S-100 기반 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼에 관한 연구

  • 최근 S-100 표준을 기반으로 웹 상에서 표준화된 전자해도 및 항행정보의 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, S-101의 전자해도, S-102의 해저지형 등과 같은 데이터 표준들은 어느 정도 완성이 되어 제시되고 있으나, 선박과 선박, 선박과 항만, 또는 선박/항만과 대국민 사이에 항행정보의 웹 서비스 또는 클라우드 서비스를 가능하게 하는 서비스 표준들은 매우 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ISO 19100과 OGC의 공간정보 표준을 참고하여 개발되고 있는 S-100 표준의 상황을 고려하여 S-101의 전자해도 표준과 공간정보의 WMS, WMTS 등의 웹 서비스 표준을 수용하는 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼에 대하여 제시하고자 한다. 제안된 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼은 전자해도, 공간정보, 날씨, AIS 정보 등의 융합 서비스가 가능하며, WebApp 서비스 또는 앱 지원을 통하여 스마트 폰 등의 모바일 기기에서도 손쉽게 항행정보 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.

Design and Implementation of the Converged Platform for Geospaital and Maritime Information Service based on S-100 Standard (S-100 표준 기반 공간 및 항행정보 융합 서비스 플랫폼 설계 및 구현)

  • Recently, there has been much interest in the converged platform that enables the harmonized collection, integration, exchange, presentation and analysis of various kinds of marine information by using the ICT means. Regarding such the converged platform, S-100 standards including the international hydrographic data model are being announced and various studies have been published based on the S-100 standards. However, the existing studies have presented simple solutions for only given problems on the converged service of the maritime information. They could not propose the design concept of the converged platform which makes it possible to provide the standardized and integrated services among the geospatial data, the real-time maritime data, and the next ENC. Therefore, we propose design and implementation details of the converged service platform for the geospatial and the maritime data based on the S-100, WMS, WMTS, WPS, SOS standards. The proposed platform has advantages of supporting both the S-57 and the S-101, supporting the converged services of heterogeneous geospatial data and ENC data, supporting the real-time services of sensor data such as weather, AIS, and CCTV, and supporting the development of various kinds of maritime systems such as ECDIS, ECS, VTS based on the WebApp service. Finally, we proved the effectiveness of our proposed platform through the actual implementation of the converged service of geospatial data, S-101 data, and KWeather data.

  • 해사안전정보(MSI)는 항행경보, 기상특보, 안전관련 긴급 정보로 구성되어 NAVTEX와 SafetyNet 체계를 통해 서비스되고 있으며, 서비스 개선을 위한 요구사항으로 해사안전정보의 필터링과 전자해도 시스템과의 연계 방안이 제시된 바 있다. 국제해사기구의 e-Navigation 전략이행계획의 해사서비스목록(MSP)으로 해사안전정보 서비스(MSP5)가 포함되었고, 국내외 e-Navigation 프로젝트에서는 국제표준에 기반한 해사안전정보 서비스 개발이 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국형 e-Navigation 사업의 중점 서비스로 개발 중인 S-124 표준기반 해사안전정보 서비스 기술 개발 배경과 주요 내용을 소개 한다. S-124는 항행경보와 T&P 항행경보를 포함하는 표준으로, 본 연구에서는 S-124 데이터 모델에 기반 하여 한국형 e-Navigation의 서비스 플랫폼인 MCP(Maritime Cloud Platform)를 통한 서비스 프로토타입 개발 결과를 기술 하였다.

Establishment and Application of an Integrated Platform for Navigation Safety Information (항행안전정보 통합 플랫폼 구축 및 활용방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study recognizes problems in the current system of providing navigation safety information (NSI), which is centered on merchant ships, to prevent maritime accidents of fishing boats and small vessels in coastal areas. The system proposed in this study is an effective method of providing NSI to support the safe navigation of small vessels such as fishing boats. First, the status and characteristics of recent maritime accidents were examined, and NSI service targets were identified. Second, the limitations of the current NSI system were determined, and measures were proposed to establish an NSI Integrated Platform (NSIP) that ensures the integration, accessibility, and usability of NSI for a substantial portion of the public. Third, to utilize the NSIP, various NSIs are applied as additional information for the electronic chart system used in the e-navigation ship terminals being developed in connection with the Korean e-navigation project. Functions that set the audiovisual alarm function to automatically operate when a ship enters a navigation risk zone is proposed. These functions are technically achieved by reviewing expert opinions of related organizations and professional producers. The results of this study suggest that NSI can be applied to small vessels such as fishing boats, through the Korean e-Navigation project, to prevent maritime accidents caused by the human error of navigators.

Design of Hybrid V2X Communication Platform for Evaluation of Commercial Vehicle Autonomous Driving and Platooning (상용차 자율 군집 주행 평가를 위한 하이브리드 V2X 통신 플랫폼 설계)

  • In this paper, we propose a design method and process for hybrid V2X communication platform that combines WAVE communication and LTE-V2X communication which are C-ITS communication protocols for vehicle environments and Legacy LTE communication which is a commercial mobile communication for evaluating the autonomous platooning platform of commercial vehicles. For a safe and efficient autonomous platooning platform, an low-latency communication function based on C-ITS communication is required, and to control it, commercial communication functions such as Legacy LTE, which can be connected at all times, are required. In order to evaluate such a system, the evaluation equipment must have the same level of communication performance or higher. The main design contents presented in this paper will be applied to the implementation of hybrid V2X terminals for functional evaluation.

  • In this paper, we introduce the contents of research on the establishment of an evaluation environment for autonomous cooperative driving platform for commercial vehicles based on V2X communication. For the evaluation of the autonomous cooperative driving platform based on V2X communication, various standards, standards, and guidelines for test evaluation should be developed and provided to the test subject, along with the establishment of test beds such as roads and V2X infrastructure that can apply various driving scenarios. do. In addition, based on this, various reference equipment and test equipment for actual test and evaluation should be developed. In this paper, various technologies, standards, equipment, and construction infrastructure developed to construct the evaluation environment for autonomous cooperative driving platform for commercial vehicles based on V2X communication are introduced.

레저선박의 안전항해를 위한 빅데이터 플랫폼 개발 기초연구

  • 국민의 해양활동 증가로 전체 선박사고의 약 86%가 연안에서 발생하고, 레저선박 등 중소형선박이 89%를 차지하고 있다. 선박 이용자는 복잡다양하게 증가하고 있으나, 해양안전의식이 부족하고 이에 맞는 안전관리대책이 필요하다. 레저선박 이용자의 안전항행 지원과 연안 및 마리나에서의 해양사고를 줄이기 위해 이용자가 이용하고 있는 각종 자료(기상정보, 항로정보, 마리나 정보, 주제도 등)와 해역이용자, 관제자의 의견을 반영한 해양기상, 항로정보, 안전정보, 레저 정보 등 종합적인 빅데이터를 가공하여 레저선박 이용자에게 꼭 필요한 전용항해안전 시스템 개발을 위한 기초 연구를 수행하고 있다.

  • In this paper, by using a multi-PLUTO SDR platform, we implement a beamforming wireless power transmission test bed capable of beam alignment for the receiving end by calculating the location information of the target device (power receiving platform) in a situation where power transmitting and receiving platforms do not know each other's location information. Experiments were conducted in a laboratory environment based on the built test bed, and the experimental results were compared with the simulation results to confirm both whether the testbed was effectively configured and the performance effectiveness of the test bed.

  • 선박에서 AIS 탑재가 확대는 해상에서의 전산 시스템 기술 발전에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. AIS는 VTS가 선박의 식별, 트랙킹, 모니터링과 같은 일반적으로 알려진 기능을 제공하는 것뿐만 아니라 해상 교통 연구, 통계 분석, 학술 연구에 유용한 실시간 정보를 제공하기도 한다. 그러나 AIS 관측 자료의 신속한 축적은 이루어지고 있지만 VTS 플랫폼 측면에서 선박 위치 자료를 수집하고 분석하는데 한계가 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 데이터 마이닝 기술과 GIS기술을 적용하여 AIS 자료를 분석하고자 한다. 이것은 해상 교통 관리 분야에 GIS 분석, 데이터베이스 관리 체계, 데이터 웨어하우징, 데이터 마이닝과 같은 잠재된 가치 정보를 도출하는 기술과 통합하는 시도이다. 현재 몇가지 제약사항이 있지만, 향후 VTS 관제 업무에 유용한 자원을 제공하는 새로운 방안이 될 것이다.

  • The maritime autonomous surface ship is automatically collects and manages various information necessary for the operation to minimize human intervention and safely perform the mission assigned to the ship. And the ship may autonomously operate the partial or entire route to the destination determined by the ship himself. This ship navigation technology allows partially remote control the ship to be operated if necessary. The maritime autonomous surface ship (MASS) should collect and manage signals of various navigation communication equipments and engines mounted on the ship for safe operation. This requires a common platform technology. In this paper, we propose a common platform that is the core of smart ship implementation. Territorial authorities and ships are connected by satellite or terrestrial communication. In such a communication environment, information is exchanged smoothly in real time. This allows the onshore authorities to monitor ships and provide remote control to enable safe vessel navigation at sea.
