In this paper, in order to prepare a classroom model that can effectively operate SW education, this study explored cases of creative educational space construction overseas and conducted a demand survey on elementary and middle school teachers. As a result, in overseas cases, classrooms were constructed in various forms, and furniture in the classrooms were produced in various shapes and sizes, and the cases using advanced equipment were explored. As a result of the survey on the education site, it was found that the most desired installation is a fluid type that can restructure the space by freely moving the facilities according to the teaching method. The results of the analysis are expected to be of great help in rebuilding computer labs or building infrastructure for future SW training.

그간 Venture Debt은 벤처기업의 스케일업을 촉진하는 수단으로 인식되어 왔으나, 경기하강 국면에서는 투자유치가 여의치 않은 벤처기업에 유동성을 제공하는 자금공급수단으로서의 중요성이 부각된다. 한편, 2023년 3월 SVB의 파산으로 Venture Debt 취급기관의 지속가능성에 대한 우려가 부각되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대출재원의 지속가능성을 염두에 두고, 경기침체기 대안적 자금 공급수단으로서 Venture Debt 활성화방안을 연구하였다. 선행연구들은 주로 전통적 Venture Debt을 분석대상으로 하였으나, 본 연구에서는 벤처생태계의 성장과 경기사이클 변화에 따라 다양해지고 있는 Venture Debt을 유형별로 분석하였다. Venture Debt 유형을 전통적, Growth형, 유동성 지원형으로 구분하고, 각각 SVB, EIB(유럽투자은행), 해외 벤처유동성 지원사례를 중심으로 구조적 특징과 차이점을 분석하였고, 직접대출방식과 BDC 등 간접대출방식을 비교 분석하였다. 이와 함께, 경제성, 시장성, 대출재원 확보가능성 차원에서 국내 도입환경에 대한 실무적·법률적 검토를 병행하였다. 본 연구에서는 국내 활성화방안으로 채권형 BDC 활성화를 통한 민간재원 활용, 벤처전용 유동성지원 프로그램 마련, 제2데스밸리 극복을 위한 Growth형 벤처대출 도입, 독립형 워런트 발행을 위한 법적 근거 마련 등을 제안한다.

이 글은 한국의 대표적인 기계산업 집적지인 창원 지역에서 최근 급증하고 있는 제조업 해외직접투자의 유형과 그것이 지역 산업에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고 있다. 분석은 생산의 해외전개가 지역 고용에 '어떠한' 영향을 '어떻게' 미치는지 그 기제와 문제점을 조명하는 데 주안점을 두고 있다. 창원의 해외직접투자는 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업이 투자 주체가 되어 중국을 중심으로 한 아시아지역을 대상으로 급속도로 늘어나고 있다. 해외직접투자는 지역제조업체들을 글로벌 생산네트워크로 편입하고 사회적 분업체제를 개편하고 있다. 해외투자의 급증으로 지역내 투자는 부진하나 그럼에도 불구하고 산출과 고용이 성장세를 유지하고 있고, 지역수준에서 제조업 공동화가 발생했다고 할 수는 없다. 그러나 저임활용을 겨냥한 생산의 해외전개 추세가 지속된다면 업종별 공동화의 우려가 현실화될 가능성이 있다. 생산의 해외전개는 원하청기업간 관계에서 기술력이 부족한 중소하청업체들에 대하여 단가 인하의 압력을 가중시키고, 노동자들에게는 고용불안, 임금 등 근로조건을 저하시키는 방향으로 사회적 분업의 개편을 가져온다.

The purpose of this case study is to analyze the economics of journals of Science and Technology using the cost per use(CPU) approach. To achieve this purpose, we selected 1,745 foreign academic journals randomly among the holdings at K institute in Korea, and analyzed the relationships between the CPU and 5 factors of journal, i.e., Impact Factors (IF), Overlap numbers of holding with other institutes, Language, Cost, and Frequency of use. It is found that all factors, except IF, are significantly influence to the CPU of foreign journals, and further detailed analysis is provided in term of the group differences within each factors.
