The purposes of the study is builded upon previous researches to investigate the relationship among store's physical environment, customers' emotional responses and behavior intention. For achieving study purposes, research model and hypotheses were set up after reviewing previous researches. The data were collected from a sample of 659 consumers of korea and china department stores, then used to conduct an empirical analysis. The results showed: First, the significant relationship were partially found among store's physical environment, emotional responses and behavior intention, design factor, social factor of store' physical environment both influence shoppers' positive emotions, indirectly influence shoppers' behavior intention through positive emotions, and social factor influence shoppers' negative emotions, indirectly influence shoppers' behavior intention through negative emotions. Second, the results also showed that they are different between korea and the china customer. Therefor, this study has provided a variety of theoretical and practical implications for global retailers to set up marketing strategies.

이 연구는 대구광역시의 공공도서관 자원봉사자 112명의 행동요인들을 조사하가 위해, 사회복지분야에서 연구된 자원봉사의 여러 가지 행동 모델들이 공공도서관에서도 적용될 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 선행연구의 환경적 요인, 역할모델 요인, 보상요인, 인지 요인 등이 자원봉사의 참여지속과 강도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 선정된 독립변수들이 종속변수에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이 연구에서 새롭게 투입된 공공도서관에 대한 충성도는 공공도서관 자원봉사자의 행동요인을 설명하는 중요한 요인이 될 수 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

Since the mid-1980s, the role of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) has become a hot issue in business world due to increasing comparative importance of firms in current society. The purposes of this research are to analyze empirically the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior, also to analyze the moderating effects of Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) on the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior in the social enterprises. For these purposes, literature review and survey research were conducted. The suggested hypothetical relationships were tested with primary data from a sample 552 employees of social enterprises. The main findings of this study are as follow ; First, inner life and sense of community which are composed workplace spirituality have positive influence sportsmanship and courtesy. second, sense of community have differential influence on organizational citizenship behavior by LMX. In conclusion, inner life and sense of community are expected to improve sportsmanship and courtesy, important of LMX in the social enterprises.

This study investigated the purchase intention of TikTok Live Commerce users by applying the Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior(DTPB). This study conducted a survey of 512 users with experience in purchasing TikTok Live Commerce in China. Result of the analysis, first, it was found that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control all had effect on the purchase intention of TikTok live commerce. Second, it was found that perceived usefulness, interactivity, and perceived enjoyment had a positive effect on attitudes, but perceived ease did not have a statistically significant effect. The third,friend was found to have an effect on subjective norms. It was found that self-efficacy had a significant effect on perceived behavior control, but the facilitating condition did not significantly affect perceived behavior control.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of depressive symptoms on the relationship between avoidance(brooding, reflection, and behavioral avoidance) and sleep quality. Methods : In total, there were 947 subjects who were assessed using self-reports on three measures: Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression (CES-D), Ruminative Response Style (RRS), Cognitive-Behavioral Avoidance Scale (CBAS), and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Assessment (PSQI). Results : First, depressive symptoms fully mediated the relationship between brooding and sleep quality. Second, reflection did not mediate the relationship between brooding and sleep quality, and reflection had no direct effects on depressive symptoms. Third, depressive symptoms partially mediated the relationship between behavioral avoidance and sleep quality. Conclusion : This study was confirmed the pathological characteristics of brooding compare to reflection, and the essential role of behavioral avoidance and depressive symptoms on sleep problems.

The purpose of this study was to develop the instruments which can measure behavior characteristics as a component of Mathematically Giftedness with in middle school period. This study prescribed the variable factors of measurement after classify the characteristics of Mathematically Giftedness through literature studies. And it produced instruments those are finally composed of 51 items through the preliminary test. The participants for the study were 424 Korean middle school students. Statistical analyses were carried out to verify the validities and reliability. Reliability(Cronbach $\alpha$) was in behavior characteristics, .95. Content validity was found to be satisfactory by internal validity evaluation on the test items. Internal validity were analyzed by BIGSTEPTS based on Rasch's 1-parameter item-response model. Construct validity was also found to be satisfactory through factor analysis which showed the four factors which the identification instruments were intended to measure such as, General mathematical mental ability, Mathematical Ability, Processing and Obtaining mathematical information Anility and Mathematical Disposition Ability. In conclusion, the instruments about behavior characteristics of Mathematically Giftedness during middle school period developed by this study are highly reliable on its reliability and validity.

This study analyzed the effects of situational factors and perceived uncertainty on purchase delay behaviors of internet consumers. The survey was conducted from internet consumers in the Seoul Metropolitan areas, and 394 responses were used in the data analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the negative experience and avoid regrets of the situational factors had a positive impact on overall purchase delay. The time pressure, changeability about purchase, negative experience and avoid regrets had a positive impact on payment stage delay. Also, the time pressure, negative experience and avoid regrets had a positive impact on shopping cart abandonment. Second, all factors of perceived uncertainty had a positive impact on overall purchase delay and payment stage delay. In addition, the information uncertainty and psychological uncertainty had a positive impact on shopping cart abandonment. Therefore, this study is contributing to the diversification of internet study, and it is provide useful information on the customer management and marketing strategy of internet shopping malls.

This study aimed to expand and reconstruct the Driving Behavior Determinants' factors in order to confirm the relationship between Driving Behavior Determinants(DBD) and drivers' reckless driving behavior level. To expand the structure of DBD, drivers anger, introversion and type A characteristics were added, which were never considered as related factors in existing DBD studies before. The correlations between the new factors of DBD and reckless driving behavior(includes driver's personal records of driving experiences for the last three years) were verified. A factor analysis result showed us that new DBD questionnaire consists of five factors such as, 'Problem Evading', 'Benefits/Sensation Seeking', 'Anti-personal Anxiety', 'Anti-personal Anger', and 'Aggression'. Also, reckless driving behavior consists of 'Speeding', 'Inexperienced Coping', 'Wild Driving', 'Drunken Driving', and 'Distraction'. The result of correlation between the DBD and reckless driving behavior indicates that inappropriate level of DBD is highly correlated with dangerous driving behavior and strong possibilities of traffic accidents. Based on these results, we might be able to discriminate drivers according to DBD level and predict their reckless driving behavior through a standardization procedure. Futhermore, this will make us to provide drivers differentiated safety education service.

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of socio-demographic, health, and delinquent behavior factors on internet addiction among the Korean youth. This study used the 2009 Korean Youth Health Risk Behavior On-line Survey data. It selected 73,238 cases of junior and senior high school students from the raw data and conducted a secondary data analysis. Frequency analysis, chi-square test and logistic regression analysis was conducted. Being male, living without parents, low economic status, poor academic record, poor subjective health status, poor subjective well-being, high level of stress, presence of depression and experience of drug use significantly increased likelihood of internet addiction. Findings may be used for developing strategies to deal with internet addiction among adolescents in Korea.

Speeding and drunken driving make drivers fail to detect hazards and cope with various driving situations. These behaviors also raise the possibility of being involved in traffic accidents and tend to increase the number of fatalities. The authors compared the driving behavior determinants of a rockless drivers group, consisting of individuals who have committed traffic accidents or offended regulations through drunken driving, with a normal drivers group. In the results, the reckless drivers group showed high scores of 'speeding' and 'drunken driving', and they also stated that they had more experiences of speeding, drunken driving and traffic accidents. In the path analysis study, it was found that the impacts of the rockless drivers group's 'risk sensitivity' and 'situational adaptability' on traffic accidents were stronger than those of normal drivers. This means 'risk sensitivity' and 'situational adaptability' can explain the origins of traffic accidents better in the reckless drivers group than accidents of the normal drivers group.
