The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic efficiency of the policy implemented by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on leading company in sport industry. The leading companies in sport industry are those who have a certain amount of sales in sport industry and the ones with potential to become global companies. Supporting areas include business advancement, overseas market development, and overseas PR marketing integration support. The research is performed by developing the equilibrium model composed of supply as well as demand and applying input-output analysis. The economic efficiency is estimated to in the form of changes in the sales of corporations and the ripple effect of the national economy. The results of the study are as follows. First, it is estimated that the sales growth rate of the company due to the implementation of the policy is from 3.74% to 5.19%. Second, the increase in sales reaches to a maximum of KRW 4,081 billion with a minimum of KRW 1,573 million, depending on the size of the company. Third, it is estimated that the production inducement effect for the national economy is from KRW 36 billion to KRW 93.4 billion. Fourth, the induced value added for the national economy is estimated to be at least KRW 11.3 billion, up to KRW 29.2 billion.

AEO certification has a positive effect on firm's performance. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of AEO certification on firm's performance using panel data analysis for firm to have international competitiveness. It uses the Hausman-Taylor test for effective solutions of endogenous matter. In terms of the result of analysis, AEO certification has a positive effect on domestic and foreign sales, especially direct benefit and business process improvement of AEO certification have a positive effect on domestic and foreign sales through the improvement of international logistics flow. In conclusion, this study proposes the policy of AEO certification by analyzing the effect of AEO certification on firm's performance by using the panel data analysis.

이동통신 망을 이용한 데이터통신 서비스는 정보형인 무선인터넷 서비스와 통신형인 SMS 서비스로 구분하여 국내 무선인터넷 산업 동향을 파악하고, 해외 주요 국가들과 비교하였다. 우리나라와 일본은 통신형과 정보형 서비스가 균형을 이루며 고루 발전하고 있음을 확인하였으며, 서유럽 지역에서는 통신형 서비스 위주로 발전하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 국내의 데이터통신 서비스는 매출액, 트래픽 면에서 아직 초기시장에 머물러 있으나, 무선인터넷 가입자 기반이 넓고, 높은 성장세를 보이고 있는 등 긍정적인 측면들도 발견할 수 있었다. 또한 WAP/ME 등 브라우저 방식의 가입자가 증가하고 있으며, CP 및 유료 사이트의 수가 증가하는 등 무선인터넷 서비스의 성장을 위한 기반은 잘 갖춰진 것으로 판단된다. 그러므로 가입자 중 실제 사용자의 비중을 늘리고, 이용자들이 좋아하는 콘텐츠를 확대하여 데이터통신의 매출액 비중을 선진 이동통신 국가들 수준으로 높이기 위한 노력이 요구되고 있다.

본 연구는 중소기업의 해외진출요인이 기업 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구모형을 수립하고, 중국진출 진출 기업 48개를 대상으로 이에 대한 영향관계를 실증분석 하였다. 해외진출요인으로 기업의 현지화전략, 기업특유우위, 경쟁전략을 경제적 성과는 매출액을 대용변수로 사용하여 회귀분석을 통해 영향관계를 검증하였다. 동 연구결과에서 도출된 성과요인과 경제적 성과의 영향관계는 향후 기업들의 중국진출 계획에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

This study analyzed diversification and diversification indices by region and construction type of overseas construction in major global countries using the Berry-Herfindahl Index. The analysis found that advanced European countries account for most of the countries with a high overseas share of global design and construction companies, and a high degree of diversification by engineering and by region. Korea is pushing for diversification through the specialization of construction enterprises by type of construction, and design enterprises are concentrated in some areas and specializations by type of construction and region. In the future, Korea's global construction companies need to strengthen their overseas competitiveness by diversifying their overseas business areas and their industrial sectors in the way that advanced countries have.

This study aims to quantify the railway freight performance using various indicators, to compare it over many countries, and to evaluate efficiency of railway freight in Korea. The indicators developed in this study was classified into two categories; country-specific and company-specific indicator. The former includes freight train density, average gross train load and average haul while the latter contains revenue/ton-km, ratio of operating costs to revenue, revenue per employee, ton-km per employee, costs per ton-km and ratio of labor costs to total operating costs. The results of this study shows that Korail performance is in low efficiency due to multi-frequency small amounts transport. The productivity of railway freight in Korea represented as ton-km per employee appears to be lower than that of other oversea companies considered in this study.

In preparation of the increase in the domestic debts and the rise in the US interest rate, the Korean government has started to strengthen the regulation on the property market since 2017. So, it is likely that the sales in the domestic construction market would be decreased. Even in the overseas plant projects market, as there has been the continuous increase in the cost and the resulting increase in the losses, it looks hard for the large construction companies to keep their credit ratings as they are now. This study is designed to check Korean government's property policy and any possible problems caused by the overseas and domestic economic environment, which include the property market policy, interest rate, rise in the property price and lackluster sales in housing market. It showed the change in the credit ratings by finding out the sales, work capability, sales in non-governmental projects, operating profits and PF contingency liabilities. For this study, the questionnaires were sent to 30 practical experts to analyze the effect of the risk factor on the outside credit rating of large construction companies.

세계 100대 건설사 중 하나인 쌍용건설(주)는 1977년 창립 이래 오늘날 까지 꾸준한 성장을 보이고 있다. 해외건설 시장이 중동에 편중되었던 80년대에는 싱가포르, 말레이시아, 미국, 일본 등 해외시장 개척의 첨병 역할을 톡톡히 했으며, 인천국제공항, 경부고속철도, 경의선 등의 대규모 국책사업을 성공적으로 수행했고 더불어 고속도로, 항만, 플랜트 등을 시공하여 국가 산업 발전에도 기여하였다. 2005년 1조 1천600억 원대의 매출액과 300억 원대의 경상이익, 1조 9천억 원대의 수주를 달성하는 성과를 올린 쌍용건설(주)는 2006년의 경영 목표를 턴키 및 SOC민자사업 확대/ 지방 및 수도권 신도시 위주의 주택사업 전개/ 동남아 국가 사회기반시설공사 적극 참여 및 고급 건축분야 수주 확대 등으로 삼아 이를 이루고자 전력을 다하고 있으며, 이런 노력의 결과로 지난 7월, 인도네시아에서 미화 1억 3천만 달러 규모의 '플라자 인도네시아 확장공사'를 수주하여 건설업계의 화제가 되기도 했다.

정보통신부는 지난 6월부터 4개월간 실시한 국내 정보보호산업체 실태 조사 결과를 발표했다. 이번 조사는 사이버테러가 늘어나면서 새로운 고부가가치산업으로 떠오르고 있는 정보보호산업에 대한 정확한 실태를 파악, 정책자료로 활용하기 위해 정보보호산업협회 128개 모든 회원사를 대상으로 실시한 최초의 전수조사이다. 조사분야는 국내 정보보호시장 규모와 제품.서비스 동향 정보보호업체 매출액.종업원 수.자본금.당기순이익 등 일반현황 정보보호업체 해외진출 현황 등이었으며, 조사 결과 국내 정보보호시장 규모는 지난해 881억원에서 앞으로 2년간 연평균 217% 성장해 내년에는 8,839억원에 이를 것으로 전망됐다. 이는 세계 정보보호시장(올해 110억 달러 예상)의 3% 수준이며 국내 정보통신시장(99년 21조원)의 0.4% 수준이다. 또한 정보보호시장의 대부분을 차지했던 침입차단시스템과 바이러스 백신 등 정보보호제품의 99-2001년까지 연평균 성장률은 190.3%인 반면, 정보보호컨설팅, 인증서비스 등 정보보호서비스부문은 304.8%로 전망돼 이 분야 비중이 점차 늘어날 것으로 예상됐다. 해외시장 진출은 지난 해 활발한 편으로, 정보보호제품과 서비스 수출 규모가 지난해 20억원에서 올해에는 10배 넘게 늘어난 229억원에 이를 전망이다. 다음은 조사결과이다.
