Due to the change of global production network, the establishment of new strategy in Korea ports is required Especially, the trade pattern has been mainly concentrated in Northeast Asia region according to economic growth of the Asia including China, Japan, and Korea. Hence, Korea major ports with the competition of price and service has to meet the need of Northeast port alliance and has to compete against other countries in variable trade environment. Therefore, the objective of this study is to propose a port alliance strategy in order to promote the transshipment of Korea major ports such as Pusan port and Gwangyang port. In order to establish the logistics business model in the ports, we provided the direction of the Northeast port alliance and candidate ports in China and Japan.

산업 현장의 기계 시설물 고장 문제는 큰 인명피해와 경제적 손실을 초래할 수 있기 때문에, 기계 시설물의 상태를 기반하여 고장을 진단하는 것은 대단히 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 전류 센서 데이터를 활용하여, 시설물의 고장 여부를 진단할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 연구에 활용된 전류 센서 데이터는 x, y, z축을 가진 3상 전류 데이터로 구성되어 있으며, 2kHz로 1초간 샘플링 되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 2차원적 특성을 가지는 전류 센서 데이터를 분석하기 위해 CNN(Convolution Neural Network)을 활용한다. 시설물의 고장진단에 가장 적합한 모델을 선정하기 위해 CNN의 대표적인 백본 네트워크를 활용하여, 결과를 비교하였다. 실험 결과, 본 연구에서 구성한 후보 백본 네트워크 중 ResNet의 분류 정확도가 98.5%로 가장 높게 나타났다.

Current competition among companies than regional, the time constraints, it is globalization, Tilt the efforts of many to be operated by building the efficient distribution system to reduce logistics costs and improve customer service it is reality's there. Therefore, the need for industrial complexes environmentally friendly can be cost competitive companies perform cavitation region's increased. To build the distribution center these logistics system through a joint of freight and appropriate policy is required. In particular, efficient operation through the system construction of industrial complexes in the logistics system is very important in terms of friendly low-cost urban logistics, the environment. Since the traffic volume which is Jipufa and utilization of network is transported by a more appropriate technicians and means suitable operating model can efficiency is improved. However, despite these advantages, research network design has not been actively conducted due to the complexity of the problem. Therefore, in this study, by analyzing the logistics system, and presents the operating model through a simulation and basic settings for the model of the logistics complex based on the analysis result, the construction of infrastructure of logistics industry complex it is intended to present the article.

Companies are facing challenges to have high competitiveness because of continuous oil price rising and CO2 emissions regulations. Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

This thesis aims to contribute to upgrading its position to the biggest 8 ports in Korea by suggesting activating schemes of Kunsan Port in rapidly changing shipping environments. The research methodologies such as literature survey, O/D analysis are adopted in the study. The following several conclusions can be suggested. Firstly, in port logistics system the dredging in navigational channels and in Kumgang Dam and the incentive schemes for the shipping companies and the international freight forwarders are required. Secondly cargo inducement schemes should be introduced to induce container cargoes originated in Junbook Do Province and adjacent area etc. Thirdly the development of new shipping routes and strengthening the coastal routes among domestic sea ports. Fouthly establishing supply chain management system with adjacent Chinese Provinces such as Shandong.

스마트 항만 IoT 인프라 및 정보수집 제공 장치 개발 과제는 항만 IoT 인프라와 정보수집 및 제공 장치 개발을 통해 항만물류자원들의 상호 간 초연결 네트워크를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 실시간으로 정보를 수집 분석하여 제공함으로써 화물, 사람, 장비, 시설 등을 포함하는 항만 내 모든 자원의 연결성을 90% 이상 확보하고, 더불어 선박, 외부트럭, 교량, 교통 등을 포함한 항만 외 외부자원과의 연결성을 강화하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

By using social network analysis, this study examined 102 countries, 281 ports, and 6,318 maritime routes associated with the global network of the Maersk Line. With the 'Belt and Road' in place, China is developing ports, expanding the cooperation with major ports, and increasing its influence on maritime transport. China's ports' reform and development implies establishing stable and independent logistic networks for supply of raw materials as well as exports and imports. This is closely related not only to individual ports' competitiveness, but also to relational structures between maritime powerhouses such as the US-which has the largest share and influence in the global market-and the surrounding countries. In this regard, an analysis of the maritime transport needs to consider the characteristics of individual ports together with those of each country. This study identified the characteristics of each port in light of the relationships in the global network of Maersk and applied them to each country. Moreover, the individual networks of China, the US, and Korea are compared. The findings showed that China, the US, Panama, Malaysia, and Spain accounted for large shares of the global network, while the shares of China, Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam were high in China's network. In addition, by comparing individual networks of China, the US, and Korea, it emerged that Korean ports such as Busan and Gwangyang had secured a high level of competitiveness in the Chinese network.

The overseas expansion of global logistics company (GLC) is increasing rapidly under the influence of international specialization of manufacturing, and the necessity of global logistics service is increasing, and then the logistics market is growing year to year. The purposes of this study are to investigate the growing factors and strategies making global logistics company and to suggest the best strategies for overseas expansion of domestic logistics company (DLC) by using imitation strategy. The major results are as follows ; Firstly, DLC has to imitate liner shipping company or terminal operator which has competitiveness rather than other part of logistics. Secondly, DLC has to build up competition through investigation the global logistics companies which have globalization, specialization, monopolization and public elements. Thirdly, DLC has to use 'coming from behind strategy' for the exiting market, the 'pioneer importer strategy' for the new emerging market or niche. Lastly, DLC has to make a road map or process for expanding the logistics service area without collision exiting business models.

This primary purpose of this study is to suggest alternatives for raising the Korea Post as a global logistics firm using a case study. The following alternatives for raising the Korea Post as a global logistics are suggested. First, as a first stage, in addition to previously established business scope such as saving, mail, insurance, logistics business unit have to be added. Second, as a second stage, warehousing and multimodal transport logistics have to be strengthened through M&A or self-financing and investment. Third, as a third stage, market coverage and service scope is to be expanded to country having larger logistics market size. Finally, as a fourth stage, global-oriented total logistics service is to be provided.
