The purposes of this study are to review the historical development of food and culture in the KDC (Korean Decimal Classification) and to propose improvements of the KDC to classify materials of food and culture by using the KDC effectively. First of all, changes of classification numbers and headings related to food and culture from the 1st edition to the 5th edition of the KDC were examined. Recent books about food and culture were examined and were classified according to the latest edition of the KDC. Several problems were found including a lack of headings, including notes in food and culture, a lack of headings about Korean foods in particular and reflections about various foods from other countries, a lack of detailed relative headings, and the remaining western oriented headings. Other classification systems about food and culture were analyzed and it was found that there was a need to have new headings for classifying Korean traditional foods and table services, new formats for a relative index, detailed notes, and changes in western oriented headings.

본 논문에서는 Core-A를 이용한 실시간 영상 신호 처리 SoC 설계와 검증에 대해 기술한다. 영상 신호 처리를 위한 방식으로 SoC를 사용하였으며 영상 처리를 위한 ISP를 설계하였다. 영상 처리를 위한 마이크로프로세서는 코드밀도를 높이고 Verilog HDL을 사용하여 기술되어 여러 응용분야에서 최적화할 수 있는 국내에서 개발된 Core-A를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 SoC는 Verilog HDL언어로 설계 되었고, 기본 SoC의 구조는 Core-A, AMBA Bus, ISP, Memory controller, Uart로 구성하였다. 구현된 SoC는 다양한 영상 신호 처리를 지원하여 향후 영상압축 인코더의 실시간 이미지 처리용 소스로 사용할 수 있고 신호 처리 알고리즘 검증용에도 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 설계 검증을 위해 먼저 FPGA를 이용하여 검증하였으며 TSMC $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS공정으로 합성한 결과 동작주파수는 50MHz, 전체 게이트 수 86.1k로 확인되었다.

최근에는 사회구조가 복잡해 짐에 따라 각 분야의 전문성이 두드러지고 있다. 이러한 흐름은 음식점에도 영향을 주어 기존의 형식에서 벗어난 자신들만의 독특하고 차별성 있는 요리 메뉴의 개발을 가속화시켰다. 그로 인해 한식, 중식, 양식으로 구분하는 전통적인 음식점 분류 방식이 한계를 보였고, 기존의 분류를 포함하면서도 새로이 등장하는 음식점들을 다룰 수 있는 방식이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 최근 폭발적으로 늘어나는 음식점 추천 웹 사이트의 데이터를 토대로 자동적으로 음식점 분류를 수행하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 각 음식점이 갖고 있는 특징을 메뉴 정보를 통해 파악하려 하였다. 음식점 사이트에서 수집한 2 천개의 음식점, 6 만개의 메뉴 정보를 미리 정의된 필터로 정제한 후 Sequential Information Bottleneck Clustering 알고리즘을 적용하여 구분해 보았다. 실험결과 제안한 방법이 다른 Clustering 방법에 비해 높은 성능을 보였으며 음식점주가 수동적으로 음식점 분류를 입력하는 수고를 줄일 수 있는 가능성을 보였다.

The proliferation of online reviews on dining experiences has significantly affected consumers' choices of restaurants, especially overseas. Food quality, service, ambiance, and price have been identified as specific attributes for the choice of a restaurant in prior studies. In addition to these four representative attributes, cultural factors, which may also significantly impact the choice of a restaurant for tourists, in particular, have not received much attention in previous studies. This study employs the text mining technique to analyze over 10,000 online reviews of 76 Korean restaurants posted by Chinese tourists on dianping.com to explore the influence of cultural factors on the consumer's choice of restaurants in the overseas travel context. The findings reveal that "Hallyu (Korean Wave)" influences Chinese tourists' dining experiences in Korea and their satisfaction. Moreover, Korean food-related words, such as cold noodle, bibimbap, rice cake, pig trotters, and kimchi stew, appeared across all the review topics. Our findings contribute to the existing tourism and hospitality literature by identifying the critical role of cultural factors on consumers', especially tourists', satisfaction with the choice of a restaurant using text mining. The findings also provide practical guidance to restaurant owners in Korea to attract more Chinese tourists.

본 논문에서는 스마트 폰의 GPS 센서와 구글 맵 기반의 음식점 정보제공 연동이 자유로운 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 어플리케이션은 안드로이드 내장 센서를 이용하여 현재 사용자의 위치를 기준으로 반경 30m 안의 음식점 정보는 초록색 반원에서 확인할 수 있다. 그리고 구글 맵에서 마커는 메뉴별로 다르게 하여 카테고리마다 마커가 다르게 표시된다. 또한, 상단에 메뉴를 선택할 수 있게 하여 메뉴별로 필터를 가능하게 함으로써 크게 한식, 양식, 일식, 중식, 분식, 후식, 패스트푸드 등으로 분류되어 사용자 주위에 있는 음식집을 빠르게 선택할 수 있도록 구현한다.

Internet explosion has revolutionized the way the industries, including that of the hospitality industry have conducted their businesses. With any new technology, there is a need to explore, define, develop and refine practices in its usage. The main purpose of this study was to examine how internet information influence employees job satisfaction and organizational performance. Employees were asked through surveys to evaluate four specific factors: format, accuracy, content and timeliness (FACT) in terms of their importance when making a restaurant choice. The findings of this study were as follows: internet information quality influenced business performance and employees job satisfaction.

This paper proposes an efficient hardware architecture of CABAC for HEVC decoder. The proposed method is structured to handle two bins in one cycle, while preserving data dependencies of the CABAC. In addition, the processing time of the proposed architecture is reduced because the operation using Offset and Range is processed while the architecture reads rLPS from rLPSROM. As a result of analyzing operating frequency of the proposed CABAC architecture, the proposed architecture has improved by 40% than the previous one.

최근 할랄식품의 수출확대에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있는 가운데 농식품부는 2017년의 농식품 수출목표 100억불 가운데 할랄식품의 수출목표를 15억불로 설정하여 추진 중에 있다. 아울러 이를 위해 2015년 3월 한국식품연구원에 "할랄식품 수출정보시스템"을 구축하여 말레이시아와 인도네시아를 중심으로 할랄인증절차를 포함하여 필요한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 그 외에 2013년에서 2015년에 걸쳐 국내 할랄인증기관인 한국이슬람교중앙회(KMF)를 말레이시아(JAKIM) 및 싱가포르(MUIS)의 할랄인증기관에서 인정하는 기관으로 등록함으로써 교차인정절차를 마쳤다. 또한 2015년에는 주요 할랄시장이라 할 수 있는 말레이시아, 인도네시아, 아랍에미리트에서의 'K- Food Fair'개최, 한국산 농식품 및 한식에 대한 홍보활동을 실시한 바 있다. 그런가하면 일본 또한 최근 한국과 마찬가지로 말레이시아, 인도네시아 및 싱가포르를 포함한 할랄시장에 대한 유제품을 포함한 식품수출확대에 적극적이다. 따라서 한일 양국의 할랄시장을 둘러싼 경쟁 또한 불가피할 전망이다. 본고는 최근 할랄시장에 대한 식품수출확대를 위한 이 같은 국내외의 움직임과 관련하여 할랄식품의 의미 및 할랄시장에 대한 유제품의 수출가능성에 대해 간략히 살펴보고자 한다.

This study aims to suggest useful information for tteokbokki franchise businesses to enter foreign markets by market testing and surveying preferences of foreign consumers with various kinds of tteokbokki. For this research, a survey was conducted from July 16 to August 20, 2012, targeting the people who live in Beijing, Tokyo, Singapore. The data was collected and analyzed using SPSS for Windows Version 18.0. The relationship between the general details of consumers and the results of the market test were analyzed using canonical correlation analysis. Research results and utilization plans are expected to use for improving the image of the country and ripple effects on exporting agricultural and fishery products, along with the effect of increasing spread of overseas personnel export and domestic Korean overseas supply of cultural content. Nurturing restaurant franchise business, creating jobs, and contributing to the increase in the income of the rural economy are also expected. Fermented tteokbokki franchise business should create new added value. The development of fermented tteokbokki will build a new culture of consumption, expand consumption, academic cooperation and joint technology development, and activate employment linked. Consequently, it is necessary to understand eating habits of local consumers from a variety of perspectives such as texture, taste, and colors of sauce when globalizing Korean food.

Runtime updating of component is a technology which is replacing component used in program with newly implemented component without terminating running program using old one. Recently, it is trend that softwares are developed by reusing the existing component. When we use these components to softwares which have to offer consecutive services, they must be terminated or shutdown to update component with newly implemented one. In this case, users who are offered services of software have to request them one more time and sometimes lose informations which they use. Therefore, this paper suggests how to update components with newly implemented one without terminating tbe running software wbicb is cmnposed witb tbe component for tbe purpose of solving problems which are occurred wben existing components are being ubdated.
