  • 국내에는 선박의 안전항해를 위해서 다양한 종류의 항로표지가 설치되어 운영되고 있으며, 각 지방해양항만청에서 개별적으로 관리되고 있다. 현재 운영되고 있는 항로표지의 종류는 유인 등대를 포함하여 등부표, 입표, 음향표지, 전파 표지 등이 있으며, 그 설치 형태와 기능이 너무 다양하기 때문에 일반화 된 형태의 데이터로 통합 관리되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 한편, 국제항로표지협회(IALA)에서는 항로표지 설계와 배치 계획에 대한 의사 결정을 지원하고 검증할 수 있는 항로표지 시뮬레이터 시스템의 필요성을 제기하고 있으며, 이를 위해서는 국내의 항만별 항로표지 데이터에 대한 통합 데이터베이스 구축이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국내 주요 항만에 설치되어 있는 주요 항로표지의 속성정보를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 항로표지 시뮬레이터용 데이터베이스 시스템을 설계하고 구축하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다.

A Study on the Determinants of Customers' Behavioral Intention of Incheon Port Hinterland Service (인천항 배후단지 서비스의 고객행동의도 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The present study purposed to derive the major attributes of the service quality of port hinterlands from previous research and interviews with specialists, to examine causal relations among the service quality of hinterlands, customer satisfaction, switching barrier and customers' behavior, and to suggest strategic implications. According to the results, the service quality of port hinterlands was divided into 'interaction quality', 'physical environment quality' and 'service delivery quality,' and among the three dimensions of quality, 'physical environment quality' and 'service delivery quality' had a significant effect on customer satisfaction but 'interaction quality' did not. These results suggest directions for what dimensions of quality should be controlled in order to improve the service quality of port hinterlands with limited management resources, and thus they are expected to contribute to more strategic marketing activities upon customers.

  • The cost of domestic container transportation is higher than international sea transportation and it cannot meet the needs of customers either. However, domestic carriers try hardly nothing to improve the carriage system. Especially, the inland transportation connecting Busan port is not receiving a careful study in spite of the importance and urgency now. This paper reviews intention of forwarders, shipping companies, and transport companies conducting a questionnaire and analyse the preferences of transportation modes amongst existing highway, railway, coastal shipping and inland waterway. Its aim is to analyse which factors affect freight agents to choose particular mode.

  • The mean and Clustering are important methods of data mining, which is now widely applied to various multi-attributes problem However, feature weighting and feature selection are important in those methods bemuse features may differ in importance and such differences need to be considered in data mining with various multiful-attributes problem. In addition, in the event of arithmetic mean, which is inadequate to figure out the most fitted result for structure of evaluation with attributes that there are weighted and ranked. Moreover, it is hard to catch hold of a specific character for assume the form of user's group. In this paper. we propose a dispersion mean algorithm for evaluation of similarity measure based on the geometrical figure. In addition, it is applied to mean classified by user's group. One of the key issues to be considered in evaluation of the similarity measure is how to achieve objectiveness that it is not change over an item ranking in evaluation process.

해양레저 전시이벤트의 평가속성이 방문객 만족도 및 재구매 행동에 미치는 영향

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the effects of a marine leisure exhibition event(MLEE)'s appraisal attributes on visitors' satisfaction and repurchase behavior and thus provide fundamental information that facilitates developing effective marketing and operational strategies for a MLEE. In order to accomplish such purposes, this study employed a survey with a total of 300 visitors to a MLEE hosted by G Province. Questionnaires were developed on the basis of related studies and modified to reflect the study context. Then, such questionnaires were verified to be valid and reliable through content validity, exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency analysis. Valid 286 questionnaires were analyzed with correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on significance level of .05. Following findings were derived from current study. First of all, the appraisal attributes of a MLEE had a significant effect on visitors' satisfaction and among them only the factor of event program had a unique relation with the levels of satisfaction. In addition, the appraisal attributes of the MLEE also had a significant effect on visitors' repurchase behavior and among them event program, transportation and employee factors had unique relations with the performance variable in order. In conclusion, all the research hypotheses that had been set up through previous studies were confirmed in this study.

  • Purpose of this study is to define competitiveness and attribution factors of Busan port on attracting high value added business such as transshipment cargo. Research finds condition to become optimal transshipment port comprises both internal and external circumstances. As for the internal circumstance, scale and location of the distripark as well as port facilities and the rates, for the external circumstance, international network and information technology on logistics managements are providing positive effects. Optimal plans to attract transshipment cargo should include, first, development of total logistics management system from port entry to unloading, transportation, processing, loading to departure. Second, assign port as free trade zone under customs law to attract foreign investment and goods traffic through tax exemption. Third, unless it is illegal, government needs to grant substantial freedom to shift capital for the foreign investors which will lead increase in cargo traffic and foreign investment.

  • 본 논문에서는 데이터 내의 비선형 속성을 보다 빠르고 정확하게 추출하기 위한 수정된 학습알고리즘의 비선형 주요 성분분석 신경망을 제안한다. 제안된 학습알고리즘은 신경망의 학습시에 과거의 속성을 반영하기 위한 모멘트 항이 추가된 학습기법이다. 이는 최적해로의 수렴에 따른 발전을 억제하여 그 수렴성능을 좀더 개선시키는 모멘텀의 장점을 그대로 살리기 위함이다. 제안된 학습알고리즘을 이용한 신경망을 128$\times$128 픽셀의 Lenna와 256$\times$128 픽셀의 차량 번호판 영상들을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 한 결과, 제안된 학습알고리즘이 기존의 비선형 주요성분 분석을 위한 신경망이나 선형속성을 가지는 역전파 알고리즘을 이용한 신경망보다 더욱 우수한 수렴 성능과 특징추출 성능이 있음을 확인하였다.

  • To correspond actively to international economy, shipping and port environment change, world main ports have converged in competitiveness raising. However, existing researches have been intensively analyzed port competitiveness on among ports. So, this study analyzes the relations between the main factors of port selection and port competition players: central government, port authority, terminal operators, shipping companies, etc. This paper has a purpose that each port competition player makes a competitive strategy in accordance with this study. First, this study reviewed shipping and port market's environment change and port selection decision factors to correspond to these environment changes and on the basis of this review analyzed relativity between component port competition players and port competition factors. However, port authorities and terminal operators appeared high relevance about in side of expense, service, facilities etc. Because port authorities offered incentive to pull many shipping companies to their ports and terminal operators managed port authorities' ports. But we could deduce high relevance according to other market players' properties without port authorities and terminal operators. Port marketing strategy establishment among port competition players is available on the basis of these factors.

  • 본 논문에서는 전문가 시스템에서 지식에 대한 규칙을 감소시키기 위해 러프 집합을 이용한 지식 감축 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 속성 항을 클래스로 분류하여 각 클래스와 이웃하는 클래스의 항들을 비교하여 리덕트와 코어를 구하여 최소화하였다. 이러한 방법은 방대한 양의 규칙을 최소화함으로써 의사결정 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.

전자해도 수심객체 최적표현 방안 연구

  • 전자해도에는 해안선, 등심선, 수심, 항로표지, 위험물, 항로 등 선박의 항해와 관련된 모든 해도정보를 포함하고 있으며, 각 정보는 속성정보와 공간정보를 가지고 데이터 레코드 단위로 저장된다. 수심 정보의 경우 점 형태의 공간정보로서 전자해도 격자 구역에 포함되는 수백에서 수천 개의 수심 위경도 좌표와 수심정보를 포함하고 있다. 수심 정보는 전자해도 중첩의 주된 원인이 되어 수심정보의 최적표현 기법 개발이 요구되었다. 본 연구에서는 전자해도 수심정보의 표현 기준을 수립하고, 기준에 따라 수심정보의 최적표현 방법을 제안하였다. 세부 내용으로 전자해도 수심정보 표현기준을 작성하고 전자해도에서 수심정보를 추출한 다음 기준에 따라 수심정보를 분류 하였다. 또한 분류한 수심정보를 전자해도에 저장하고 그 결과를 확인 하였다.
