Since the 90's, Korean Air transport market has been more expanded because of economic growth, the construction of airport infrastructure, and the advent of low cost carrier. Especially, the air traffic demand in Busan metropolitan area has been increasing steadily. Therefore, in this paper, we developed a new forecasting model which could expect the future air traffic demand in Busan area. This model is developed by regression analysis using social-economic variables such as GRDP, income, and the number of people, and dummy variables, for instance, KTX opening, Japan economic depression, SARS and so on. Result from demand forecasting by this new model suggests that the new airport system is needed in order to sustain the increasing air traffic demand in Busan area.

미국의 보잉사와 록히드의 양사가 여타 항공기 제조업자를 합병 혹은 흡수하여 사실상 맘모스 기업으로 발판을 굳힘에 따라 유럽세인 에어버스를 비호하는 유럽연합측이 실질적인 시장 독점을 위한 기업연합이라고 항의하는 등 국제 항공기 시장을 놓고 항공기 제조업계의 경쟁은 갈수록 치열해지고 있다. 한편 지난 6월의 파리 에어쇼를 전후하여 보잉사와 에어버스 양사는 민간 여객기 판매에 더욱 열을 올리고 있으며 그중에도 에어버스사의 세계 시장 절반 점유계획이 크게 돋보이고 있다. 이러한 세계시장의 열띈 기운을 배경으로 항공기 수요의 장기 전망과 시장점유동향에 대하여 그 개관을 알아 보기로 한다.

This study predicts the means sharing ratio of the urban air transportation (UAM) when the VertiHub of the UAM in the southern western part is built at Songjeong Station in Gwanju. Based on Monte Carlo simulation of the utility function and means selection logit model for each means of transportation, our findings indicate an average mode share of 0.95%, with a variability range from 0.07% to 4.7%. Moreover, 95% of the simulation outcomes fall below a 2.02% mode share. Sensitivity analysis, conducted via Tornado Plot, highlights that the mode share is principally influenced by factors such as the unit fare, cost parameter, basic fare, and the time required for takeoff and landing. Notably, a negative correlation exists for unit fare, basic fare, and takeoff and landing time, suggesting the necessity of setting an appropriate level of fair to enhance UAM utilization.

미연방항공청(FAA)은 항공기 인증업무에 대한 개선을 지속적으로 노력하고 있다. 항공기 제작 산업이 발전하고 있고, 국제공동 개발 등 다양한 형태의 사업구도가 증가하고 있다. 또한 무인기와 같은 새로운 형태의 항공기에 대한 인증업무가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 증가하는 인증업무 수요에 대응하고자 업무 절차 및 인력에 대한 효율적 관리를 목적으로 제도 및 조직을 개편하고 있다. 국내 항공산업 또한 환경의 변화가 예상되며 미국의 사례를 통하여 국내 항공기 인증 체제의 나아갈 방향에 대하여 고찰해 보았다.

The World aerospace industry grows consistently with the development digital technology. We study the activation of the digital aerospace industry based on avionics system, with respect to demand, system and industrial structure in the gimpo area. The strategy is made for aerospace industry to be a growth driver and then we suggest some projects to carry out it. Those are lasting creation of aerospace demand, possession of core part material and competitive digital technology, construction infrastructure for activation of system operation, improvement of administrative assistance system and finally strengthening policy modulation between civil, company, army, academy, and government. Therefore, it is possible to develop into it focusing the MRO and the Helicopter, if we complement systems related in the field of administration and Industry.
