최근 인문사회과학은 지역적 특수성과 문화적 배경(context)를 무시하고 법측과 체계(system)을 추구하는 자연과학의 개념을 인간사회에 적용하려는 여러 이론들이 인간의 근본적인 문제를 해결하는데 한계가 있음을 지적하고 있다. 이러한 법치주의에 의한 법인간적인 해석보다는 지역적이고 문화적 상황하에서 인간사회의 문제를 이해하려는 경향이 지금까지 행태(behavior)나 사회구조(social structure system)의 이해를 통해 인간사회를 분석하고 있다. 그 방법론으로는 전체의 맥락(context)이나 주변의 연관관계를 통해 의미를 이해하는 책(text)의 해석(interpretation)의 비유를 그 틀(paradigm)로 하고 있다. 이러한 경향은 예술과 미의 문제도 같은 체계(system)속에서 이해하여 현대의 전통, 문화와 대중으로부터 분리된 예술과 미로부터 전통, 문화, 개인과 생활이 공명할 수 있는 본래의 예술과 미를 찾으려 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 사회문화 이론의 개념을 분석하고 그 원리와 이론의 축면에서 경관(landscape)을 해석하고 경관의 의미(미를 포함한)체계(meaning system)을 분석하여 설계언어(design language)를 찾아내며 이를 설계에 응용할 수 있게 하는 기본적 틀(paradigm)을 제시하고자 한다.

The relationship of mind and body has stimulated extensive discussion for a long time. However, answers are ambigous and not forthcoming yet. Meanwhile, after the western medicine had embraced materialistic paradigm, conditions which cannot be substantiated by organic change were pushed out to periphery under the banner of "Medically Unexplained Symptoms". Medical experts endeavored to understand these mysterious illnesses based on the mind-body relationship and provided a frame of interpretation called Psychosomatic Medicine. This frame of interpretation had influenced not only the communication practice but also the health-seeking behavior and even the subjective experience of patients regarding their illnesses. The frame of interpretation had been drastically changed many times keeping pace with the socio-economic situation and the new scientific discoveries. Accordingly, body or mind was given differential importance by medical experts. For instance, when treatment modalities were lacking, mind was given excessive importance and patients were blamed for their unconscious motives, characterological weaknesses and for their lack of responsibility. In contrast, after the discovery of effective drug, mind was given no more attention and patients were no longer blamed for their contribution to suffering. In this paper, the historical change of the frame of interpretation for understanding migraine and headache was presented as an example. By this, it can be demonstrated how the frame of interpretation has modified the subjective experience of patients, and how the patients' responsibilities were viewed differently. This observation can help to realize the enormous influence of the frame of interpretation provided by medical experts.

본 논문에서는 한국어 구문 해석을 위해 동사 중심의 구문 틀 정보를 구축하고, 나아가 결합 빈도가 높은 명사와의 결합 관계를 하나의 네트워크로 구성하는 구문 해석의 방법을 제안한다. 동사 중심의 구문 틀과 명사의 의미 자질은 구문 해결에서 아주 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로, 구문의 비문 여부를 가리는 데 도움을 준다. 그러나 명사의 의미 자질은 경계가 모호하여 구문의 적격성(wellformedness)을 가리기에는 부족한 점이 많다. 따라서 동사와 명사의 결합 관계를 이용하면 구문의 의미적 적격성을 좀 더 명시적으로 가릴 수 있다. 한국어에서 기본 동사이고, 초등학교 교과서에서 사용된 빈도가 아주 높은 동사 '가다'를 가지고 구체적으로 구문 틀 정보와 결합 명사의 의미 자질 및 결합 관계를 정리하였다.

구술 시대에서 필사 시대와 인쇄 시대를 넘어서서 디지털 시대에 이르기까지, 인간이 존재한 이래 이야기는 끊임없이 계속돼 왔다. 이야기란 인간의 정신적, 육체적 과정에 깊이 뿌리박고 있기 때문에 이야기 없이 우리는 재미있게 살 수 없다. 이야기를 생산, 소비하고자 하는 인간의 욕망은 끊임없이 계속되고 있지만, 그 이야기를 담아내는 틀과 유형은 시대와 문화에 따라서 달라지기 마련이다. 틀과 유형이 달라지면서 발생하는 또 다른 문제가 바로 새로운 수용과 해석의 문제이다. 우리 시대의 게임은 분명 새로운 서사 양식이므로 새로운 틀 안에서 이해돼야 한다. 이번 호에는 지난 호에 이어 게임의 서사와 상호작용성에 대해 집중적으로 살펴보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 시맨틱스를 기반으로한 대표적인 프로그램 분석 틀로써 최근에 활발한 연구가 진행되고 이는 요약 해석의 기본 개념에 대해서 소개하고 명령형 혹은 객체-지향 언어에서 많이 사용되고 있는 동작 시맨틱스를 기초로 하는 요약 해석에 대해서 설명한다. 또한 최근까지 소개된 요약 해석을 이용한 다양한 응용 분야에 대해서 설명한다.

철도차량용 주행장치인 대차는 차체의 하중을 지지하고, 승객 및 차량의 안전, 주행성능 및 승차감에 지대한 영향을 미치는 핵심 구조부품이다. 주행장치는 크게 대차틀, 차륜 및 차축, 1차 2차 현가장치, 제동장치, 전동기 및 동력전달장치 등으로 구성되며, 대차틀은 형상이 복잡하고 하중을 직접 지지할 뿐만 아니라 하중조건도 정적 및 동적하중이 복합적으로 작용하고 있다. 대차틀은 차체 자중 및 승객 하중에 의한 정하중과 곡선주행, 제동시 발생하는 하중 및 불규칙한 선로와 차체, 주행장치, 윤축의 운동모드에 의한 동하중을 받고 있다.(중략)

The aim of the study is to explore some problems that we have to solve to execute assessments effectively and in agreement with the objectives of them. We analysed the practices of some assessments Including our national assessment of educational achievement and the third international mathematics and science study with focussing on the frames of assessments, the analyses of results, and the items presented in the assessments. The results of the study are the following. Firstly, we need to make the frame of assessment to agree with the objectives of assessment and to reflect the characteristics of the item related to a few areas. Secondly, we need to analyse the results of assessment with reflecting the frames of assessment. Thirdly, we need to discuss more concretely on the level and presentation of items including the order of conditions to need to solve the items. And lastly, we need to minimize the difference caused by the variations of translation in the international assessments.

This paper presents an importance sampling(IS) embedded experimental frame(EF) design for efficient Monte Carlo (MC) simulation. To achieve IS principles, the proposed EF contains two embedded sub-models, which are classified into Importance Sampler(IS) and Bias Compensator(BC) models. The IS and BC models stand between the existing system model and EF, which leads to enhancement of model reusability. Furthermore, the proposed EF enables to achieve fast stochastic simulation as compared with the crude MC technique. From the abstract two case studies with the utilization of the proposed EF, we can gain interesting experimental results regarding remarkable enhancement of simulation performance. Finally, we expect that this work will serve various content areas for enhancing simulation performance, and besides, it will be utilized as a tool to understand and analyze social phenomena.
