Construction work has character which claim or dispute is frequently raised. This means that each construction project has it's own contract documents due to the difference of environment and time. Therefore to overcome the associated risks, domestic contract rules and acts should be reformed. Several well-recognized contract documents developed by FIDIC, AlA, CMAA and general conditions of the contract is investigated and analyzed. Based on the research outcomes the direction of reformation is suggested.

This research proposes a new approach to measure corporate contributions to sustainability called Sustainable Value. With some global corporations which recognize the seriousness of environmental crisis and their social responsibility, enterprises are positively accepting the sustainable management. Also, publication of the sustainability report is proliferating which is showing the enterprise's strategy, activity, result and influence in environmental, economic, social cases to the stakeholder. However, to settle and proliferate this current, it rests with how to evaluate enterprises sustainability in reasonable and reliable figure. In this context, what introduced and taking effects are sustainability report evaluation and awarding system. But the quality of sun stainability report and its content's depth and the evaluation of enterprise's sustainability itself should be distinguished. Because the enterprise which published excellent graded sustainability report is not always the enterprise that is sustainable. Then, how could we prove the result of enterprise's sustainable management based on sustainability report? This paper is to find the answer and to utilize it based on sustainability report, particularly sustainable value model as the central figure.

This study examines dispute resolution patterns which Vietnamese and Cambodian marriage-immigrant women have utilized in their lives of South Korea. We implement two independent studies using quantitative and qualitative study based on interview method. Our findings show that first, most of marriage immigrant women from Vietnam and Cambodia adopt conflict avoidance method to resolve their disputes. Second, most of respondents tend to consult with people from mother countries in dispute resolution. Third, multi-cultural family support center may play an important role for consulting disputes of cross-border marriage women.

최근 국제에너지시장은 몇 가지 새로운 변화요인이 가시화되면서 기존 관념과 사고방식을 초월하는 변화가 예상된다. 그 변화요인들은: ${\cdot}$ 석유, 가스 등 "화석연료시대의 100년 연장" 가능성 ${\cdot}$ 이에 따른 석유종말론(End of Oil)의 종식 ${\cdot}$ 액체연료시대에서 가스연료시대로의 이행 가능성 확대 ${\cdot}$ 청정가스연료 사용 확대에 따른 지구환경문제 해결과정에서 화석연료 기여가능성 확대 이러한 모든 요인들이 작용한 결과로 세계에너지 지정학적 중심이 중동에서 미주(美洲)대륙'으로 이동하는 현상의 가속화 등으로 요약된다. 이 같은 여건변화는 최근 국제에너지기구(IEA/OECD)와 미국 에너지정보국(EIA)등 신뢰성 있는 국제기구들의 최신 자료공개에 의해 공인되고 있다.

This article surveyed the current situation of domestic R&D information system and investigated the possibility of knowledge-transformation for KMS. Four major requirements of the transformation were analyzed by applying evaluation index tool which was integrated and refined from the existed indices. and a process-oriented project approach was suggested with some practical implications for development of KMS.

지금까지 고장예측에 관한 연구 논문들은 여러 분야에서 많이 다루어져 왔다. 그 대표적인 예측 방법 중에 하나인 FTA(Fault Tree Analysis)가 가장 많이 사용되어져 왔으며, 여러 산업분야에서 가장 활발하게 시스템 및 부품에 대한 고장 가능성 진단을 실시하여 왔다. 하지만 기존의 전통적인 FTA 방법을 사용하는데 있어서 몇 가지 문제점을 발견할 수가 있었다. 즉, 지금까지 FTA를 실시하는 과정에 있어서 시스템 및 부품에 대한 데이터의 자료가 정확하다는 전제하에 고장 값을 예측하여 왔다. 만일 시스템 및 부품에 대한 불확실한 데이터나 부정확한 자료를 동시에 가지고 있다면 지금까지 사용하여 왔던 전통적인 FTA를 사용하여 고장 값을 예측하여 정확한 값을 찾아내기란 어려운 것이라 할 수가 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 본 연구에서 제시하는 Fuzzy FTA를 사용하는 것이 보다 바람직할 것이며, 이러한 방법을 사용하여 불확실하고 부정확한 데이터를 가지고 고장진단을 실시하여 고장가능성 값을 찾아내어 전체 시스템의 고장 발생 가능성을 예측하는 것이 이 논문의 목적이라 할 수가 있다.

UV인괘의 영역이 확대되고 있다. 상업인쇄분야에서의 새로운 활용, 박엽지로의 전개, 하이브리드 등 폭넓은 가능성이 제기되고 있다. 또 플렉소인쇄 분야에서도 이용이 추진되고 환경적 측면에서도 주목을 받고 있다. 이렇게 활용 폭이 넓어지고 있는 가운데 UV인쇄로 새로운 수요를 창출하는 것도 바람직한 일이다. UV인쇄에 무엇이 가능한지, 그리고 어떠한 과제를 해결하면 유용하게 사용할 수 있는지를 알아보고 수요를 개척해 나가야 할 것이다. UV인쇄의 일반적인 내용과 함께 UV잉크와 하이브리드잉크, 하이브라이트인크에 대해 알아본다.
