(주)고산(1996년 제일공조부품(주)에서 상호변경)은 국내외에서 알아주는 자동차 및 가전기기 부품 생산업체다. 국내외 대형 공조기 업체들의 협력시인 이곳은 국내 5대 자동차 회사는 물론 해외 주요 자동차 회사에 자동차용 Radiator, Condenser, Cooling module을 생산 납품하고 있다. 또한 국내 2대 가전회사에는 에어컨 Condenser를 생산해 공급하고 있다. 1988년 설립이후 꾸준한 기술개발과 판로 개척을 해 온 이곳은 그간 성장에 성장을 거듭 현재는 미국 중국 등지에 8개의 법인을 가진 중견기업으로 우뚝 섰다. 실제 지난해 매출만도 1,455억원(해외법인 포함)에 달할 정도이다. 이처럼 업력 20년을 갓 넘긴 기업이 알짜기업으로 거듭날 수 있었던 이유는 무엇일까? 이에 대해 이곳의 임직원들은 철저한 안전관리를 일순위로 꼽는다. '사고 없는 안전한 작업환경'과 '건강한 근로자라는 인프라가 회사의 성장을 이끌고 있다는 것 이런 우수한 환경이 조성된 데에는 안전 환경 등의 업무를 맡고 있는 경영지원팀의 힘이 크다. 특히 그중에서도 일등공신은 팀을 이끌고 있는 장혁 팀장이라 할 수 있다. 일반시설안전관리자 방화관리 1급 등 다양한 환경안전분야 자격증을 가지고 있는 그는 전문가로서의 폭넓은 지식과 풍부한 경험을 바탕으로 회사의 안전을 선두에서 진두지휘하고 있다 안전을 통해 회사의 청사진을 그려내고 있는 그를 만나봤다.

This research is to explore the direction of circus education in Korea by the case study of Circus Professional Training Program, which was held by Seoul Foundation Arts and Culture for the first time in Korea. The study was conducted via interviews of three participants who completed Circus Professional Training Program to comprehend their experiences of participating the programs in Korea and France. Result of this study revealed that the participants were able to set their goals to jump up, and expand their movements through the program that was held in Korea. Experiencing the great cirus world in France, they showed eagerness to go back and get more training. Despite of these positive effects, they have faced a difficulty how to continue their leaning and goals for the circus in the absence of circus facilities and places to practice. The system that they can take the next step is not ready yet, either. There should be some solutions to these problems. In order to develop the circus education, they hoped that Seoul Foundation Arts and Culture continues circus education with consistency. In addition to that, many national and circus educational organizations should be activated to establish the circus professional educational system.

The aim of this study is to provide basic data that can contribute to improving successful clinical adaptation and reducing turnover of new graduate nurses by analyzing research related to reality shock experienced by new graduate nurses using text network analysis. The topics of reality shock experienced by new graduate nurses were extracted from 115 papers published in domestic and foreign journals from January 2002 to December 2021. Articles were retrieved from 6 databases (Korean DB: DBpia, KISS, RISS /International DB: Web of science, Springer, Scopus). Keywords were extracted from the abstract and organized using semantic morphemes. Network analysis and topic modeling for subject knowledge structure analysis were performed using NetMiner 4.5.0 program. The core keywords included 'new graduate nurses', 'reality shock', 'transition', 'student nurse', 'experience', 'practice', 'work environment', 'role', 'care' and 'education'. In recent articles on reality shock experienced by new graduate nurses, three major topics were extracted by LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) techniques: 'turnover', 'work environment', 'experience of transition'. Based on this research, the necessity of interventional research that can effectively reduce the reality shock experienced by new graduate nurses and successfully help clinical adaptation is suggested.

대한인쇄문화협회(회장 김남수)는 구랍 1일부터 3일까지 3일간에 걸쳐 문화체육관광부의 국고 지원을 받아 인쇄물 신규 해외시장 개척과 선진국의 고품질고부가가치 인쇄시장을 파악하고 공략하기 위해 '2011 일본시장개척단'을 파견하여 상담회를 도쿄 신주쿠에 위치한 미시바빌딩에서 개최했다. 이번 일본시장개척단의 파견은 정부사업으로 운영되고 있는 인쇄수출센터가 추진한 주요사업의 하나로 대한인쇄문화협회 김남수 회장을 단장으로 동방인쇄공사, 두성칼라, 새한문화사, 아시아프린팅, 영인정보시스템, 청아문화사, 청우, 타라티피에스의 8개사, 13명을 비롯하여 인쇄문화협회의 임직원을 포함한 16명으로 구성되었으며 일본에서는 현지 스텝 13명이 추가적으로 시장개척단을 지원했다. 이번 개척단은 수출시장에 처음으로 관심을 갖고 참여하는 업체와 기존의 수출경험이 많은 업체들이 비슷한 비율로 구성이 되어 많은 경험과 패기가 조화를 이룬 가운데 경쟁보다는 서로를 보완할 수 있는 분위기를 조성한 시장개척단이라는 평가를 받았다.

본 기고는 기업에서 지난 6년 동안 정보보호 관련업무 실무책임자로서의 경험을 토대로 어떻게 하면 보다 더 효율적이고 안정적인 정보보호활동을 수행할 수 있을까 하는 관점에서 바람직한 CSO의 역할 모델을 정리해 본 글이다. 전혀 보안에 신경을 쓰지 않아도 보안사고가 발생하지 않으면 100점짜리 보안수준이 되는 것이고, 제아무리 보안교육과 점검을 실시하고 취약점을 개선하기 위한 다양한 보안투자를 시행하더라도 보안사고가 터지는 순간, 보안수준은 순식간에 빵점짜리로 전락한다. 때문에 필자는 종종 정보보호 책임자는 안전고리를 벗겨낸 폭탄을 가슴에 품고 언제 터질지 모르는 지뢰밭에 서있는 사람이라고 역설한 바 있다. 최근 급속한 IT기술의 발전과 극심한 개인주의 성향 등으로 그 어느 때보다 보안사고의 위험성과 피해규모가 크게 증대되고 있으며, 이에 따라 기업에서 정보보호 업무 수행부서의 역할과 책임범위 역시 과거와 달리 매우 광범위하게 확장되고 있는 실정이다. 특히 우리나라는 90년대 말 IMF 당시 구조조정의 여파로 중국을 비롯한 해외 경쟁회사로 국내 기술자들이 이직함으로써 핵심 산업기술의 유출이라는 피해를 경험한 바 있다. 그런데 최근 미국에서 시작된 세계경기의 위축으로 또 한 차례의 보안사고 위험성에 크게 노출되어 있는 상황이다. 각 국의 문화 및 산업의 다양성만큼이나 수많은 위험성이 산재하고 있는 현대 사회에서 바람직한 CSO가 되기 위한 몇 가지 착안사항들에 대하여 논해 보고자 한다.

항공용 소프트웨어의 개발 및 인증은 현재까지 국내에서는 거의 경험이 없는 분야이다. 물론 각종 무인기 등의 개발사업을 통해 항공용 소프트웨어를 개발하고 시험한 사례는 다수 있으나, 체계적으로 개발 및 시험된 경우는 흔치 않다. 특히 유인기 분야에서는 거의 전무하다고 할 수 있다. KFP, KT-1, T-50 등의 군 사업을 통하여, 국외에서 개발된 소프트웨어에 대한 유지보수 경험 및 인력과, 이를 위한 체계가 구축되어 있는 정도라 할 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서, 이제는 항공용 소프트웨어를 국내에서 개발하고 시험, 인증할 수 있는 능력의 확보가 요구되고 있으며, 이는 국내 항공산업이 항공기 독자개발 능력 확보를 위해서는 필수적인 핵심기술이다. 이러한 기술력 확보를 위하여, 현재 항공용 소프트웨어 개발과 관련한 세계적인 흐름 및 최신의 기술동향을 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 필요하다. 항공선진국에서 이미 적용하지 않는 규격, 기술, 개발방식을 그대로 따라하는 과정을 거친다면, 경쟁력 확보는 요원한 일이기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 항공용 소프트웨어 인증을 위한 규격의 역사 및 종류와, 현재 주로 적용되고 있는 DO-178B에 대한 주요 내용 및 현안에 대하여 살펴보고, 소프트웨어 개발과 관련한 소프트웨어 툴, 모델기반 개발 방식 등 해외 선진업체 및 기관들의 최신 기술동향을 정리하였다.

독일 HDW조선소의 Bonn 지사장으로 근무중인 Udo Ude씨는 209급 잠수함 해외수출 성공사례를 다음과 같이 분석하였다. -1970년 독일해군용 206급 계약시 잠수함을 해군에 인도하기 전까지의 모든 과정을 조선소가 직접 책임지고 수행토록 하는 General Contractor Principle(총괄계약자 원칙)에 의해 확보된 기술인력, 자재/장비 공급원 발굴, 축적된 장비간 연동과 체계통합 기술 및 경험 –대부분의 탑재 장비를 국내 방산업체로부터 조달할 수 있는 탄탄한 국내 기술력 –매 신규사업마다 성능향상을 위한 과제선정 및 계속적인 연구 –정부 소유 시험시설 및 장비 활용과 제반 기술관리에 있어서 민.관.군의 적극적이고 긴밀한 지원체제 구축 이러한 성공사례 분석에 독일 현지에서 느낀 필자의 경험소감을 추가하면 다음과 같다. –규정을 잘 지킬 뿐만 아니라 타인의 잘못을 즉시 일깨워 주는 준법정신 및 고발정신 -2-3년 후의 휴가계획까지 수립하여 준비할 정도의 처절한 사전계획 및 준비정신 –불결한 것과 게으름을 참지 못하는 청결성 및 근면성 –누구든지 원하면 경제적인 부담없이 평생동안 공부할 수 있는 교육제도 –게르만족이 우월하다는 내면적 자부심 –작은 일이라도 모여서 토의하고 결론을 도출하기 좋아하는 공동체 의식 –약속을 철저히 지키는 정직성 –과거의 사실이나 유물을 철저히 보존하는 역사의식 –모든 분야에서 철저하게 운용되는 Meister(장인)제도 등

잠수함 설계는, 내압(내압)성능 유지를 위해 효과적인 공간 활용이 어려운 원통형의 구조를 가질 뿐 아니라 제한된 공간에 다양한 장비들을 배치해야 하고,수 심 수백 미터의 극한 환경에서 3차원 운동을 하는 등의 환경 및 운용특성으로 인하여 수상 선박에 비해 많은 경험과 고난도의 기술들이 요구된다. 본문에서는, 해외의 유수한 대학 및 설계 기관과의 공동설계를 수행한 경험과 13년여에 걸친 장보고급 잠수함 건조기간 중에 수행한 수 차례의 역설계 과정 등을 통하여 습득한 설계 기술과 자료들을 바탕으로, 대우조선해양에서 자체 개발한 잠수함 기본설계 시스템(SUB-21)을 이용하여 수행한 중형잠수함 설계결과에 대해 간략하게 소개하고자 한다. 본 SUB-21의 개발은 잠수함 기본설계의 핵심 과정인 배치, 선형개발, 저항, 추진, 조종 및 압력선체 설계뿐만 아니라 디젤발전기-축전지-추진전동기로 구성되는 추진계통의 최적화 과정을 실시간으로 처리할 수 있기 때문에 기본설계에 소요되는 시간을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있으며 기본설계 결과의 신뢰성 제고에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This research examines how experiences related to multicultural issues influence the understanding, perception, attitudes, and self-efficacy of early childhood preservice teachers toward multicultural education in Korea and the United States. 512 early childhood preservice teachers in Korea and the United States participated. Their multiculture-related experiences and their understanding, multiculture-related characteristics(perception, attitudes, and self-efficacy concerning multiculture) were measured using questionnaires. The key findings are as follows. First, more preservice teachers in the United States took multiculture-related courses, had experiences with children from multicultural families, traveled to other countries, and took courses with students from multicultural background than their counterparts in Korea. Second, there were no significant differences in understanding of multiculture according to their multiculture-related experiences between Korean and the United States preservice teachers. Third, there were no significant correlations between preservice teachers' multicultural experiences and perception and attitude toward the multicultural education in the United States. On the contrary, Korean preservice teachers who took classes with students from multicultural families showed better perception and attitude toward multicultural education. Regarding self-efficacy, there were no differences with varying multiculture-related experiences in the United States, whereas Korean preservice teachers who took multiculture-related courses exhibited higher degree of self-efficacy toward multicultural education.

Large-scale discount stores, that were in charge of leading role up to recently, reach the limit of growth because of increasing competition, saturation of domestic market, and shortened product life-cycle. As per the limit of domestic market, large-scale discount stores are trying to various global market entry strategy and global marketing strategy like new store entry, takeover of foreign distribution chain, and global sourcing strategy. In the past, global companies of advanced country have been entering to Asian market with leading position. But, as per the rapid growth of Asian economy in the late 1980's, East Asian distribution companies like Japanese company were trying to enter the Asian market. In Asian market, starting with China, that was relatively not advanced in comparison with economic development, not only western advanced countries but also East Asian countries like Japan and Korea are entering actively for overcome their limitations of domestic market. Many of distribution companies experienced success and failure for various reason already. Korean large-scale discount stores are relatively late starters in Asian market. So, this paper purposed to review global market entry strategy of Japanese large-scale discount stores, and find out strategic implications for successful global market entry strategy of Korean large-scale discount stores.
