Trainee System. This study found that there still exist many problems in reality of utilizing foreign workers in the sites, and proposed various recommendations for the effective use of foreign labors in the Korean construction industry.
