본 연구는 조직관리자의 조직 내부 및 외부관리 노력과 관리경력 등 관리자의 개인적 특성이 조직구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 분석을 실시한다. 층화군집추출로 표집된 한국의 150개 중학교에 대해 3년간 학교, 교장 및 교사 조사를 통해 얻어진 다중원천 자료에 근거하여 위계적 선형모형(HLM)분석을 실시한 결과, 조직관리자인 교장의 관리경력 등 개인적 특성과 함께 교장의 내부관리 노력과 상부기관 및 학부모 등 주요 이해관계자에 대한 의견수렴 등 외부관리 노력이 모두 교사들의 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과는 선행연구에서 제시하는 개인 및 조직수준 직무만족 설명변수들인 교사의 인구통계학적 특성, 직무동기, 자기효능감, 학교유형, 조직규모, 소재지역, 학교자원 등을 모두 통제한 상태에서 나타났다는 점에서 최근 공공관리 문헌에서 주목받고 있는 관리가 중요하다(management matters)는 주장의 한국적 맥락에서의 타당성을 지지하고 있다.

According as information-oriented society is propelled, development of various information security systems is achieved, and introduction of information security system is increasing for service offer securing from nation and public institution. In particular, government information system is increasing interest about security assessment service of government information system because verification about security is weighed first of all. Accordingly, study about various security assessment services is preceded in domestic and overseas. In this paper, analyze security assessment service of Britain and Canada, and we proposed about pre-qualification introduction plan of government information system that can offer user of nation and public institution reliability.

The purpose of this study is to analyze an effect for the resident satisfaction and quality of life against public administrative service to provide for community residents by the rural-urban consolidation community in the case of 3 cities (Sunchon, Gwangyang, Naju) that have consolidated since January 1995 and Yeosu city that has consolidated in March 1998. This study attempted to empirical survey and analyzed 270 number of 4 cities residents samples in Jeollanamdo through SPSSWIN. As a result of this factor analysis, equality of public administrative service, counterplan of residents, efficiency and access of administrative organ are showed as factors are associated with the satisfying degree of public administrative services for community residents.

The requirement of high efficiency and low emission for marine diesel engines are being enforced because of air pollution and climate change on the earth. In connection with these, many new technologies are considered. But they are mainly for new building ship. It is necessary to be concerned about the improvement of engine performance for existing ship. In this paper, the simulation program for performance of marine two-stroke diesel engine was developed to predict the deteriorating performance according to elapsed time for existing ship. The result was compared with the result of the program named TOP-CODE which was used by engine maker and checked to be shown good agreement between them.

지난해 우리 협회와 부산시가 행정쇄신 과제중의 하나로 제안한 기계설비공사 분리발주가 행정쇄진 위원회에서 결정$\cdot$통과돼 지난 6월 30일 재무부가 예산회계법시행령을 개정해 발주기관이 기계설비공종을 건축에서 별도로 분리발주할 수 있도록 했다.

2006년 07월 정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운용을 지원하기 위해 ITA/EA 구축이 법제화 된 이후 ITA/EA 구축 기관의 수가 급격히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 행정안전부의 자료에 따르면 2007년 10월 기준으로 약 36개 기관이 ITA/EA를 도입하였으며, 향후 총 49개 중앙행정기관, 총 16개 광역지방자치단체가 ITA/EA 도입계획을 제출하였다. 향후 5년간($2007{\sim}2011$) 약 1900억 원에 이르는 소요예산이 계획되어 있다. 그러나 활발한 구축 열기에 비해 기 구축된 아키텍처 정보의 관리 및 활용에 대해서는 다소 미흡한 부분이 있다. 행정안전부가 발표한 ITA/EA 기 구축 기관의 ITA 성숙도 측정결과 총 4개의 성숙도 측정 영역(투입, 산출, 관리, 활용) 중 "관리", "활용" 두개 영역의 성숙도가 가장 떨어지는 사실이 이를 반증하는 결과이다. 이러한 이유로 아키텍처 정보의 관리 및 활용에 대한 이슈는 최근 ITA/EA 추진하는 조직의 최대 관심사가 되고 있다. 넥스젠엔씨지는 이러한 현행의 ITA/EA 추진의 이슈를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 기 구축된 아키텍처 정보의 현행화를 위한 ITA/EA 현행화 프레임워크(NAMF)와 구체적인 현행화 절차를 개발하였다. 또한 최근 이를 적용하여 대규모 아키텍처 정보에 대한 현행화를 완료하였다. 넥스젠엔씨지의 아키텍처 현행화 방법론과 적용 사례는 현재 ITA/EA 도입을 계획하거나, 기 도입한 조직의 아키텍처 정보 현행화 이슈 해결하는데 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.
