자율운항선박 원격제어 시스템 실선실험현황

  • 자율운항선박 원격제어시스템의 실습선 한나라호를 이용한 실험을 수행하기 위한 하드웨어부분과 소프트웨어 부분의 환경조성이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이를 진행하기 위한 육상제어센터(SRC)와 실습선의 실험환경 구축현황을 제시하였다. 현재 SRC에는 육상측의 육상제어콘솔, 선박제어모사장치, 메시지교환서버, 네트워크 장치를 설치완료하였으며, 선박측에는 선박제어모사장치, 메시지교환서버, 네트워크장치, 선박시뮬레이터를 설치완료하였다. 자율운항선박의 원격제어에 필요한 테스트베드 설치가 진행중이며, 향후 이에 대한 통합운용시스템 구축을 통해 핵심모듈정상작동여부를 판단하여 저해요인을 식별하고 이를 제거 및 방지하기 위한 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

  • 자율운항선박 원격제어시스템의 실증을 위하여 원격제어시스템 실증방법을 고안하였으며, 이는 크게, 원격추종테스트, 원격제어테스트, 원격조종테스트 세 가지 방법으로 구분하였다. 본 연구에서는 원격제어시스템 실증을 위하여 실습선 한나라호와 육상제어센터 내 원격제어시스템을 통신네트워크(LTE, VSAT)을 통해 테스트하였다. 실습선을 활용하여 연안항해(부산-여수-부산) 중 안전수역(다도해 해상국립공원 부근)에서 10°/10° 지그재그 및 20/°20° 지그재그 테스트를 시행하였다. 실증 결과에 따라 원격제어시스템 내 핵심모듈의 부분적 문제점을 식별하여 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

  • The pilot GOBT program was carried out from November 17th - December 17th 2021 at KIMFT; self-isolation for 10 days, Basic Safety Training(BST) for 5 days and 2 weeks of on-board training(OBT) were conducted during the period. Total 20 cadets from 5 different Countries were participated under the financial support of IMO ITCP and Korean ODA program. The program aims to provide capacity-building courses focusing on on-board training and assisting future maritime officers in meeting the minimum standard of seagoing experience in accordance with the STCW Convention. In the meantime, the program itself can serve as a platform to share best practices of how the training including the curriculum can be organized on specialized training vessels. The questionnaire survey was carried out to evaluate the GOBT program, and the overall average score was 96.4 points which seems that the cadets were very satisfied with the Global On-Board Training program provided by KIMFT in 2021.

  • 한국해양대학교 실습선 한나라호와 시뮬레이터 모델 선박의 제원에 따른 선회권을 비교하여 선박 제원에 따른 선회권을 분석하고, 시뮬레이터의 모델 선박을 사용하여 실제 선박의 선회 성능 및 조종 성능 평가 시 두 선박의 제원 확인에 대한 중요성을 제시한다.

A Study on Training Education Effect of Training Terms for Trainees in Training Ship- I (실습선 학생교육 기간에 따른 실습교육 효과에 관한 연구-I)

  • The training ships of maritime university in Korea are operated in the suitable schedule. However, there is no paper to grasp the education effect of the coastal navigation and ocean-going navigation terms. As the first step of these training education effects, this paper investigates the effect of training terms and provides the basic materials of the efficient training education. This paper used the 6 times test scores based on test book for 3rd officer as the assess method The results are as follows. (1)The higher credits scored in university times, the higher test scores gained in training ship. (2)After ocean-going navigation, the test score was the best.(3) The longer the training period is, the more the difference of individual capacity is.

  • This paper presents the maritime education and training at CMA. There are two kinds of Federal Maritime Academies, i.e. U. S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) and U. S. Coast Guard Academy, which are supported by federal government and six State Maritime Academies operated by each state. CMA is a unique campus of the California State University(CSU). A specialized education combining classroom instruction, hands-on experience and professional development prepare students for a successful career in international business and logistics, maritime policy, engineering, technology or in the maritime and transportation industries. All students of CMA, under licensed faculty supervision, learn and train aboard the Training Ship Golden Bear during a two-month training cruise in their first year at CMA. Second-year students participate in a land-based cooperative, or sail on a commercial cruise or the Training Ship GOLDEN BEAR depending on their major. Third-year maritime licensing option students take a final cruise on the training ship, while other students participate in an additional land-based cooperative. In their senior year, students take license exams to complete graduation requirements.

  • Currently, due to the increase in GHG emissions, the global weather phenomenon is constantly occurring, and each international organization is trying to reduce 온실가스 through various regulations to reduce GHG. To comply with the regulations, eco-friendly ships are currently being studied to reduce GHG. This paper models the fuel propulsion system of NH3 sofc fuel cell propulsion ship through the case study of eco-friendly ships, especially NH3 fuel cells, and provides information on how NH3 sofc fuel cell propulsion ships can benefit energy efficiency and decarbonization compared to existing FO vessels.
