Nowadays, fishing village is in trouble because of the depletion of fishing resources and an aging population. Fishing village tourism can do important roles for improving these situation as alternative resources. This study monitored 6th fishing villages in Gangneung for discovering materials of fishing village experiences. The materials have classified based on model of the four realms of an experience by Pine & Gilmore which are composed of escapist, esthetic, entertainment, education. The results showed that Jumoonjin and Youngjin village had entertainment and escapist experience programs, Sodol village had escapist and esthetic experience programs, Geumjin village had entertainment and esthetic experience programs, Jumoon 5 ri village had entertainment, SaCheon village had escapist experience programs. The results of this study can give implications for efficient management of fishing village experience program, especially can provide fishing village experience programs tourist prefer among the four realms of an experience.

This paper analyzes the machine learning predictions of the economic effects of Busan's strategic industries on the employment and income using the Ridge Regression and Lasso Regression models with regulation terms. According to the Ridge estimation and Lasso estimation models of employment, the intelligence information service industry such as the service platform, contents, and smart finance industries and the global tourism industry such as MICE and specialized tourism are predicted to influence on the employment in order. However, the Ridge and Lasso regression model show that the future transportation machine industry does not significantly increase the employment and income since it is the primitive investment industry. The Ridge estimation models of the income show that the intelligence information service industry and global tourism industry are also predicted to influence on the income in order. According to the Lasso estimation models of income, four strategic industries such as the life care, smart maritime, the intelligence machine, and clean tech industry do not influence the income. Furthermore, the future transportation machine industry may influence the income negatively since it is the primitive investment industry. Thus, we have to select the appropriate economic objectives and priorities of industrial policies.

Present state of nationwide marine facilities reported to Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs{MLTM} in Korea for two years 2008 and 2009 was analyzed, and management plan was proposed in this study. As of the end of 2009, total number of nationwide marine facilities was reported to be 672 and to be scattered along the coasts all over the nation. 124 marine facilities reported to Masan regional maritime affairs and port office occupied 18.5% of total nationwide number. 69 marine facilities reported to Mokpo regional office and 69 marine facilities reported to Pohang regional office occupied 10.3%, respectively. 181 marine facilities reported to Busan and Masan regional offices occupied 26.9%, meaning that about a quarter of total nationwide marine facilities concentrated in Southeastern Sea of Korea centering around Busan and Masan. 320 oil and noxious liquid substances storage facilities occupied 47.6% of total nationwide number. 11 pollutant storage facilities occupied 1.6%. 178 ship construction, repair and scrap facilities occupied 26.5%. 7 cargo handling facilities occupied 1.0%. 12 waste storage facilities occupied 1.8%. none of marine facilities for tourism, housing and restaurant were reported. 88 water intake and outlet facilities occupied 13.1%. 37 fishing spots at play occupied 5.5%. 13 other marine facilities occupied 1.9%. 6 integrated marine science base facilities occupied 0.9% of total nationwide number. The guidance and the public relation for national report system of marine facilities, the improvement of national report system and management plan, the advancement and complement of national report affairs-handling guides, and the voluntary participation in national report system and the performance of duties by the owners of marine facilities were proposed for better management plan of marine facilities.

최근 지식, 정보, 기술의 새로운 패러다임으로 대표되는 지식정보화사회에 대응하기 위한 준비가 전 세계적으로 추진되고 있으며, UN해양법 발효, WTD체제 출범에 따른 어장축소와 수산물수입 전면자유화 등 많은 어려움에 처한 수산업을 고부가치적인 수산업으로 육성하고, 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 육성하기 위해서는 어업인 상호간 지식정보교환, 수산기술의 보급 및 교육을 위한 평생교육 체계, 어촌관광자원의 홍보 및 활용을 통한 국민에게 사랑 받는 어촌건설이 필요하며 특히 현재 급속도로 진행되고 있는 사회 전반적인 정보화의 물결이 어촌에는 확산되고 있지 않으며, 정부의 정보인프라정책에도 소외되고 있어 어업생산기반인 어업인에 대한 정보화마인드 함양 및 어업에 대한 정보인프라 조기구축이 시급하다. 본 연구는 급속히 보급되고 있는 인터넷을 이용하여 정보화에 소외된 어업인이 정보화 격차의 해소와 보다 신속하고 살아있는 정보와 지식을 제공하고자 시스템을 구축하였다.

표면효과익선(WIG : Wing-In-Ground Effect Ship)은 해면 위를 낮게 비행함으로써 표면효과에 의한 양력 증가를 얻게 되어 초고속으로 운행할 수 있는 선박과 항공기의 중간형태의 차세대 해상운송 수단이다. 해면 위에 직접 이.착륙이 가능하기 때문에 별도의 활주로가 필요 없으며 수륙양용으로 사용 가능하다. 연근해 도서지방 관광 및 신선도 유지가 필수적인 신속화물의 수 송에도 사용될 수 있으며 해난사고 구난 및 해양 경비용으로도 사용가능한 해상 운송수단이다. 본 고에서는 표면효과익선의 특징을 간략히 살펴보고 21세기 고속해상운송수단으로 사용될 가 능성에 대한 경제성 검토 및 핵심애로기술을 살펴보았으며 러시아 표면효과익선의 발달과정과 개발된 선종의 특징을 조사하였다.

As tourist are becoming increasingly environmentally conscious, government and related companies need to establish policies or strategies that encourage ecotourism. The aim of this study is to analyze individual preferences and estimate shadow prices, namely, willingness to pay for coastal wetland ecotourism. This study applies a contingent choice method to measuring marginal WTP for each attribute (tour duration, number of visitors, guide, program) of coastal wetland ecotourism. The finding herein contribute to complementing the valuation methods by estimating various attributes of coastal wetland ecotourism and providing policy-makers with useful methodological framework and quantitative information in the decision-making process related to ecotourism.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic value of skin scuba marine tourism activity in Jeju Island. The economic value is estimated as consumer surplus using count data models including the truncated Poisson model and the truncated negative binominal distribution model. This study collects the effective 369 questionnaires from skin scuba marine tourists through three times in Jeju Island. The truncated Poisson model was statistically more suitable and valid than other models. The truncated Poisson model was applied to estimate consumer surplus as economic value from skin scuba in Jeju Island. A consumer surplus value per trip was estimated as about 4,081,633 won. The annual economic value from skin scuba marine tourism activity was estimated as 8,428,571 won in Jeju Island. Consequently, skin scuba marine tourism activity has a very large economic value in Jeju Island.

해안을 따라 인구밀도가 증가하고 임해지역공단 등 산업시설이 밀집하여 처리되지 않은 하 폐수가 증가하고 있다. 특히, 최근엔 필리핀 보라카이와 같이 관광 위락시설에 의한 하수가 대량으로 발생하고 있다. 또한, 세계적으로 거의 모든 국가의 주요 해안도시는 이러한 도시하수를 바다로 방류하고 있다. 현재로선 이러한 하 폐수의 처리는 바다의 자정능력(self-purification capacity) 한계를 고려한 하수의 해양으로의 방류가 최선의 방법으로 판단된다. 현재 국내에서는 지역에 따른 배출허용기준에 따라 하수의 처리수 방류가 규제되고 있지만, 확산영역에 대한 법적 기준치는 제시되지 않고 있으며, 인근에 위치한 권리자들과의 이해관계 해결에만 몰두하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 확산영향예측이 원역 해석모형(Far Field analysis model)에 의해 수행되기 때문에 근역(Near Field)에서의 영향을 간과하고 있다고 판단된다. 따라서 금회 연구에서는 기존 연구결과를 기준하여 특정해역에 대한 원역과 근역 해석에 따른 확산영향 예측을 수행하고 그 결과를 비교하여 앞으로의 해석방법을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 도시 집중화 개발사업의 증가로 인해 유역의 유출환경이 크게 변화하고 있다. 특히, 도시화에 따른 불투수층 토지가 크게 증가함에 따라 지표면의 이용과 형질이 변형됨으로써 지표수 흐름과 지하수 함양 및 오염 등의 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 제주도는 관광객 증가로 인한 각종 개발사업이 지속적으로 추진되고 있으나, 사전재해 영향성검토에서는 개발사업 소유역을 중심으로만 평가하고 있어 하천유역의 도시화에따른 홍수재해 영향은 검토하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제주도 도심하천인 한천유역을 대상으로 국가 수자원관리 종합시스템과 환경부에서 제공하는 1980년부터 2005년까지 5년 주기의 토지피복도를 이용하여 유역 내 토지이용 변화를 분석하고 호우사상에 따른 홍수유출 변동을 분석하여 토지이용 변화가 홍수유출량 미치는 영향을 도출하고자 한다.

Recreation specialization and consumptive orientation are two important constructs to understand anglers' attitudes and behaviors. Although theoretical explanations and previous studies in different countries addressed the relationships between the two constructs, limited support has been provided in a context of anglers in Korea. This study developed a conceptual model explaining the causal relationships between recreation specialization, anglers' preferences (activity-specific and activity-general) and consumptive orientation. An on-site survey was conducted to anglers in the city of Busan and Gyeongnam province in 2018. A total of 614 data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling The study results showed that recreation specialization positively and indirectly influenced consumptive orientation via anglers' activity-specific and activity-general preferences. Theoretical and practical implications are further discussed.
