This study discusses the meanings of nationality in information behaviour. In this study nationality was represented by citizenship and group personality(here, dependency) Surveys were conducted for data collection, and a questionnaire were completed by 331 participants(158 Korean students and 183 Japanese students). Simple frequency tests and chi-square tests were conducted to examine the proposed relation between citizenship and information behavior, that between dependency and information behavior. Also conducted was two-way ANOVA test to examine the relative significance of two independent variables(citizenship and dependency) in information behavior. The results of chi-square tests showed that both variables have statistically significant relationship with information behavior although the relationship was partially significant. And the results of ANOVA test showed that between the two variables, citizenship was more significant than dependency.

Regulatory agencies' response to resource constraints is an important issue in terms of regulatory effectiveness, but systematic research is lacking. As an effort to overcome this limitation, this study was to explore behaviors of regulatory agencies in response to resource constraints. Reviewing the precedent studies based on regulatory and organizational theories, the study suggested the potential behaviors of regulatory agencies under resource constraints: changes in regulatory processes, changes in enforcement methods, decoupling, and regulatory delegation and contracting-out. The study also discussed the realistic explanations of the response behaviors partly through the case of marine transportation regulation, and explained the problems that the regulatory agency's behaviors could bring about. Based on the findings, the study suggested that the regulatory framework should be designed to ensure the effectiveness of the regulatory system in consideration of the regulatory agencies' behaviors under resource constraints. The study is expected to contribute to developing a theoretical analysis framework ultimately for an empirical study in the future.

본 연구에서는 한국 주식시장에서의 주가행태가 Froot-Obstfeld(1991)의 내재적 거품모형(intrinsic bubbles model)과 일관성을 갖는지의 여부를 규명하기 위하여, 실질주가와 실질배당의 연별 및 분기별 시계열자료를 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석에 이용된 표본기간이 짧다는 점과 배당금 추정상의 잠재적인 오차가 본 연구의 실증분석 결과의 적극적인 해석을 제약하고 있으나, 전통적인 주가결정모형으로서의 현재가치모형은 일관성 있게 기각되고 있으며, 내재적 거품모형도 한국 주식시장에서의 주가행태와 일관성을 갖지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 우리나라 주식시장에 다음과 같은 시사점을 주는 것으로 생각된다. 기업의 배당정책이 액면 배당 일변도로 이루어지는 우리나라의 실정에 비추어 볼 때 기본적 가치 (fundamentals)로서 배당을 중시하는 주가결정모형은 애초부터 한계를 가질 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 본 연구에서의 실증분석 결과가 배당의 비정상성(nonstationarity)에 의거한 주가결정 모형들을 기각하는 것 이라면, 앞으로의 연구과제는 우리나라의 주가행태와 일관성을 갖는 주가결정 모형을 개발하는 일이 될 것이다.

본 동향은 ITU-T의 IPTV-GSI(Global Standardization Initiatives)에서 표준 문서로 개발되고 있는 이용행태 측정 표준기술 동향에 대하여 소개한다. 이용행태 측정 시 단말 제조사 및 IPTV 사업자들마다 개별적인 방식을 사용하는 이유로 측정 데이터 또한 개인의 선호도나 취향을 파악하기에는 부족한 부분이 있고 상호 규격 또한 맞지 않아서 사용자의 이용행태 정보를 기반으로 한 서비스들이 제한적으로 밖에 제공되지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 개인의 이용행태 정보 수집을 위한 표준기술이 요구되었으며 유럽 표준기구인 ETSI(European Telecommunications Standards Institute) 등에서 일부 진행되고 있기는 하지만 아직 초보적인 단계이고, 현재 ITU-T IPTV-GSI에서 AM(Audience Measurement)이라는 이슈로 활발하게 표준을 개발 중에 있다. 또한, 스마트TV와 스마트폰과 같은 미디어 환경의 발전에 따라 AM의 서비스 대상은 확장되어야 할 시점에 놓여있다. 본고에서는 ITU-T IPTV-GSI의 AM 표준과 이에 관련된 표준들이 다루고 있는 내용들, 그리고 현재까지의 표준화 동향을 분석하여 향후 표준화 방향 및 흐름을 파악하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between personal traits and information behavior theoretically. Personal traits are often represented by "major type of personality found in an ethnic group or society" and measured by both degrees of affection and dependency in this study. In turn, information behavior is used to include unique features in information needs, information seeking, information source preference, and information searching pattern in library and internet. The data was collected through a survey with 162 college freshmen, and analyzed for both frequency test and Chi-square test. The major research result shows that dependency rather than affection has a statistically meaningful relation with information behavior, in particular, information needs and source preference. Also made are several methodological suggestions for further research.

본 논문은 ATIS의 효과를 평가할 수 있도록 교통정보제공에 따른 운전자의 노선선택 행태자료를 수집할 수 있는 시뮬레이터 개발에 관한 것이다. 현재 이러한 행태자료를 수집하기 위해서 설문지에 의한 SP(Stated Preference) 설문조사가 널리 수행되어지고 있으나 이러한 설문조사방법은 ATIS와 같은 가상의 환경을 응답자에게 이해시킬 수 있는 설문지를 작성하기가 힘들고, 무엇보다 운전중에 느끼게 되는 time pressure를 현실적으로 반영하지 못하기 때문에 신뢰성있는 자료를 수집하는데 어려움이 있다. 시뮬레이터는 보다 현실적인 교통상황을 계산하고 적절한 인터페이스 구성을 통해 교통상황과 분석자의 설문 의도를 응답자에게 효과적으로 인지시킬 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서 세 가지 모듈(교통 시뮬레이션 모듈, 데이터베이스 모듈, 이용자 인터페이스 모듈)로 구성된 프로토타입 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 개발된 프로토타입의 유용성을 알아보기 위해 실제로 실시간 교통정보가 제공되는 작은 네트워크를 대상으로 파일럿 테스트를 수행하였고, 수집된 자료는 discrete choice model을 정산하는데 사용하였으며 그 분석결과는 상당히 합리적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 이러한 시뮬레이터는 교통정보전략에 따른 효과를 사전에 분석해보고, 효과적인 교통정보시스템을 설계 및 운영하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

생산 시스템은 일반적으로 규모가 크고 복잡하며 동시 발생적인 특성을 가지는 경우가 많다. 이러한 특징은 시스템의 행태를 사전에 분석하고 시뮬레이션하기 위한 모델링에 많은 어려움을 가져오게 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 어려움을 해결하기 위하여 객체지향 페트리네트를 이용한 생산시스템 모델링 및 분석 도구를 제사한 것이다. 기본적인 구조는 페트리네트를 객체의 개념으로 구성하는 것이다. 객체의 개념으로 페트리네트를 구성하고 시스템의 행태는 객체간의 메시지 교환과 객체내의 행태로 표현된다. 시스템 분석에 있어서는 객체간의 메시지 전달관계와 객체내의 행태 분석 등이 가능하다. 대상 시스템이 객체의 클래스 개념으로 구성되기 때문에 복잡도가 많이 감소될 수 있다. 특히 본 논문에서는 상속성의 개념을 객체 지향 페트리네트에서 어떻게 구현할 것인가에 대한 방법과 분석 방법이 제시되었다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the actual behavior of foreign students health behavior and toothbrush behavior, analyze the relationship with health beliefs, and prepare basic materials for maintaining and promoting foreign students health. Analyzed with the SPSS WIN 12.0 program and gained meaningful results(p<.05). The gross average of health beliefs was 3.71.Perceived sensitivity mean was 2.99, perceived seriousness mean was 3.47 and perceived profitability mean was the highest at 4.35.In the case of Health beliefs according to health behavior and oral health behavior, perceived sensitivity and health beliefs was high in non-drinking. Perceived profitability and health beliefs was high in non-smoking. Health beliefs, perceived importance and profitability were high at the replacement time of brushing where the crust was sensitive in the range of brushing. In the brushing range, perceived sensitivity was high. In the brushing exchange cycle, health beliefs, perceived seriousness and perceived profitability were high. As a result of regression analysis, non-smoking(p=.009), brushing exchange time was 1-3 months (p=.000), health belief was high. A comprehensive systematic education of appropriate health and brushing behavior will be carried out for international student health promotion.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the information behavior of Korean college students as related to their process of learning activities, and to provide the essential data for improving the service quality of Korean academic libraries. To the end, discussed in details are (1) classifying the everyday learning activities of college students into six types and finding out the special features of their information needs and seeking behavior, (2) figuring out the meanings and use-patterns of academic libraries in their everyday learning, and (3) developing the variables influencing their library use behavior and testing the relationship between such variables and library use behavior. The data were collected through a survey with 290 college students, and analyzed for both frequency test and Chi-square test for the discussion.

This study assesses user attitudes towards electronic academic journals and suggests management issues for users and information managers. To reveal academic scholars' user attitudes, this paper is an attempt to survey the concepts of electronic journals, thoughts, perceptions and experiences of a sample of university faculty. Based upon various aspects of user attitudes, this study derives effective management techniques for electronic academic journals in library and information center.
