This article aims to reveal the relative influences to the Brand Power and Performance of Factors that comprise the port brand assets in order to control and manage the ports. And also this Paper want to suggest the useful strategies and implications for the improvement of Brand Power by comparing the level of brand competitiveness of Incheon Port with those of other Korean ports that are in competitive relation. In this research we can find out that the components of port brand asset are awareness level, image, service quality, and satisfaction of relation. And among those 4 factors, recognition level and satisfaction of relation are very significant relation factors for the loyalty in Incheon Port. In comparison study between Incheon and Pyungtack Ports, satisfaction of relation is revealed as especially significant factor for the customers that show highly effective management performances and we can find that, in Busan Port, image and service quality are significant as well.

부산항만은 년간 천만 TEU 이상의 환적 물돌량을 처리하는 세계 2위 환적항이다. 이러한 환적 물량을 효과적으로 처리하기 위해서는 선사, 운송사, 트럭, 터미널 등 각 이해관계자간 정보의 신속하고 정확한 전달이 중요하나, 현재는 정보전달 방법이 다양하고, 정보 공유가 미흡하여 차량 대기, 정보의 누락, 터미널 혼잡 등 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 부산항만공사는 블록체인 기술을 활용하여 이해관계자 간에 정보를 실시간 공유함으로써 작업 우선순위를 고려한 운송계획 등을 수립할 수 있도록 하여 운송 효율을 높이기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 사례 발표에서는 부산항의 ITT 관련 문제점 및 개선 방안, 향후 계획 등에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

부산의 해수욕장인 해운대와 광안리를 중심으로 관광객들이 지각된 가치가 만족에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 지각된 품질과 지각된 비용은 만족과 정(+)의 영향관계를 가지며, 지각된 편의성은 만족과 부(+)의 영향관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the interdependent partnership between liner shipping companies and port-related service firms on the service quality and transaction performance. The empirical analysis found that sharing information and mutual trust of partnership factor positively affected service quality of the port-related service firms, but the communication had negative effects on it. The interdependence had the interaction effect between the partnership and the service quality. Also, the service quality affected satisfaction of transaction and re-purchasing of the shipping companies. This study shows that the partnership to be formed mutual dependent relationship between shipping companies and the port-related firms improve the service quality of shipping service network and enhance transactional satisfaction of both parties.

컨테이너 선박의 대형화, 항만의 중심항과 주변항으로 체제 변화 등과 같은 항만 환경의 변하는 항만간의 경쟁을 심화시키고 있다. 선행연구에서 항만경쟁력 요인 분석을 통해 항만물류 서비스품질 또한 한 요인임을 밝혔다. 기존의 항만물류 서비스품질에 대한 연구에서 항만물류 서비스품질을 통한 고객만족에 관한 연구는 많지만, 항만물류 서비스품질의 선행변수에 대한 연구는 미비했다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항만물류 서비스품질이 선행변수로 전략지향성의 요인인 혁신지향성, 고객지향성, 경쟁자지향성을 선정하여 이들의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to estimate seismic damage for harbor site considering dynamic amplification characteristics. First of all, a series of ground response analysis is performed and then correlation equations between rock outcrop accelerations and peak ground accelerations (PGAs) are determined. These equations are saved into DB and when an earthquake occurs, PGAs are determined by them as soon as possible. For earthquake events, seismic damage grades of harbor structures are determined by using the correlated PGAs and fragility curves of harbor structures in real time. In this study, seismic damage was estimated and classified into several grades by applying two hypothetical earthquakes.

The purpose of this research is to introduce the concept of "relationship formation factors" in inter-firm relations and to empirically demonstrate that they are effective in improving the relationship results by means of anmediating variable. Therefore, the basic model of this study consists of the independent, mediating, and dependent variables. First, the independent variable, that is, the relationship formation factors, is further classified into three components： transactional, relational, environmental characteristics. Then, the study empirically examines how each of the three components influences the dependent variable, that is, the business performance(Load Factor), by way of the mediating variables, that is, trust and relationship commitment.

본 연구는 부산항에서 차지하는 환적물동량의 위상을 고려하여 환적화물에 대한 정확한 예측을 위한 모델을 수립하는데 그 목적이 있다. 환적물량을 결정짓는 요소로는 부산항의 경쟁력 뿐 아니라 중국 등의 수출입 물동량 증가량과 중국항만의 경쟁력도 중요요소이며, 이들 요소들이 상호간에 영향을 주고 받음에 따라 그러한 순환적 인과관계 분석에 적합한 시스템 다이내믹스(SD) 기법을 활용하여 환적화물에 대한 예측을 시도해 보고자 한다.
