인산염 이온 형태에 의한 pH 변량 모형 (pH Variance Model Depending on Phosphate Ion Form)

  • 본 시험은 배양액 내 pH 변화에 따른 이온과 EC의 모형을 구명하고자 수행하였다. 배양액 내 $HPO_4{^{-2}}$$H_2PO_4{^-}$의 변량에 따른 pH가 변하는데, pH 4.0-5.0은 EC의 변량이 상승하고, pH 5.0-7.0은 EC의 변량이 완만하고, pH 7.0-8.0은 다시 상승하였다. 배양액 내 다량원소의 변량을 보면, pH가 상승할수록 K, Ca, N, P의 이온 농도도 증가하는데, 특히 K과 P의 변량이 크게 나타났다. 반면 Mg와 S의 변량은 일정하게 유지되었다. 배양액의 IBM(ion balance model)에 따른 분석에서, EC의 변량은 크게 변하지 않고, 이온의 균형점이 a분면에서 d분면으로 이동하면 pH가 상승하면서 음이온 보다 양이온이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 pH 변량이 높을수록 EC 중앙선으로부터 멀어져 배양액의 이온 불균형이 증가되었다. $HPO_4{^{-2}}$$H_2PO_4{^-}$의 변량에 대한 K와 Ca의 당량비 보정은 pH가 증가할수록 K는 감소하지만 Ca는 증가하였고, EC 변량의 영향보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. K와 Ca의 당량비 보정에 따른 pH 변량은 0.97의 이차 다항식 상관모형을 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통해 인산염의 구배에 따른 pH, 이온, EC의 변량에 대하여 pH 변량 모형이 구명되었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 CAD/CAM 시스템을 이용하여 제작한 코발트-크롬 주조 금속 코핑과 코발트-크롬 소결 금속 코핑의 변연 및 내면 적합도를 비교 평가하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 코발트-크롬 금속 코핑의 변연 및 내면 적합도를 비교 평가는 기존의 주조방식인 CCM 그룹보다 소결과정만으로 제작한 CSM 그룹이 전반적으로 모두 우수하였다. 또한 CSM 그룹의 변연 적합도는 임상적으로 허용할 수 범위인 $120{\mu}m$ 이내 존재하였다는 결과를 통해서 그동안 매몰, 소환, 주조인 복잡한 과정을 거치면서 보철물의 오차가 발생 하였으나 소결과정만으로 공정 과정의 오차를 줄임으로써 완성도 높은 코발트-크롬 금속 코핑 제작이 가능하다고 생각된다.

조직지원인식이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향: 경력계획의 매개효과 검증 (The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Subjective Career Success: The Mediating Effect of Career Planning)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the relations among perceived organizational support, career planning, and subjective career success (career satisfaction and job satisfaction). In particular, this study focuses on the mediating effect on the career planning between perceived organization and subjective career success. The target cases are employees of a Korean branch of a global company (A), which operates formal career program to support a career development for employees. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from December, 2014 to March, 2015. 211 out of 300 questionnaires were returned (response rate 70.3%). After the data cleaning, 209 questionnaires were used for the data analysis. These data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The whole process of the data analysis was accomplished using the SPSS 21.0 for windows and the AMOS 21 program. Results - The findings of the study are as follows: First, the better the organizational support is perceived, the higher career satisfaction and job satisfaction is. That is, the employees' career and job satisfaction is higher, when they feel themselves received more supporting. Second, perceived organizational support has a positive impact on employees' career planning. This result means that it is important to support employees in their career development. Third, career planning has a positive impact on career satisfaction, but not on job satisfaction. Lastly, it is verified that career planning has a mediating effect between the perceived organizational support and career satisfaction. Not only has the perception of an organizational support a direct impact on career satisfaction, but also an indirect impact through career planning. However, there is not an indirect relationship through career planning, just an direct relationship between the perception of an organizational support and job satisfaction Conclusions - Based on the findings of this study, the major conclusion of the study was as follows: The study provides theoretical values and practical implications for the fact that the differences of the subjective perception about organizational support exist among employees, and the differences have an impact on their career planning as well as subjective career success. Furthermore, some recommendations for workplace were suggested: The companies should support the career development for employees in organization level. Even though employment instability makes individual workers themselves to be responsible for their own career development, it is an important issue in organizational level that employees' career success could have positive effects on organizational development and success, as well. However, there is a limit in the study that analyzing results cannot be generalized due to the data from a single company. Some recommendations for future research are suggested: First, a comparative study should be conducted with other various companies. Second, a hierarchical analyzing model needs to be applied to substantiate how organizational context influences on subjective career success of employees.

소기업CEO의 역량유형별 기업성과 영향분석 (An Analysis of the Effects of Small Business CEO's Competence Types on Business Performance)

  • 본 연구는 소기업 CEO 역량유형별 기업성과 영향을 분석한 것이다. 독립변수로는 소기업CEO들의 4가지 역량 즉, 전략적 역량, 마케팅 역량, 관리 역량, 네트웍 역량을 설정하였고 이것이 종속변수인 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향관계를 미치는지를 분석하였다. 또한 영향을 미치는 소기업의 CEO 역량 중 그 영향력의 크기도 함께 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 설정한 소기업 CEO의 4가지의 역량은 재무적 성과에 모두 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 비재무적 성과에는 관리역량을 제외하고 모두 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 소기업CEO의 역량이 높을수록 기업의 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소기업CEO의 4가지 역량 중 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 네트웍 역량 > 관리 역량 > 전략적 역량 > 마케팅 역량 순으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 네트웍 역량 > 마케팅 역량 > 전략적 역량 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 소기업CEO의 역량을 세분화하여 기업성과와 연관해서 분석하면서 그 영향력의 크기를 밝혔다는데 학문적인 의의가 있었으며, 성공적인 창업을 하거나 지속가능한 경영을 위해서는 소기업CEO대상으로 정부와 관계기관의 적극적인 교육을 통해서 역량강화에 관심을 기울여야 한다는 점에서 실무적인 의의를 찾을 수 있었다.

Correlation between alcohol use and juvenile criminal behavior patterns in Korea

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between Juvenile alcohol use and their criminal patterns. The data were collected through questionnaire surveys. Subjects serving for this study were 971 delinquent adolescents in Korea, sampled from 6 juvenile corrective institutions and 2 classification judging institutions, using a census method. Their age range was between 12 and 21. Data were analysed by IBM PC using SAS program. Statistical methods employed were Chi-square and frequency analysis. 1. Of 877 respondents, the number of adolescents committed criminal behaviors while the intoxicated were 230(26.2%), and 647(73.8%) were in a non-intoxicated state. 2. Adolescent under intoxication showed a higher rate of aggressive crimes and assault crimes, whereas adolescents under the non-influence of liquor tended to commit property climes and violations of criminal special law Drunken state adolescents during committing criminal behaviors used knifes, stones or fist-kicking as criminal tools, whereas drug use or without weapons in non drunken state. Most crimes have happened without any tools in both group. 3. In comparison of the alcohol user and the non-user, most alcohol-related crimes among adolescents were committed at AM 0:00 to AM 4:00 during the weekend in the dark, cloudy, and stormy-rainy day, while non-alcohol related crimes were at afternoon of weekday in the clear day. The places that the criminal activities occurred were streets, amusement places such as disco-theque, fields and their own house among alcohol users, whereas victim's house, another person's house and restaurant were chosen among non-alcohol users. 4. The victims assaulted by Juvenile offenders in both drunken and non-drunken state were mostly passer-by(65.4%), followed by their friends(25.1%). And the conditions of victims showed a significant differences between the drunken adolescents and the non-drunken adolescents. The victim's conditions assaulted by intoxicated delinquent adolescents were in quarreling or drunken state, whereas non-alcohol related crimes were directed against victims in a sleeping or irresistible state. 5. Almost over the half of delinquent adolescents perceived their delinquency as wrong behaviors. and alcohol non-user tended to more significantly perceive their criminal acts as wrong conducts. About the half of respondents answered that they committed their criminal acts in spite of having a very good Judgement while doing crimes, the author did not found a significant difference between the two groups. The reasons given for crimes were manifested as follows: it can be seen that ‘to get money for amusements’(30.4 % of all motives) were most common, followed by ‘to commit accidentally the offences’(23.8%), ‘curiosity or heroism’(18.9%). alcohol related crimes tended to be accidental and impulsively without any clear planning, while non-alcohol related crimes tended to be purposeful, directed to make money motivated by curiosity or a desire to live heroically. In Conclusions. the correlation between alcohol use and Juvenile criminal behaviors has been examined in this study. Generally, alcohol use had been found to be highly correlated with aggressive assault crimes including robbery, burglary and rape etc.

초등학생의 흡연지식.흡연태도와 흡연행동에 관한 연구 (The Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior on Smoking in Elementary School Students)

  • I began the study to identify the issues related to knowledge. attitude and behavior regarding smoking by sixth graders. which will ultimately lead to the development of a smoking prevention program that will not only help deter school-age children from smoking, but also make them aware of the more desirable behaviors and techniques for healthier life. The results are as follows: 1. Smoking Behavior: Of the focus group. 4.15% are current smokers and 18.23% are ever smokers. 2. Correlation between smoking knowledge and ever smoking: Ever smoking sample($11.10{\pm}3.66$) is less knowledge able than the never-smoking sample($12.17{\pm}3.95$), (t=3.23. p=.001). 3. Correlation between smoking attitude and ever smoking: Ever smoking sample($28.12{\pm}8.51$) was less desirable than the never-smoking sample($l2.17{\pm}3.95$). (t=8.24, p=.000). 4. Correlation between smoking Knowledge and smoking attitude: knowledge about smoking and attitude toward smoking are quantitatively correlated in such way that the more knowledgeable the child is about smoking. the more desirable the attitude toward smoking is(r=.17. p=.000). 5. Correlation between socio-anthropological characteristics and ever smoking: family . atmosphere($x^2$=16.49. p=.001), school life ($x^2$=l1.58, p= .003), grades in school( $x^2$=11.89. p=.003), gender($x^2$=8.97. p=.003). friends' gathering place($x^2$=13.19. p=.02), marital status of parents(p* =.03). and family's financial status($x^2$=6.71. p=.035). In addition, Correlation between somking-environmental characteristics and ever smoking: number of friends who smoke($x^2$=76.01. p=.001). information source for smoking($x^2$=48.03. p=.001), whether or not siblings smoke($x^2$=26.07, p=.001), whether or not female relatives smoke ( $x^2$= 15.65. p= .001), whether or not father smokes ($x^2$= 12.10. p= .007), errands to buy cigarettes for someone($x^2$=9.18. p=.010), and whether or not male relatives smoke ($x^2$=8.82. p=.35) 6. Results of the logistic analysis performed to identify the factors correlated to ever smoking show that: one point decrease in attitude score translates to 25.39 times' increase in ever smoking one person decrease in the number of friends who smoke translates to 0.66 times' decrease in ever smoking: the group where the father has quit smoking has 1.40 times more ever smoking than the group where the father does not smoke at all: and likewise, the group where the father currently smokes has 1.40 times more ever smoking than the group where the father has quit smoking. 7. The overall cause-and-effect relationship between the ever smoking and the related factors: attitude toward smoking caused ever smoking by -.43, smoking by friends, by .12, marital status of arents, by .05, school life. by .04, gender, by -.03, and smoking by father, by -.02. Knowledge about smoking (t=-1.67) did not cause significant effects on ever smoking.

보험 영업사원의 고객지향성이 지각된 소개위험과 추천의도에 미치는 영향: 고객성향의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Customer Orientation on Perceived Referral Risk and Referral Intention)

  • Purpose - This study empirically analyzed the effect of the customer orientation in Insurance Salespersons on the perceived referral risk and referral intention. In the empirical study, we try to provide suggestions for reducing the perceived referral risk of customer oriented selling activities and improving the referral intentions according to customers' tendencies. Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection was conducted through the convenience sampling method for customers who had insurance coverage for about two months from March to May 2015. A total of 700 copies were distributed and 670 copies (95.7% recovery) were collected. Finally, 661 copies were used for final analysis. With the IBM PASW 22.0 statistical program. The interaction effect for the hypothesis test was generated by multiplying the average centralized independent variable and the control variable, and the average centralization variable was used to minimize the multi-collinearity problem of the interaction effect between the independent variable and the control variables. Results - Hypothesis 1 was adopted because the effect of customer-oriented selling activities on perceived referral risk were significantly negative. The effect of customer orientation on perceived referral risk is affected by innovative tendency, risk-taking tendency, and interpersonal tendency Interaction effect was observed. Therefore, Hypothesis 2-2, Hypothesis 2-3, Hypothesis 2-4 were adopted. The effect of customer-oriented selling activities on referral intention was significantly positive, and Hypothesis 3 was adopted. The effect of customer orientation was influenced by the interaction effect of innovative tendency. Therefore, only Hypothesis 4-2 was adopted. Finally, the effect of perceived referral risk on referral intention was significantly negative and hypothesis 5 was adopted. Conclusions - This study suggests that it is important for the salespeople to grasp the customers' propensity in consideration of the perceived referral risk and referral intention according to the moderating effect of customer orientation. In this study, we showed that customer-oriented selling activities positively influence referral intention by inducing perceived referral risk in customers with stronger risk-taking tendencies. It is thought that it will be an important basic data in designing a customer's selling strategy or conducting selling activities.

치과위생사의 커뮤니케이션 기술 측정을 위한 평가 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 (Validity and Reliability of the Assessment Tool for Measuring Communication Skills of Dental Hygienist)

  • 1. 커뮤니케이션 기술 측정도구 38문항을 번역한 후 번역 정확도, 내용분석, 내용타당도 분석을 통하여 14문항을 수정하고, 10문항을 삭제하였으며, 팀 구성원 커뮤니케이션 4문항은 연구목적에 맞지 않아 제외하여 최종 커뮤니케이션 기술 측정도구는 총 24문항으로 구성되었다. 2. 수정 보완된 커뮤니케이션 기술 측정도구의 요인분석 결과 치과위생사의 커뮤니케이션 기술은 배려와 존중, 정보 제공, 불안과 통증 감소를 위한 커뮤니케이션 등 3개의 항목으로 구분되었다. 3. 확인적 요인분석을 통한 모형의 적합도는 대체로 기준을 충족하였으며 ($X^2=899.170$ [df=227, p<0.001], RMR=0.025, RMSEA=0.078, IFI=0.886, TLI=0.872, CFI= 0.886, GFI=0.848, AGFI=0.815, NFI=0.853) 모든 요인의 개념신뢰도, 분산추출지수가 일반적 기준을 충족시켜 집중타당성이 입증되었다. 모든 요인의 평균분산추출값은 각 요인간상관 관계 제곱값보다 크게 나타나 판별타당성도 입증되었다. 4. 내적일관성을 알아보기 위한 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$는 0.8 이상으로 높은 신뢰수준으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보았을 때, 치과위생사의 커뮤니케이션 측정도구는 타당도와 신뢰도가 높고 적합하다고 검증되었다. 향후 우리나라 치과위생사의 커뮤니케이션 기술의 전문적인 발전과 연구에 활용되어 궁극적으로 환자 구강건강 증진 및 병원 경영에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

보건소장의 변혁적 리더십과 보건간호사의 사회적 자본이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향 (Influence of transformational leadership of managers perceived by public health nurses and their social capital on empowerment)

  • 본 연구는 보건간호사의 임파워먼트 정도를 파악하고 보건간호사가 인식한 관리자의 변혁적 리더십과 보건간호사의 사회적 자본이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향 요인을 검증하였다. 서술적 조사 연구로써 대구광역시 8개 보건소와 경상북도 23개 보건소 및 1개 보건의료원에 근무하는 정규 간호직 공무원인 보건간호사 전체 360명을 대상으로 2016년 2월 29일부터 4월 8일까지 설문지를 이용하여 자료 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 독립 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient 및 위계적 다중선형회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 보건간호사의 임파워먼트는 보건간호사가 인식한 보건소장의 변혁적 리더십과 보건간호사의 사회적 자본이 증가할수록 보건간호사의 임파워먼트가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 보건소장이 변혁적 리더십을 발휘한다면 보건소 업무의 중추적인 역할을 감당하는 보건간호사의 임파워먼트는 높아지고 업무수행에 발휘될 것이고. 또한 보건간호사의 사회적 자본을 증가시켜 준다면 보건 간호사의 임파워먼트는 증가시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

치과위생사의 교육훈련, 자기효능감 및 사회적 지지가 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Educational Training and Psychosocial Characteristics on Job Involvement in Dental Hygienists)

  • 이 연구는 치과위생사의 일반적 특성, 직업특성, 교육훈련의 경험, 그리고 심리사회적 특성인 자기효능감과 사회적 지지 등이 직무성과의 대표적 지표인 직무몰입과 어떠한 관련성을 보이는지를 분석하고자 하였다. S, I, G지역의 치과 병 의원에서 1년 이상 근무경력이 있는 여성 치과위생사 418명을 최종 연구대상으로 하였고, 구조화된 자기 기입형 설문지를 사용하여 연구대상자의 일반적 특성, 직업특성, 교육훈련(학부 인문사회과목 수강경험, 취업 후 보수교육 등의 참여 경험), 심리사회적 특성(자기효능감, 사회적 지지) 등과 직무몰입 간의 관련성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 치과위생사들의 직무몰입에 영향을 주는 요인은 일반적 특성이나 직업특성보다는 대학 교육과정에서의 인문사회과목 수강경험과 심리사회적 요인인 자기효능감과 사회적 지지였다. 치과위생사의 직무몰입 향상을 위해 인성강화를 위한 대학 교육과정의 인문사회 교과목 편성의 제도적 보완, 자신의 업무역량을 강화시키고 업무에 대한 효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 자기개발기회의 보장과 조성, 그리고 직장동료나 상사와의 다양한 정보 공유와 도움을 가능하게 해줄 수 있는 직장 내 멘토링 제도 등의 도입이 절실하게 필요하다.
