The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of importance in the knowledge of nursing records, critical thinking disposition and self-confidence of core nursing skills on clinical competence of nursing students. A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 201 Korean nursing students from October to December, 2020. As a result of the study, the factors affecting the clinical competence of nursing students were in the order of critical thinking disposition, importance in the knowledge of nursing records and self-confidence of core nursing skills(β=.43, .31, .24), and explanatory power was 61.9%. Therefore, it is recommend to develop and implement a teaching strategy that can integrate the major factors identified in this study for improving clinical competence of nursing students.

This study is a similar experimental study before and after the inequality control group to investigate the effect of PETTLEP model-based image training on fundamental nursing practice education on the confidence and competence ability of core basic nursing skills, and participation in autonomous practice. Data were collected by randomly assigning 74 students who understood the purpose of the study and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study among second-year students of the Department of Nursing at U University located in K Province, randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. For the collected data, frequency and percentage were used for general characteristics of subjects using SPSS Statistics 23.0 program, skewness and kurtosis were used for normality test, and the dependent variable test for measuring the effect of experimental treatment was analyzed by paired t-test. As a result of the study, PETTLEP model-based image training showed confidence in core basic nursing skills(t=4.18, p<.001) and competence (knowledge(t=2.241, p=.032), nursing skills(t=8.402, p<.001)), there were statistically significant differences in self-practice participation(t=6.822, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, the PETTLEP model-based image training provided Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that PETTLEP model-based image training can be a teaching and learning method applicable to basic nursing education. In addition, PETTLEP model-based image training is expected to be utilized as a learning method to improve the competence of core basic nursing skills, which are recognized as difficult due to their high level of difficulty.

본 연구는 핵심기본간호술 학습경험과 중요도인식, 학습 자기효능감이 수행자신감에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 핵심기본간호술 수행능력 향상을 위한 학습전략 마련의 기초자료로 활용하고자 D지역 소재 일개대학 간호학과에 재학중인 학생 231명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 학습경험은 학년에 따라, 학습 자기효능감과 수행자신감은 전공만족도와 실습만족도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 핵심기본간호술 학습경험과 수행자신감, 학습 자기효능감과 수행자신감에서 긍정적 상관관계, 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학습 자기효능감과 학습경험순으로 나타났다. 따라서 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위한 교육전략 수립 시 학습 자기효능감을 강화시키고, 학습경험을 증가시키는 방안이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of convergence-based reeducation of core basic nursing skills (subcutaneous injection, indwelling catheterization) on competence, knowledge, attitude and confidence for nursing students. Subjects were 34 nursing students and 3rd grade. Experimental treatment and data collection was conducted from December 14 to 29, 2013. Skills for subcutaneous injection including simple blood glucose test and indwelling catheterization were evaluated before and after intervention. Knowledge, attitude and confidence were measured using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed by the frequency, descriptive statistics and paired t-test using SPSS version 21. As a result, after reeducation, significant improvement was found in competence (p<.001), knowledge (p<.001) and confidence (p<.001) in subcutaneous injection and indwelling catheterization. Convergence-Based reeducation program was found effective to enhance the competence of core basic nursing skills before graduating nursing students. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to develop program and to evaluate the effects with further research.

최근 해외시장에서는 Single Point Responsibility 개념의 선호와 프로세스사업관리능력의 중요성으로 건설사업관리 (Construction Management: 이하 CM)방식이 프로젝트 조달의 중요한 방안으로 사용되며 국내에서도 최근 CM 발주량의 획기적인 증가추세로 사업수행능력 향상을 위한 도구 개발이 절실하다. 가장 유용한 도구로는 국내${\cdot}$외 CM 수행사례 분석을 통해 이에 저해되는 요인과 모범사례 등을 파악하여 산업계로 하여금 체계적 점검과 벤치마킹을 통해 수행능력을 제고할 수 있는 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice의 보급 발간이다. 따라서 본 논문은 최근 감사원에 의해 모범선행사례로 선정된 무주 하천 1,2급 수해복구 건설사업관리 용역에 대한 CM성과를 분석하여 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice를 제공하는 것을 주요 목표로 한다. 본 CM용역에서는 무엇보다도 무주군내 수해복구공사에 CM 사업방식을 도입한 것은 현명하고 진취적이며 시기 적절한 일이라고 판단되며 이러한 선도적 기자체의 의욕적인 시도가 지방에서 수행되는 공공공사의 수준을 한 차원 높이는 계기가 됨은 물론 항구적인 복구공사기법의 하나로 정착하기를 기대한다. 또한 산업계는 CM관련 중심기관을 통하여 이러한 모범사례의 연속적인 분석과 보급을 통해 산업계 전반적인 CM수준을, 제고하여 국내외 CM확대 적용의 기반을 조속히 조성할 수 있기를 바란다.

This study is descriptive research to investigate frequency of performance, self-confidence and performance assessment scores of core nursing skills by 227 nursing students. As the result of this study, they who experienced more than 10times in clinical practice was V/S and they never experienced items such as transfusion, enema and T-tube care. For pre self-confidence, they had the highest V/S and the lowest transfusion. For post self-confidence, they had the lowest IM. As a result of the evaluation, oxygen therapy with nasal cannula was measured highest, and IM was measured lowest. Frequency of performance had positive correlations with self-confidence(r=0.414, p<.001) and performance assessment scores(r=0.322, p=.007). Self-confidence with performance assessment scores had positive correlation(r=0.281, p=.003). Study results suggested that clinical practice is carried out, non-invasive, simple measurements, and they had low self-confidence of the items with low frequency of performance, so convergency training methods to complement this point are needed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of HMD-based virtual reality core nursing skills training on nursing students' knowledge, performance, self-confidence, self-efficacy, and problem-s olving ability. The study participants were 45 fourth-year nursing students from a university in A city. The participants were assigned to either the experimental group (n = 21) who received VR core nursing skills related to blood transfusion training or the control group (n = 24) who received traditional training using mannequins. After completing core nursing skill training, the experimental group and the control group performed simulations including blood transfusion. Data was collected from October 3 to October 28, 2022. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. The results showed that after the intervention, the experimental group had significantly higher knowledge scores than the control group (t=-2.13, p=.039). The control group had significantly higher self-confidence in performance than the experimental group (t=2.63, p=.012). There were no significant differences in performance, self-efficacy, or problem-solving ability between the two groups. Therefore, VR-based core nursing skills training can be usefully utilized for nursing students to learn the knowledge and procedures before performing them in real life, and traditional core nursing skills training using mannequins can lead to an increase in nursing students' confidence in performing the skills.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of mentoring senior core fundamental nursing skills education on clinical competence and critical thinking disposition in nursing students. The research design was a one group pre-posttest design and the participants were 57 nursing students. The contents consisted of 3 core fundamental nursing skills of vital sign, nelaton catheterization and subcutaneous injection and total duration of 6 hours. Mentoring seniors conducted to rapport forming & education and evaluated them after exercise and evaluation under the guidance of professor. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires in pre-test and post-test, the collected data were analyzed using paired t-tests. The result shows the scores of clinical competence and critical thinking disposition were increased significantly after mentoring senior core fundamental nursing skills education in nursing students. The results indicate that this study was effective in improving nursing students clinical competence and critical thinking disposition in core fundamental nursing skills and is expected to be utilized in nusing practice education. Additional studies including those on control groups are recommended to compare difference between the experimental group and control group.

Main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the self core evaluation of local public officials on the customer-oriented public service provision. Structural Equation Model was applied to analyze the relationship between self core evaluation and customer oriented public service attitude. From theoretic point, establishing the relationship between psychological concept(self core evaluation) and attitude is contribution to existing literature in this area. Positive structural relationships between self core evaluation and customer-oriented attitude was confirmed from empirical analysis. While variable job engagement took intermediating role between self core evaluation and customer-oriented attitude. The result implies that organizational psychological approach might be a more effective policy measure to improve citizen's satisfaction for public services. For a extended periods, Korean government introduced various institutional arrangements to improve the customer satisfaction for public service. Hoever, the result was not satisfactory. The result of this study suggest psychological approach to improve public service customer satisfaction.

본 논문에서는 창의융합적 아이디어가 세상을 바꾸는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하기 위해 경찰·경비분야에 요구되는 핵심역량을 도출하고 진단도구를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 K시 소재 대학의 경찰·경비관련 학과에 재학중인 66명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경찰·경비분야의 직무, 과업, 역할을 수행하는 데 필요한 법집행, 상황대응, 정보수집, 지휘통솔 등 직무영역에서 9개의 전공능력이 미래사회에 대비하기 위해 전공자들에게 우선적으로 요구되는 핵심역량으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반 전공 교육과정 개선과 교육성과 관리를 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 또한 개인의 전공능력 수준을 진단하여 역량 증진 프로그램을 실시할 수 있으며, 역량기반 교육과정에 대한 성과확산과 각종 비교과 교육프로그램 지원과 선정을 위한 교육성과 지표로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
