This essay would focus on a kinds of new archival strategy. The main frame has been the kinds of activities regulated by laws, or formal activities since 1999. In the case of presidential archives has no another frame. There had never kinds of presidential archives system until President Noh, if anything. It means that the frame has some important points. Although it is, we have to say about the limits of the frame. This essay show 'metaphor frame' for archival system. I think that we have to guess there are methodologies below the two frames. One is quantitative study methodology, and another is qualitative research methodology. The later focuses on the experiences for making narratives. We have to know that this methodology is out of fashioned in the field of history department and cultural anthropology department for the purpose of alternative studies. This essay says about 'archival field description' and 'narrative records' for the new records in archival field. I have to say about that we needs to discuss about kinds of new archival discours. And to conclude, we should manage the records in culture.

부정행위 탐지는 개별 사용자의 행동 기록과 그 사용자와 유사한 프로필을 갖고 있는 사용자들의 행동 기록을 바탕으로 행동 패턴 혹은 행동 규칙을 찾아내, 이 패턴/규칙과의 비교를 통해 현재 행위가 부정한 것인지를 결정하는 방법을 주로 사용한다. 그러나, 특정 사용자의 행위패턴이 급격하게 바뀌는 경우, 과거의 기록을 바탕으로 생성된 패턴의 유효성은 보장받을 수 없다. 더구나 기존 기록과 상이한 행위에 대한 새로운 패턴이 생성되기 위해서는 계속해서 그런 행위가 쌓여야만 하고, 그 쌓이는 양은 기존 패턴의 견고성에 비례된다. 또한 동일 사용자에게 털러 패턴을 적용시키는 방법 역시 패턴간의 충돌이 일어나는 등의 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 시간 논리(Temporal Logic)를 적용하여, 과거의 패턴의 유효성을 검증하고 신규패턴을 빠르게 찾아내는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

Andy Warhol's "Time Capsule" is an individual's daily record, but it can also be evaluated as an artwork. Andy Warhol kept most of his items in boxes until his death in 1974. Warhol's personal records contained receipts, invitations, memos, letters, voice tapes, newspapers, magazines, fan letters, mails, and exhibit materials. Andy Warhol's act of collecting items was continuous and repetitive, giving others a deeper insight into the artist's life. Warhol constantly recorded daily repetitive behaviors such as the people he met, a list of books he bought, and movies he had watched as a record producer. In addition, occasionally, he was in the position of an archivist, collecting and organizing others' records. As such, he expressed his passion for recording his surroundings. His intentionally produced or collected records contain valuable information, not only of himself but also of the people surrounding him. His personal records show that it is the material that enables people to understand and appreciate his relationship with contemporary artists, as well as the artist's education and the conditions during his time.

CNS의 인간공학적 실험 평가 항목중 중요 요소의 하나인 운전원의 인지적 작업부하(정보입력, 의사결정, 및 정서적 부하)를 평가하기 위해 인지적부하를 부과할 수 있는 사건 시나리오 구성방법, 피실험자에 대한 훈련 방법, 실험과 디브리핑을 통한 운전원 행위 및 사건 경위 기록 체계를 개발하였다. 운전원 행위자료 데이타베이스에는 특정 요소행위 시점, 관측행위 분류, 사용된 표시장치, 의사결정내용, 사용된 조종장치, 조종행위분류, 운전원간 의사소통 내용, 정서상태, 표시장치 및 조종장치의 사용편의성 여부 및 불편이유, 주요사건 발생시점에 관한 정보가 기록되었다. 운전중 CNS 운전원에 제시되는 자극의 변화에 수반되는 운전원의 생리적 변화를 측정하여 이로부터 운전원이 받는 정신부하를 측정하는 체계를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 ECG, EEG, 호흡패턴,피부온도, 수평EOG, 수직EOG, 심박률, 및 호흡률의 생리변수에 대한 측정이 이루 어졌으며 각각의 신호를 초당 100개씩 샘플링하여 A/D 변환하고 정신부하 추정 알고리즘을 거쳐 정신부하 여부를 판정하는 점수를 구하였다. 다차원의 정신부하 판정 점수는 OR gate에 의해 통합되어 정신부하 발생시점과 함께 정신부하데이터베이스에 기록되었다.

Then, why was the system so thorough and strict? How could that be possible? I approached this question by explaining the task of the Joseon Dynasty for the construction of a Confucian community based on Sunglihak. Sunglihak meant the metaphysics of human nature and universe order, or the rule of heaven. The people who opened the Joseon Dynasty aimed at constructing a Confucian community based on propriety as the principle of the society. The records and archives played an administrative function, for example, controlling royal power, as well as the role of constructing a national community identity based on Sunglihak. This kind of records and records management practices of the Joseon Dynasty can be seen as conceptual construction and conceptual constructs, although they were physical entities in reality. They reflected the Sunglihak value system as, in the words of Michel Focault, an "episteme" and played a social role based on it. In particular, I explained it in light of the constructivism of Sunglihak and the semiosis concept of Charles Sanders Peirce.

The purpose of this study is to propose a documentary plan for the 7th Gyeongbuk Intangible Cultural Property, Andong-Notdaribapgi. Most of the records of Andong-Notdaribapgi. are produced centering on play. Thus this study aims to the method of recording it so that it can be accessed and utilized in the long term. This is a study at the beginning stage for documenting the Andong-Notdaribapgi. First of all, at the stage of the basic framework, the concept and characteristics of the recording of the Andong-Notdaribapgi were derived, and the meaning and necessity of recording was raised. In addition, the entire category of records was set through the analysis of the behavior process of Andong-Notdaribapgi, and the occurrence records and the contents of the records were organized focusing on the behavior processes occurring in various forms through the analysis of the recording target. In addition, materials that can be used are organized by focusing on the details and contents, including related records, and records that can be produced in the course of action are organized by type characteristics. Lastly, record analysis was based on performance behavior, and management functions were organized based on producers. The management of the records is to make it easier for users with various purposes to access the Intangible Cultural Property, the Andong-Notdaribapgi, and it is expected that it will provide directions and guidelines that can be applied to the recording plan in fields with similar characteristics.

웹 시스템의 사용자들이 웹을 이용하면 그에 대한 기록이 웹 서버에 남는다. 기록된 웹 서버 로그를 분석하면 웹 시스템에 어떤 부류의 사용자가 있는지 각 사용자들이 어떤 방식으로 웹 시스템을 사용하는지 알 수 있다. 이러한 사용자들의 행위를 행위 모델로 표현할 수 있다면 웹 시스템에 대한 명세가 없더라도 행위 모델을 분석하여 시스템의 명세를 추정하고 테스트하기 용이해진다. 뿐만 아니라 웹 시스템 사용자들의 사용자 별 이용 패턴 및 통계정보 역시 알 수 있다. 그러나 웹 서버 로그를 일일이 담당자가 분석하여 행위 모델을 생성하기에 웹 서버 로그는 그 양이 너무 방대하다. 따라서 본 논문은 웹 서버 로그를 이용하여 웹 시스템의 행위 모델을 자동 생성하는 방법에 대해서 제시한다.

Historically the relation between the power and archives is inseparable. Archives are the recorded traces of political actions and an intention of power has a considerable effect on the existence of archives. In the democratic society the power serves people on the basis of the archives adopted as an evidence of political actions. Archives play an important role for the balance of power, which is a principle point of democracy. Considering the function and symbolism of archives, its proper and reasonable management is connected directly to the protection of people's rights.

본 논문에서 리눅스 프로세스들의 패턴들(정상행위 와 비정상행위)을 학습하고 그 밖에 예비 시험들의 확장을 제시하는데 의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 패턴들은 리눅스 시스템들 안에 오용과 침입들을 확인 할 수 있도록 사용하였다. 리눅스 sendmail 프로세스의 처리의 정상행위 그리고 비정상 행위들을 위해 운영체제 호출 순차들에서 기계 학습 작업을 고안하였다. 이 방법은 테스트 기록 데이터의 정상행위로부터 sendmail의 비정상행위의 실행을 모두 정확하게 구별할 수 있는 것을 보여준다. 예비 시험들은 기계학습이 침입탐지 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 저장 된 순차 정보를 추출화 함으로써 중요한 역할을 다 할 수 있다는 것으로 나타냈다.

공정거래법상 법위반 행위 중지명령의 경우 사업자의 자유로운 사업활동을 제약한다는 측면에서 제재수단에 해당된다는 견해와 동 명령의 경우 법위반 행위 재발에 대한 예방조치로서 사업자에게 특별한 불이익을 주는 것이 아니므로 제재수단에 해당되지 않는다는 견해가 제기될 수 있다. 행정법규 위반행위에 대한 제재수단 또는 행정의사의 실효성 확보수단으로서 강학상 열거되고 있는 수단들은 행정강제, 즉시강제, 행정형벌, 행정질서별, 기타 새로운 의무이행확보수단으로서 공정거래법상 법위반 행위 중지명령의 경우 이들 제재수단들에 언급되지는 않고 있는 것으로 보여진다.
