This study was conducted to compare the hunting reaction of finger in the cold water. Finger skin temperature is measured the left middle finger tip immersion in cold water of 5℃ for 30 minutes and measurements were made on finger skin temperature(Ts), thermal comfort, and cold pain sensations during the experiment at the spring (March) and Winter(December). Results were follows. Is before immersion was at the highest in spring and at the lowest in winter and was closely related to the indoor temperature Ts during immersion and recovery. Mean of finger skin temperature(MST), the skin temperature at the first rise(TTR) and amplitude of finger skin temperature reaction during immersion(AT) were significant higher in spring than that in winter(P＜.01). The lowest skin temperature(LST) during the cold water immersion were significantly higher in spring than that in winter (P＜.05). The frequency of the appearance of cold-Induced vase dilation(CIVD) was higher in spring than that in winter. However, time for the first temperature(TTR) and recovery time(RT) had no seasonal variation. In addition, cold pains during immersion were felt more strongly in spring than in winter. Local thermal sensation, finger thermal sensation in dynamic state during hand immersion was different from that in the Winter. Spring was slowly cold in cold water immersion.

한랭응집소는 저온에서 적혈구의 용혈 및 응집반응을 일으켜 저체온법을 이용한 개심술 시 치명적인 합병증을 일으킨다. 41세 남자 환자가 승모판 협착증을 진단 받고 외래 관찰 도중 기침과 발열 등의 폐렴증상으로 입원하여 항생제 치료 후 승모판 치환술을 받았다. 수술 도중 심정지액의 온도를 내리면서 응집현상을 관찰하고 한랭반응단백질에 의한 응집현상을 의심하여 심정지액을 온혈성으로 바꾸고 정온 체외순환으로 무사히 개심술을 마쳤으며, 수술 후 면역혈청학검사에서 한랭응집소를 확인하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.

The purpose of this study was to define the effects of the finger temperature response according to the daily life of college student. For this study, 31 healthy female college students were taken as a subject group. To define the effects of the finger temperature response, housing style, subjective thermal sensations during daily life in the house and domestic working time were surveyed. The finger temperature response items were measured. The results were as follows. Strong, normal and weak group members were divided according to their cold resistance index(RI) 3, 8, 20 people, repectively. Subjective thermal sensations during daily life in the house affects the cold resistance index(p<.01). The cold resistance index(RI) got higher as domestic working time was increased(p<.05, F-value=3.927). The percentage wearing protective gloves during domestic work in the weak group was higher than the normal or strong groups. Subjective sensations during daily life and domestic working time effected the local cold tolerance, living in a comfortable environment continuously can weaken one's cold tolerance.
