부당공동행위 관련제도의 전반적인 변화과정에서 논란의 소지가 있는 과징금 및 손해배상제도에 대한 경제적.법리적 분석을 통하여 부당공동행위에 대한 실질적이고 합리적인 규제의 틀을 모색할 필요가 있다. 나아가 과징금부과처분에 대한 관련 취소청구소송사례들에서 나타난 재량권 남용과 일탈을 줄이기 위한 적절한 방안도 모색되어야 한다.

Management of geo-workflow's changes is one of growing issues and requires more advanced ways and methods to deal with heterogeneous modifications and interactions of process, activity and event over time. A few dominant workflow models have coped with these subjects. There is, however, little consensus for explanation of six dimensions with regard to actor, activity, space, time, reason and effect. This study begins with examining environments of six dimensions and the Hexad model is proposed to elucidate the causes and results of a wide variety of geo-processes and activities. In this paper, we will introduce Hexad Object Activity Model making it possible to interpret manifest motivations, conditions and actions. Full descriptions of six dimensions are often useful for applying to the handling of diverse activities particularly requiring to clarify actor's goal and role at a specific time and space.

This paper analyzes the drought and restriction on water supply in Taebaek City during the winter season in 2008 using Actor-Network Theory. Actor-Network Theory emphasizes and brings into view the role and act of non-human actors as well as human actors in various environmental issues. The fact that only Taebaek experienced restriction on water supply for 88 days although the winter season drought in 2008 affected the whole nation, requires a synthetic analysis of both human and non-human actors and their relationships and networks embedded in Taebaek City at that time. This paper shows that both human and non-human actors including Taebaek City Hall, Korea Water Resource Corporation, Taebaek citizen, the water supply facilities, Gwangdongdam, obsolete water pipes, the topography of Taebaek, soil, the change of industry, and population interact one another transforming the geography of water in Taebaek. This study helps to understand the complex processes related to drought disasters at a specific local scale and to provide appropriate measures to drought.

웨어러블 디바이스의 등장과 여러종류의 센서탑재로 행위데이터를 수집하는것이 수월해졌다. 행위패턴 모델링에 앞서 사용자의 행위에따른 신호변화와 신호패턴을 파악하기위해 분석을 실시하였다. Moto360의 3축 가속도 센서를 이용 사용자에 행위에대한 센서신호값을 수집하여 행위에따른 신호값을 수집하였으며, 수집된 신호값과 신호값으로부터 SVM(Signal Vector Magnitude)값을 구해 사용자의 각 행위들에 대해 신호값과 SVM값의 특징을 분석하여 측정 신호값으로부터 행위를 인식할수 있도록 시도하였다.

CNS의 인간공학적 실험 평가 항목중 중요 요소의 하나인 운전원의 인지적 작업부하(정보입력, 의사결정, 및 정서적 부하)를 평가하기 위해 인지적부하를 부과할 수 있는 사건 시나리오 구성방법, 피실험자에 대한 훈련 방법, 실험과 디브리핑을 통한 운전원 행위 및 사건 경위 기록 체계를 개발하였다. 운전원 행위자료 데이타베이스에는 특정 요소행위 시점, 관측행위 분류, 사용된 표시장치, 의사결정내용, 사용된 조종장치, 조종행위분류, 운전원간 의사소통 내용, 정서상태, 표시장치 및 조종장치의 사용편의성 여부 및 불편이유, 주요사건 발생시점에 관한 정보가 기록되었다. 운전중 CNS 운전원에 제시되는 자극의 변화에 수반되는 운전원의 생리적 변화를 측정하여 이로부터 운전원이 받는 정신부하를 측정하는 체계를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 ECG, EEG, 호흡패턴,피부온도, 수평EOG, 수직EOG, 심박률, 및 호흡률의 생리변수에 대한 측정이 이루 어졌으며 각각의 신호를 초당 100개씩 샘플링하여 A/D 변환하고 정신부하 추정 알고리즘을 거쳐 정신부하 여부를 판정하는 점수를 구하였다. 다차원의 정신부하 판정 점수는 OR gate에 의해 통합되어 정신부하 발생시점과 함께 정신부하데이터베이스에 기록되었다.

There was a dire need to compile data about energy consumption data by use to analyze residential energy consumption patterns relating to changes in lifestyles, or changes in life behavior. Accordingly, bottom-up model for residential energy consumption by residential use was developed by life behavior classification in an attempt to analyze energy consumption. This paper multiplied each appliance's running times by each appliance by life behavior and built a residential bottoms-up model to figure out the energy consumption of each household. The uses by life behavior were broken down into lighting, heating, cooling, entertainment, obtaining information, hygiene, and cooking.

As e-commerce has led to profound changes in the way economic transactions are made and has spurred the rapid integration of global markets, governance of e-commerce has emerged as an important policy agenda around the globe. Given the broader social and economic implications of e-commerce, it is of no surprise that the rule-making process for global e-commerce has increasingly captured the attention of scholars. Despite the substantial contributions to understanding this process, a review of the literature reveals some weaknesses in the study of emerging forms of governance in global e-commerce. This paper addresses these weaknesses and proposes an alternative theoretical framework that underscores the role of ideas and discourse in the global rule-making process.

홈 환경은 독립 환경에서 네트워크 환경으로 발전되고 있으며, 더 나아가 센서를 기초로 하는 컨텍스트 어웨어(context-aware) 환경으로 변화될 것이다. 이러한 홈 환경의 변화는 사용자에게 더 많은 요구와 니즈를 발생시키고, 이것을 만족시키기 위해서는 사용자의 관점에서 요구와 니즈를 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 '사용자의 행위는 사용자의 요구와 니즈를 표출한다' 와 '사용자의 행위는 홈 환경 컨텍스트를 판단한 사용자 컨텍스트에 의해 발생된다' 라는 두 가지 주장을 전제로 하여, 사용자 행위와 사용자 컨텍스트를 통해 사용자의 니즈를 파악할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 프레임워크는 사용자 정보를 체계적으로 분석할 수 있게 하여 디자인 과정에서 사용자의 니즈를 추출하는 효과적인 장치가 될 것이다. 이에 먼저, 사용자 행위의 특성을 파악하기 위해 '행위카드 기록법' 을 이용한 사용자 조사를 실시하여 분석을 위한 데이터를 수집하였고, 그 다음으로, 수집 된 데이터를 도널드 노만(D.A.Norman)의 행동 7 단계 모델과 5W1H를 근거로 분석하여 사용자의 행위는 바라보는 관점에 따라 다른 해석을 가진다는 것을 밝혀내었다. 마지막으로, 그 관점을 '행위간의 연관성', '사용자 컨텍스트 요소간의 연관성', '사용자 행위와 사용자 컨텍스트 요소 간의 연관성'의 세가지 프레임워크로 구성하여 디자인 또는 기획의 과정에서 사용자의 정보를 활용할 수 있는 활용방안과 함께 제안한다.

Recently, with the advent of smart phones, it brought many changes in lives of modern people. Especially, application utilizing the sensor information of smart phone, which provides the service adapted by user situations, has been emerged. Sensor data of smart phone can be used for recognizing the user situation, Because it is closely related to the behavior and habits of the user. currently, GPS sensor one of mobile sensor has been utilized a lot to recognize basic user activity. But, depending on the user situation, activity recognition system cannot receive GPS signal, and also not collect received data. So utilization is reduced. In this paper, for solving this problem, we suggest a method of user activity recognition that focused on the accelerometer sensor data using smart phone. Accelerometer sensor is stable to collect the data and it's sensitive to user behavior. Finally this paper suggests a noble approach to use state transition diagrams which represent the natural flow of user activity changes for enhancing the accuracy of user activity recognition.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the converged influencing factors on the stages of exercise behavior changes in shift work nurses. The subjects were 120 shift work nurses working in hospitals who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate in the study. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, $X^2$ test, and multiple logistic regression analysis. The exercise motivation factors of shift work nurses had a significant effect on stages of exercise behavior change (${\beta}=2.480$, p=.022), health status perceptions(${\beta}=1.151$, p=.013). Social support factors (${\beta}=1.819$, p=.002) and marital status (${\beta}=-1.820$, p=.004) also had significant effects on the stages of exercise behavior change of shift work nurses. In other words, subjects with change in exercise behavior had 11.9 times higher motivation and 3.1 times higher health status perception than those without change in exercise behavior, social support was 6.1 times higher, and unmarried subjects showed 16 times showed higher than that of married subjects. Therefore, it is important to develop a strategy to practice continuous and regular exercise in consideration of the exercise motivation, social support, and health status perception of the nurses in shift work.
