본 연구는 지속가능한 물류활동에서 관심을 받고 있는 내항해운(연안해운)의 물류네트워크를 파악하기위한 기초분석으로서 연안여객항로에 관하여 네트워크를 파악하였다. 최근에 기존의 계량적 통계분석방법을 뛰어넘어 존재하고 있는 구조와 실체를 파악하기위해 사회연결망분석이 도입되고 있는 상황에서, 우리나라 연안해운항로의 네트워크를 파악하고자 하였다. 내항해운은 화물운송과 여객운송으로 구별되나 본 연구에서는 화물선만 고려하였다. 국가물류통합정보센터와 해운항만물류정보시스템을 활용하여 한국의 내항해운의 중심성을 분석하였다. 중심성 분석을 위해서 화물선 출입항 척수와 화물처리량을 변수로 사용하여 Pajek과 UCINET 등의 SNA 프로그램을 이용한 결과 내항해운 네트워크를 도식화하고 파악하였다. 결과적으로 네트워크의 node에 해당하는 항만 중에서 어떤 항만이 가장 중요한 노드인지를 찾고, 네트워크 구조가 얼마나 소수의 중요한 항만에게 집중되는 것인지를 확인하기 위하여 중심성 분석을 통해 파악하였다.

The ports have been confronted with rapid environmental changes. This means that it is imperative to enhance the competitiveness by resolving the chronic and difficult problems regarding Busan New Port. This paper, hence, suggests how to activate the hinterland of the New Port. The New Port was designed to become a leading logistics port in Northeast Asia and its economic ripple effect was expected to be much greater with the construction of New Port Hinterland. The government should also seek to supply the sufficient land as well as establish port clusters with various port-related industries, which enables the New Port to survive the forthcoming harsh environmental changes and meet the diverse demands. Those measures also enable the New Port to overcome the deterioration of the competitiveness and enjoy the economies of scale. The cluster-based hinterland policy framework is sure to be very efficient but should be complemented with infrastructure policies for the better policy-mix.

미국 환경단체가 발표한 자료에 따르면, 항만이 대기오염의 주범으로 알려진 자동차나 발전소보다 더 많은 오염물질을 배출하고 있으며, 특히 컨테이너트럭과 하역장비에서 많은 오염물질을 배출하는 것으로 확인되었다. 세계 5위의 컨테이너 물동량을 처리하는 부산항을 비롯하여 많은 항만을 보유하고 있는 우리나라도 적극적으로 항만에서 배출하는 온실가스를 감축하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 IP-RFID라는 새로운 기술을 이용하여 항만 터미널내의 물류장비(컨테이너 트럭, 하역장비 등)들의 탄소배출량을 실시간으로 관리할 수 있는 모니터링시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 개발하는 모니터링시스템은 개별 물류장비의 탄소량을 실시간으로 측정하여 IP통신을 통해 다양한 사용자에게 직접 정보를 전달할 수 있는 IP-Tag를 부착하여, 개별 물류장비별 탄소배출량을 적극적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템이다. 이 시스템을 통해 물류장비별로 탄소배출량 관리가 가능해지고 운전자도 실시간으로 장비의 탄소배출량을 확인할 수 있기 때문에, 항만의 탄소배출량을 감축할 수 있을 것이다.

항만 물류 관련 업무처리의 효율화를 위해 EDI가 도입되고 활용되고 있으나 많은 문제점들이 야기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 EDI 활용실태를 실증적으로 조사하여 그 원인을 정확하게 분석함으로써 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 조사결과 나타난 문제점들 중 중요한 내용을 살펴보면, 무역망과 물류망의 분리 운영, 항만 물류 관련 기관들 사이의 데이터베이스의 독립적 운영, 사용자시스템상의 문제 등이다. 이중에서도 사용자들에게 많은 부담을 주고있는 부분이 PORT-MIS EDI 사용자시스템인 것으로 판단되어 이에 대한 구체적 수준의 문제점 분석과 개선방안을 도출하여 제시하였다.

Port Logistics Industry plays a crucial role in trade creating added value, and contributes greatly in economic growth of a nation. Multitude of studies have been conducted to develop this industry as a means of intensifying national competitiveness. In line with this trend, this study aims to examine the effect of the Port Logistics Industry on the regional economy focusing on Ulsan, and also compare the industry among five port cities by using Korean Standard Industrial Classification (KSIC) Rev. 9 and 2010 Economy Census. The results of this study demonstrate that the Port Logistics Industry has significant regional employment rate and economic importance, showing the high number of workers (11.7%) and sales (13.1%) in 2010. According to the comparison among five port cities between 2007 and 2011, the increase of annual average in the number of companies of Gwangyang (5.72%) and Ulsan (4.23%) is higher than the national average (1.74%), and Ulsan (23.82%) and Pyeongtaek (25.74%) show high increase of annual average in the number of workers.

유비쿼터스 시대의 핵심 기술인 RFID 기술은 물류현장에 많이 응용되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 현재 물류 분야에 적용되는 사례를 분석하고 차세대 RFID 물류시스템을 적용할 수 있도록 지능화된 RFID 장치를 사용하고, RFID 장치 및 물류 프로세스의 오류를 실시간으로 검출하고 보정하여 Open SCM에 적용하는 방법을 제안하였다.

Jeon-buk is well equipped for the growth of the logistics industry as it is the center of inland and marine traffic. However, it was not activated because of the infrastructure insufficiency. This paper surveyed the logistics industry facilities, interviewed people who are engaged in its business, researched into their business difficulties and the problem of the logistics industry of Jeon-buk. As a result of research, this paper makes an alternative plan for the development of the logistics industry of Jeon-buk area.

Historically, government has facilitated logistics by building the airports, the seaports, the rail and transit lines, subsidized their operations where necessary, and established the basic laws and regulations pursuant to which the industry serves the public. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Korean government began to prepare the basic laws of logistics and nowadays it has tried to refine national logistics laws to reflect contemporary industry conditions and evolving ideological attitudes. The policy objectives governing logistics regulation have changed significantly since 2000. This article traces the current status of the Korean logistics laws which regulate one of the nation's most important industries and suggests certain amendment of current laws.

Last port logistics for the EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) document processing system using a rapid increase in the complaint is handled. However, the existing system in a way that the script processing EDI documents, but the complexity of the script writing and document processing efficiency, lower consumption due to increased demand for processing has not kept up. Therefore, we changed the script in a way how to handle the binary system was designed and implemented. Also used for port logistics has developed 12 types of EDI documents. Accordingly, the document processing speed compared to existing methods are improved twelvefold port logistics system for processing EDI documents are expected to be utilized.
