A Learning Agent for Automatic Bookmark Classification (북 마크 자동 분류를 위한 학습 에이전트)

  • The World Wide Web has become one of the major services provided through Internet. When searching the vast web space, users use bookmarking facilities to record the sites of interests encountered during the course of navigation. One of the typical problems arising from bookmarking is that the list of bookmarks lose coherent organization when the the becomes too lengthy, thus ceasing to function as a practical finding aid. In order to maintain the bookmark file in an efficient, organized manner, the user has to classify all the bookmarks newly added to the file, and update the folders. This paper introduces our learning agent called BClassifier that automatically classifies bookmarks by analyzing the contents of the corresponding web documents. The chief source for the training examples are the bookmarks already classified into several bookmark folders according to their subject by the user. Additionally, the web pages found under top categories of Yahoo site are collected and included in the training examples for diversifying the subject categories to be represented, and the training examples for these categories as well. Our agent employs naive Bayesian learning method that is a well-tested, probability-based categorizing technique. In this paper, the outcome of some experimentation is also outlined and evaluated. A comparison of naive Bayesian learning method alongside other learning methods such as k-Nearest Neighbor and TFIDF is also presented.

  • Recently, due to the increment of national income and the living standard of citizens, the leasure business has been dramatically expanded. Among the business, inland water activities such as cruise tour or water taxi have drawn attention from the people. As more people come for a new pleasure, the frequency and the number of services continues to rise yet the safety of people values less recently. In fact, the number of relating accidents also has risen accordingly. In order to prevent such accidents in inland waters, the vessels' real time voyage data, the advanced warning system and the emergency rescuing system are required. In this paper, we have developed navigation guiding application for safety of passengers and vessels in inland waters. Navigation guiding applications not only provide Inland Electronic Navigational Chart(IENC) and vessel information but also allows communication between traffic service center and nearby vessels in case of an emergency situation. In order to implement Navigation guiding applications, developing Inland Electronic Navigational Chart was inevitable. Therefore, IENC of Han River, has developed based on measuring the water depth using multi-beam echo sounder system.

  • 본 논문은 애니메이터로 하여금 얼굴 표정들의 공간으로부터 일련의 표정을 선택하게 함으로써 3차원 아바타의 표정을 실시간적으로 제어할 수 있도록 하기 위한 표정공간의 생성방법에 관하여 기술한다. 본 시스템에서는 약 2400여개의 얼굴 표정 프레임을 이용하여 표정공간을 구성하였다. 본 기법에서는 한 표정을 표시하는 상태표현으로 얼굴특징 점들 간의 상호거리를 표시하는 거리행렬을 사용한다. 이 거리행렬의 집합을 표정공간으로 한다. 그러나 이 표정공간은 한 표정이 다른 표정까지 이동할 때 두 표정간의 직선경로를 통해 이동할 수 있는 그런 공간이 아니다. 본 기법에서는 한 표정에서 다른 표정까지 거쳐 갈 수 있는 경로를 캡쳐된 표정 데이터로부터 근사적으로 유추한다. 우선, 각 표정상태를 표현하는 거리행렬간의 거리가 일정 값 이하인 경우 두 표정을 인접해 있다고 간주한다. 임의의 두 표정 상태가 일련의 인접표정들의 집합으로 연결되어 있으면 두 표정간에 경로가 존재한다고 간주한다. 한 표정에서 다른 표정으로 변화할 때 두 표정간의 최단경로를 통해 이동한다고 가정한다. 두 표정간의 최단거리를 구하기 위해 다이내믹 프로그래밍 기법을 이용한다. 이 거리행렬의 집합인 표정공간은 다차원 공간이다. 3차원 아바타의 얼굴 표정 제어는 애니메이터들이 표정공간을 항해할 때 실시간적으로 수행된다. 이를 도와주기 위해 표정공간을 차원 스케일링 기법을 이용하여 2차원 공간으로 가시화하였고, 애니메이터들로 하여금 본 시스템을 사용하여 실시간 표정 제어를 수행하게 했는데, 본 논문은 그 결과를 평가한다.참여하는 빈들 간의 관계를 분석하여 워크플로우에 대한 성능 측정이 가능하도록 한다. 또한 제안된 메트릭을 통하여 EJB 어플리케이션의 성능 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 한다.로 표면 위로 자라났고, 부종은 창상 밑 조직까지 감소하였으며, 육아조직은 교원질 섬유로 대체되었다. 창상 유발 21일 후, 다른 창상에 비해, HG 처치창은 유의적으로 창상 표면이 거의 재생성 상피로 덮였으며, 육아조직은 창상 유발 14일 후와 비교해서 유의적으로 교원질 섬유로 대체되었다. 위의 모든 결과에서 보듯이, 개에서 전층피부 창상의 처치 시 HG의 사용은 HC와 생리 식염수에 비해 창상치유 복구기의 치유 속도를 촉진하는 것으로 사료된다.시범학교의 자녀를 들 부모들은 환경관련문제에 대한 의식 및 환경관련 제품에 대한 구매행동의 변화가 두드러지게 나타났다.EX>$d^{2+}$ + SA처리구는 두 화합물의 이중 효과에 의해 전반적인 생리 활성을 억제하여, 결국에는 식물의 고사를 유도하는 것으로 사료된다.목에 대한 보안'이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 솔루션 선정요인에 관한 중요도를 e-마켓플레이스의 유형과 산업 별로 평가해보았는데, 여기에서 밝혀진 중요도를 통해 e 마켓플레이스를 구축하고 자 하는 기업은 솔루션을 자체 개발하거나 구입할 때 올바른 의사결정을 할 수 있다. 그리고 솔루션을 제공하려는 기업측면에서는 e-마켓플레이스를 구축하고자 하는 기업에게 유형과 산업별로 적절한 솔루션을 제공할 수 있다.순환이 뇌대사 및 수술 후 신경학적 결과에 보다 유익한 효과를 제공해 줄 수 있음

A Study on the Traffic Patterns of Dangerous Goods Carriers in Busan North and Gamcheon Port (부산 북항·감천항의 위험화물운반선 통항패턴에 관한 연구)

  • As a preliminary study of enter or leaving traffic patterns of the Korea main port, port Management Information System (Port-MIS) data was used to check the volume of vessels entering and leaving the port of Busan, and three consecutive days from each seasons were selected for study. Selected 12-day General Information Center on Maritime Safety & Security (GICOMS) data was also used to analyze the traffic pattern in the main traffic lane of Busan port for dangerous goods carrier. Also, the distance between dangerous goods carriers and Oryukdo breakwater of east breakwater in the main traffic lane was analyzed. Collision probability was estimated using the cumulative probability distribution function of the normal distribution for the maritime traffic safety audit scheme based on the assumption that a ship's trajectory has a normal distribution for a section of the route. However, in case of entry or leaving thorough the Oryukdo breakwater and entry thorough the east breakwater, ship's sailing trajectories were revealed not to follow a normal distribution via regularity testing using a KS-test and SW-test. Especially in the north port, the tendency of the right side of the ship to pass was remarkable. It is desirable to develop a traffic model suitable for the characteristics of the port rather than to apply general traffic theories, and to apply this model to a maritime traffic safety diagnosis, so further research is needed.

  • XML is a meta-language as SGML and also can be xonsructed as an Internet versionof simplified SGML being used in confunction with XLL. Xpointer and XSL. Also W3C established DTDless Well-Formed XML document to use XML document on the Web. But it isnt offered system that consists of browsing, link and DTD generating facihty, and efficiently processes DTDless Well-Formed XML document. This paper studies on an implementation and design of system to process DTDless Well-Formed XML document on the client-side. This system consists of Well-Formed XML viewer displaying Well-Formed XML documet, XLL Processor processing Xll and Auto DTD generator constructing automatically DTDs based on multiple documents of the same class. This study focuses on automatic DTD generation during hyperlink navigation and an implementation of extended links based on XLL and Xpointer. ID and Xpointer location address are used as the address mode in the links. As a result of implement of this system, it conforms to validationof extended link facihties, extracts DTD from Well-Fromed XML Documents including same root element at the same class and constructs generalized DTD.

  • The HEMP threat may have acquired new, and urgent, relevance as the proliferation of nuclear weapons and missile technology accelerates of the North Korea, for example, is assessed as already having developed few atomic weapons, and is on the verge of North Korea already has missiles capable of delivering a nuclear warhead against South Korea. ITU K.78, K81 and IEC recommended its counter-measuring for the industrial facilities with navigation and sailing facilities in order to obviate the all of processor equipped system malfunctions from the EMP/HEMP but its simulation must only be done by the computer simulation which had studied on the 1960-1990 years USA/AFWL papers. This result has a significant activities to the South Korea being under the North Korea threat because all of HEMP related products was strongly limited for export. The HEMP cord which was developed newly by the KTI including the HEMP generation & propagation analysis, optimal shelter design tool, essential EM energy attenuation in multi-layered various soils and rocks and HEMP filter design tool. Especially, the least square fitting method was adopted to analysis for the EM energy attenuation in the soils and rocks because it has a various characteristics based on the many times field test reports.

A Development of Simple Fuel Consumption Estimation and Optimized Route Recommendation System based on Voyage Data of Vessel (항차 데이터 기반 간이 연료 소모량 추정 및 최적 경유 항구 추천 시스템 개발)

  • Recently, The MRV (monitoring, reporting and verification) regulation, which measures, reports and verifies the emission gas of vessel to head for member countries of Europe Union (EU), is being implemented. As part this reason, we develop a system that estimates simple fuel consumption and recommends optimized stop-over ports of vessel, to calculate amount of carbon emission. To do this, we analyze fuel, distance and time consumption between port and the other port based on stored voyage data for over 10 years of real-ship, and implement a simple fuel consumption estimation module using analyzed result. Also, we design and implement the optimized route recommendation algorithm, existing navigation route display function including comparison with the optimized routes and user custom route plan function. Therefore, we expect the developed system is helpful when makes a navigation route and so on by reference indexes and we anticipate the system to have a sense for future research which learns and predicts for accuracy result.

멀티빔 자료를 이용한 웹기반의 3차원 해저 지형 가시화

  • 밀티빔 음향 측심기 (Multibeam Echo Sounder)는 탐사선에 수직방향으로 해저면을 주사(Swath)하여, 한번의 송수신(Ping)으로 다중의 빔자료를 얻을 수 있는 측심기로, 해저면에 반사되어 되돌아오는 음파의 음압을 기록하고, 사이드 스캔 소나 자료도 동시에 취득하는 기능을 가지고 있으므로, 측심된 해저 지형(Bathymetry)과 해저 지형을 덮고 있는 해저면의 퇴적 상황(Sediment Environment)도 동시에 얻을 수 있는 다목적 측심기이다. 본 논문에서는 L3사의 Sea Beam 2100 멀티빔 음향 측심기를 통해 얻은 자료를 처리하여, 3차원 공간 데이터인 DEM(Digital Elevation Model)을 생성하고, VRML을 이용한 웹상에서의 해저 지형 가시화를 통해, 세계 어느 곳에서나 웹을 통하여 쉽게 정보를 공유할 수 있는 3차원 해저 지리 정보 시스템의 구현을 목적으로 한다. 멀티빔 음향 측심기를 통해 얻어진 자료는 항해 자료 보정, 음속 보정, 빔 좌표 계산과 분리, 오측심 자료 제거, 조석 보정 등의 단계를 거쳐 측심자료의 정확도 및 신뢰도를 높이는 과정을 거치게 된다. 보정된 멀티빔 음향 측심자료는 무작위 점 사상(Point Topology)으로 산재 되어 있는 빔 자료를 임의의 단위영역으로 변환하는 과정을 거쳐야 하는데, 이 과정을 격자화라고 한다. 자료의 격자화를 통해 3차원 공강 데이터인 DEM 파일을 제작하고, 이 DEM 파일과 음압 영상을 이용해 웹상에서의 3차원 해저 지형의 가시화를 실현한다. 웹상에서의 3차원 지형 가시화에서 방대한 양의 지형 데이터는 데이터 전송 시간과 렌더링 시간에 치명적인 문제이다. 따라서, 렌더링 시간과 데이터 전송 시간을 단축시키기 위한, 지형 자료의 LOD(Level of Detail)를 통해, VRML을 이용한 보다 효과적인 웹상에서의 3차원 해저 지형의 가시화를 실현한다.면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.SP가 도입되어, 설계업무를 지원하기위한 기본적인 시스템 구조를 구상하게 된다. 이와 함께 IT Model을 구성하게 되는데, 객체지향적 접근 방법으로 Model을 생성하고 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 Tool로 사용한다. 단계 4)는 Software Engineering 관점으로 접근한다. 이는 최종산물이라고 볼 수 있는 설계업무 지원 시스템을 Design하는 과정으로, 시스템에 사용될 데이터를 Design하는 과정과, 데이터를 기반으로 한 기능을 Design하는 과정으로 나눈다. 이를 통해 생성된 Model에 따라 최종적으로 Coding을 통하여 실제 시스템을 구축하게 된다.the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technological effects.   • In the event of a marine pollution accident, Korea, which is bordered by the sea on three sides, would suffer tremendous damage. According to an analysis of marine pollution accidents in Korea, most pollutants were small fishing boats and tugboats. In particular, urgent safety measures are required due to the high incidence of marine pollution accidents caused by stranded tugboats. This study aims to decrease secondary marine pollution accidents by preparing measures to prevent accidents by stranded tugboats, the main source of pollution accidents. To this end an experiment was conducted to mark 63 locations where stranded accidents have occurred on the GPS plotters of 61 tugboats operating in Boryeong sea area. Its effectiveness was then investigated. The result showed that there was no stranded accident by the subject ship during the 20-month experiment period. As a result of survey of the captains, 36 out of 40 respondents (90%) stated that the experiment was significantly helpful in ensuring safe navigation, thus confirming its effectiveness. Various measures were proposed to prevent stranded accidents, including providing information to manufacturers and users by marking the location of grounded accidents on GPS plotters and posting the location information of unknown reefs on the official website of institution Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency.

A Study on the Development of Training Model by Enforcement of the IP Code(SOLAS Chapter XV)

  • Through the 106th session of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)'s Maritime Safety Committee(MSC), a mandatory safety training requirement for all personnel transferred or accommodated for offshore industrial activities was established and adopted under the name of SOLAS Chapter XV, IP(Industrial Personnel) Code. This regulation mandates pre-boarding safety training to enable individuals to anticipate and mitigate hazardous risks in navigation and operational environments. Consequently, the IP Code includes provisions regarding the training content for industrial personnel and regulations for the refusal of master who has a full responsibility for individuals who have not completed the required training(non-qualified industrial personnel). Referred to as the IP Code, this agreement is set to enter into force in July 2024, necessitating the establishment and operation of safety education for industrial personnel boarding ships before that date. Accordingly, this paper reviews the legal requirements related to training within IP code and analyzes the details of models including training objectives, target audience, duration, and course structure of safety trainings such as STCW, OPITO, GWO training, and other delegated training related to current ships. Additionally, it aims to propose a curriculum model for IP training courses which consists of a total of 16 hours over 2 days, offered by the Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology, including teaching objectives, duration, and course structure.
