The year 2003 is the centennial of the birth of the modem lighthouse in Korea the lighthouse was originally surrounded by a beautiful nature and it contains the romantic sensitivity which relates with the ocean. And in some case it is a environment-friendly architectural facility which uses a alternative energy like a solar cell. Now the properly developed manned lighthouse is not only functioning as a traditional aids to navigation for the vessel, but also it becomes the new facility and space for all civilians who might visit and experience. If we want to vitalize the traditional lighthouse into water-familiar space, we must reconsider the facilities, various operational programs and the institutions for future-oriented development. For this situation we intended to reveal in this study that all the issues which relate to the proper use of the manned lighthouses in the whole country, since the project of water-familiar space started by MOMAF.

부산북항을 국내에서는 체류형 해양관광과 동남해안 관광벨트 중심의 해양관광 거점으로, 또한, 국제적으로는 해륙교통의 요충지 여건을 활용하여 교통인프라를 구축하여 유라시아 관광의 전초기지로 하기위한 친환경 워터프런트 및 시민참여형 항만재개발사업이 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항 재개발지구의 친수공간 배치계획에 따라 반영된 마리나 시설을 대상으로 국제해양관광의 거점조성 개발컨셉에 부합하는 마리나시설 개발을 정립하기 위하여 국내 및 해외 선진국의 마리나시설 개발사례에 대하여 국가별, 시설별로 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 이는 추후 국내 마리나 개발시 시사점으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 아울러, 부산북항 마리나항만의 효율적인 개발과 운영의 활성화를 위한 법적인 절차, 정부의 지원정책, 개발방향, 사업시행방안, 관리운영방안 등에 대한 구체적인 검토를 통하여 향후 국내 마리나 개발과 운영시 사례로 활용하고자 한다.

부산남항은 부산도심의 중심지에 위치한 연안항으로서 지난 1세기동안 수산업, 수리조선업을 토대로 성장해왔다. 하지만 항만기능의 축소, 항만시설 노후화, 수변과의 단절. 주변지역 침체 등으로 항만에 대한 부정적 인식이 증가하고 남항을 둘러싼 주변 여건이 급격하게 변하며 지역사회를 중심으로 부산남항의 기능재편 및 공간개선에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 남항에 대한 부정적인 인식을 변화시키고 새로운 가치를 창출하는 매력적인 공간으로 변모시키기 위해서는 항만이 차지하던 수변을 친수공간을 비롯한 다목적 도시공간으로 재개발하여 시민과 관광객을 위한 열린 공간으로 재창조해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 수변공간, 수변경관, 수변활용을 종합적으로 고려하여 부산남항의 재창조를 위한 수변공간계획안을 제시하였다.

해안구조물의 설계는 안정성과 경제성을 위주로 하던 1세대적 관점에서 친수성 개념을 도입한 2세대적 관점으로 발전되었고, 최근 여기에 생태계 제어를 포함시키는 3세대적 설계관으로의 발상 전환이 요구되고 있다. 즉, 해안의 보호와 친수성 공간 제공뿐 아니라 자원조성 효과에 의해 연안역의 부가가치를 높히는 다목적, 다기능 연안역 개발 구상이 필요하다. (중략)

In this study hydraulic model experiment was conducted to identify the performance of newly developed water affinity sea-wall block to keep the coastal line from eroding and supply water affinity space by reflection coefficient and safety. In the result, the block is applicable to the field.

항만의 지속적인 성장으로 인해 야기된 문제 해결과 도시의 회복을 위해 주요 항만도시들은 수변공간을 중심으로 항만재개발을 시도하였다. 국내 대표 항만도시인 부산광역시에서는 원도심 활성화와 해양관광 거점 조성, 도시경쟁력 강화 등을 위해 북항재개발 사업을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에 북항과 원도심에 접해있는 남항재개발의 필요성도 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 부산남항의 수변공간을 대상으로 기초조사, 현황조사를 진행하여 현황 및 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하고 항만의 지속가능한 요소를 분석하여 이를 토대로 지속 가능한 수변공간 계획안을 제시하였다.

제주 외항의 2단계 항만시설 사업으로 동방파제, 동방파호안, 접안시설, 친수호안, 접속호안 등 2,374m 구간에 대해 방파제 내파 안정성과 반사파 저감을 위한 단면계획을 통해 설계에 반영하였으며 지반 침하 및 지진피해 최소화를 위한 구조물의 사용 및 내구성을 중대시켰으며, 특히 크루저 선박의 본격취항을 대비한 친수공간개념의 도입에 많은 노력을 기울였다. 대상 사업지는 지형적 특성상 복잡한 형태의 고파랑이 작용하므로 방파제의 설계파를 7.3m로 상향조정하였고, 방파제 제간부에 발생하는 충격쇄파압에 대한 안정을 확보하기 위해 소파블록 피복케이슨제를 적용하였다. 제주도가 가지는 국제적 위상에 맞추어 국제미항개발, 레저형 웰빙공간조성 및 제주항이 가지는 자연적 특성을 반영하여 친수 방파제와 호안 및 배후시설의 친환경적인 배려를 최대화 하였다. 해양 생태계 보호를 위하여 해조류 서식지 및 해중림 조성 등 생태복원계획도 수립하였다.

With increase of people's leisure time for marine facilities it is expected to increase the demand for marine tourism. It is necessary for lighthouse to meet the demand for marine tourism. Now, the lighthouse is not only functioning as a traditional aids to navigation for vessel, but also it becomes the new facility and space for all civilians who might visit and experience the marine culture. This research suggests how to use the facilities of the lighthouse as marine tourism resources by reviewing the cases of domestic lighthouses.

Jeju regional maritime affairs & fisheries office has developed the manned lighthouses properly to ocean cultural space for the past several years. As a result of that, the recognition regarded on ocean culture was raised and the regional tourism was vitalized. For this situation we intended to reveal in this study that all the issues which relate to the proper use of the manned lighthouse in the Jejudo, since the project of water-familiar space started by MOMAF.

항만경관은 항만의 특징을 드러내는 매력적인 요소로서 항만재개발에 있어 중요한 요소가 되고있다. 최근에는 항만재개발사업에 있어 항만경관의 중요성을 인식하고 항만 고유의 특색을 살린 수변경관계획 수립을 통해 수변경관을 개선함으로서 사람들이 모이는 매력적인 항만으로 변모하고자 한다. 도심의 친수공간으로서 잠재력이 큰 부산남항은 다양한 수변공간계획 및 개발사업이 추진되고 있지만 관련 기존 항만개발사업은 기능성과 경제성에 초점이 맞추어져 있어 수변경관에 대한 고려가 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 부산남항의 경관을 개선하고 매력적인 항만으로 변모하기 위한 수변경관계획 수립을 하기 위해 기초자료 수집을 목적으로 부산남항을 7개 지구로 구분하고 각 지구의 수변경관(색채, 랜드마크, 야간경관) 현황을 조사하였으며, 조사결과를 토대로 지구별 수변경관의 문제점을 분석하고 개선대책을 제시하였다.
