Under the background of globalization, the borderless nature of film and television language makes the exchange of film as the carrier become an important part of cultural exchanges in various countries. Therefore, film co-production between China and the United States, China and Japan, China and South Korea and other countries has become an important part of the current Chinese film industry. Among them, China and South Korea are close neighbors, and the exchanges between the two countries' films are also increasing. Korean movies have recovered since the 1990s, and they prospered at the beginning of the 21st century, and have formed a unique influence in the international community, especially in crime, suspense, love and other types of films. The co-production of Chinese and Korean films began to appear in 2000, and the signing of the "China-Korea Co-production Film Agreement" in 2014 prompted the rapid convergence of Chinese and Korean film co-productions. However, the co-productions of China and South Korea did not achieve good expectations in terms of communication effects and market evaluation. This article will use the "cultural discount" theory in cross-cultural communication to analyze the reasons for the cultural discounts produced by Chinese and Korean co-productions and how to avoid this phenomenon to the maximum extent.

대한출판문화협회(회장 윤형두)는 지난 11월 11일 50여명의 출판 관계자가 참석한 가운데 '중국 출판인 초청 세미나'를 출협 4층 강당에서 개최했다. 윤형두 출협 회장은 개회사를 통해 "2012년 베이징도서전의 주빈국으로 빈틈없는 준비를 위해 이번 세미나를 준비했다"며 "격변기를 맞고 있는 출판업은 세계가 공통적으로 직면해 있는 문제이기 때문에 위기로만 생각하지 말고 새로운 기회라 생각하고 보다 좋은 방안을 강구하는 자리가 되기 바란다"고 말했다. '한 중 출판교류의 현황과 향후 방안을 주제로 한 이번 세미나에서는 중국의 대표 대학출판사인 인민대학출판사의 허야오민 사장과 멍차오 부사장이 각각 발제자로 나와 자사를 중심으로 한 중국의 출판시장 현황 및 비전, 그리고 한중 출판이 지향해야 할 구체적인 출판 교류 방안을 제시했다. 이날 발표된 '중국 출판계의 현황과 향후대책'과 '한중출판계의 협력 방안'을 요약, 소개한다.

Northeast Asian relations have been dominated by competitions rather than cooperation. Nevertheless, since the end of the Cold War, interchanges among South Korea, China, and Japan's local governments have been increasing rapidly. Why local governments of the three Northeast Asian states have maintained constant exchanges despite the sluggish cooperation of their central governments? What effects and limitations of exchanges among local governments in Northeast Asia on regional peace? The results of research show that effects of Northeast Asian local governments on regional peace is complicated. The study indicated that the local governments' exchanges had certain limitations in constructing the regional peace as an independent factor. However, it is also certain that the local governments' exchanges have contributed to the Northeast Asian peace, to some extent, by playing a complementary role in maintaining cooperation in local level.
