본 연구는 지리교육의 내용 선정과 조직에 대한 기초 연구로써, 우리나라 제 7차 사회과 규과정에서 명시하고 있는 지리교육의 방향, 내용 및 조직을 분석하고 뉴욕주의 2000년 에 제시된 그것과 비교하였다. 우리나라와 미국의 지리교육의 내용과 조직에 대한 연구는 양국의 교육과정 개발 관점에 대한 분석과 더불어 현대 사회에서 교과로써 경쟁력을 갖춘 지리교육의 방향 및 지리적 지식의 성격에 대한 논의를 바탕으로 한다. 뉴욕주의 지리교육은 <기본으로의 복귀> 분위기 속에서 지리교육에서 학습해야 할 6가지 핵심 요소를 추출하고 그에 따라 내용을 체계화한 반면 우리 나라의 경우 한국과 세계의 지역지리, 계통 지리의 내용을 나열적으로 학습하도록 하였다. 그러나 백과사전식 내용 구성은 정보화 사회에서 지리교육의 역할을 스스로 축소시키고 지리교육에 대한 학생의 관심과 흥미를 감소시키는 결과를 초래한다. 미국 뉴욕주의 지리 내용과 조직은 우리나라 지리교육과정의 내용 구성 방향에 많은 시사점을 줄 수 있다. 지리교육의 생장력을 키우기 위한 지리 내용은 현대 사회 및 학습자의 요구와 지리학의 경향과 쟁점에 근거하여 그 핵심 요소가 선정되어야 하고, 지역적 방법과 계통적 방법을 적절하게 결함시켜 역동적이고 흥미있게 조직되어야 한다.되어야 한다.

This study aims at suggesting mid- and long-term development plan (vision, core values, strategic goals and functional performances, major tasks and detailed action plans for each strategy, organizational and human resources management, shared responsibility with the National Library of Korea which is main library in collection and services of policy information, and cooperation and collaborative exchange programs) for the National Library of Korea, Sejong. This study is based on the appropriateness that the library should enhance its visibility through focusing on the role as the specialized library in charge of public policy information services if it wished to ensure the identity of a branch of the National library of Korea for the comprehensive collection, preservation, and nationwide services of public policy information.

The aim of this study was to identify the convergence influencing factors on disaster nursing core competencies of nursing students. The subjects of this study surveyed 187 nursing students in D city with a structured self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by the SPSS 18.0 program, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression. The disaster nursing core competencies average mean score was 3.15(±0.40). Grade and satisfaction of clinical practice were the significant factors related to disaster nursing core competencies in these subjects. Disaster nursing core competencies was positively correlated with disaster perception, disaster attitudes and self-efficacy. The influencing factors on disaster nursing core competencies were self-efficacy(β=0.276), disaster attitudes(β=0.200) and grade(β=0.172). The explanatory power of these variables was 19.1%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop disaster related curriculum and subjects that can improve the disaster nursing core competencies based on the important factors affecting the disaster nursing core competencies.

지역소득통계는 경제${\cdot}$사회${\cdot}$복지의 종합적인 지역정책 수립을 위한 핵심 자료로 이용되고 있다. 지역소득통계의 수준을 보다 높이기 위해서는 현재 작성하고 있는 생산 및 지출측면의 지역소득통계 뿐만 아니라 분배측면의 소득에 대한 통계도 함께 조속히 작성되어야 한다. 국민소득통계는 한국은행에서 작성하고 있으나 16개 시도별 지역내총생산(GRDP)통계는 통계청에서 별도 추계하여 작성하고 있다. 이에 지역내총생산(GRDP)과 국내총생산(GDP)의 상호간 차이를 최소화하기 위하여는 유기적인 협력관계가 필요하다. 또한 기초자치단체(시군구)별 지역내총생산(GRDP)통계는 시도에서 작성하고 있다. 현재 6개 시도에서 작성되고 있는 기초자치단체별GRDP의 작성 확산을 위한 노력과 아울러 이들 자료와 통계청에서 작성한 시도별 GRDP자료와의 정합성 유지방안에 대한 대책도 요구되고 있다.

CALS 통합 데이터베이스는 지역적으로 분산되어 있고 이질적인 형태를 갖는 기술 및 관리정보를 디지털 형태로 변환하여 교환 및 공유할 수 있도록 하는 정보 공유 체제로 CALS 구현의 핵심 정보 기술이다. 또한, 분산된 CALS 정보는 체계적으로 통합되어 글로벌 뷰를 제공하여야 하므로 이질의 데이터베이스를 통합하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 CALS 통합 데이터베이스의 주요 핵심 기술을 고찰하고, 이를 분산 객체 환경인 CORBA하 에서 구현하기 위한 시스템 모형을 제시한다.

전력산업 분야 공기업 이전과 관련해 가장 'Hot'한 지역이 바로 광주 전남공동혁신도시가 건설되고 있는 전남 나주이다. 혁신도시의 명칭은 '빛가람'. 빛가람이 주목받는 이유는 국내 최대 공기업인 한전을 비롯해 한전KPS, 한전KDN, 전력거래소 등 국내 전력산업을 이끌고 있는 핵심 멤버들이 모두 한 자리에 모이기 때문이다. 나주시가 '배'와 '곰탕'만큼이나 '전력산업의 메카'로 유명해지게 된 것이다. 한적하던 시골마을이 전력산업의 중심지로 탈바꿈, 전력산업의 핵심 멤버들이 이전해 오기만을 기다리고 있다.

In urban regeneration projects, the core projects define the characteristics of the project site and contribute to the highest project cost and drive the project forward. The purpose of this study was to identify the current status and characteristics of the project as a priming project for urban regeneration and to seek desirable alternatives in the future project process. For this purpose, the case of urban regeneration projects in the Chungcheong region was targeted. The results showed that the core projects for each case consisted mainly of projects to develop physical facilities on a relatively large scale. Securing large-scale complex base space and constructing public parking lots are planned as key projects. In addition, based on the cost composition of the priming project, the core project accounted for approximately 80 % of the total project, and the project cost between linked projects does not appear to be relatively well linked in both public and private investment sectors. These findings are expected to help promote substantial urban regeneration projects and enhance efficiency by using them as basic data for urban regeneration projects in the future.

동남아시아 국가연합(ASEAN)의 우등생, 말레이시아가 '멀티미디어 입국'이라는 야심적인 구상을 내걸고 있다. 이 구상의 핵심은 '멀티미디어 수퍼 코리도'(Multimedia Super Corridor:MSC). 수도 쿠와라룸풀의 남쪽에 퍼져있는 지역을 코리도 즉 회랑(중심지역, 편집자주)으로 보고, 인텔리젼트 시티나 전자행정부, 신국제공항 등을 배치하여 최신의 통신인프라, 도로교통망으로 연결, 멀티미디어의 일대 실험구역으로 육성하고자는 것이다. 말레이시아는 왜 멀티미디어를 차세대의 중심산업으로 육성하려는 것일까. 멀티미디어 입국 구상의 청사진을 리포트해 본다.

공공도서관은 인구통계적, 경제적, 자연적, 기술적, 정치적 환경속에서 지역사회 정보제공과 평생교육의 책임을 가진다. 공공도서관의 홈페이지를 통한 커뮤니케이션으로 행정, 생활, 지역문화, 교육, 직업정보 등을 제공 받을 수 있다. 공공도서관은 지역사회 정보문화센터로 평생교육 프로그램을 제공한다. 공공도서관의 핵심적 교육은 신직종 개발을 위한 프로그램을 안내하고 21C 첨단 유망직종을 소개하며 DB를 통한 취업정보, 직무교육 등 정보교환이 가능할 수 있도록 정보서비스를 확대해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 4차산업혁명의 성공 핵심 키워드 중 하나인 '융합'을 통한 디자인의 역량 강화를 위하여 전문인력의 양성현황, 대전/충청지역의 디자인 전문회사 현황 및 대전지역의 전략사업을 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 예측된 수요맞춤형 전문인력의 공급 방안을 제시하며, 디자인 전문인력의 양성과 운용에 대한 세부적 방안 마련에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.
