The Internet is absolutely contributed to information telecommunication revolution nowadays. Realizing local network at the various type of buildings such as a company and a university, ethernet is used for subnet and FDDI, ATM are used for backbone mainly in order to get internet services. Processing TCP/IP protocol suite and analyzing the protocol exactly is essential to detecting the problem occurring in the network and developing communication equipment. This paper presents implementation of ethernet LAN protocol analyser which monitors and simulates ICP/IP protocol suite carrying the Internet and non-Internet protocol such as Netware and NetBIOS. MS window98 and visual C are used for development environment and application program operates on the NDIS firmware. The performance analysis on the proposed system is carried out as monitoring and simulating the traffic over LAN of a university. In the result of monitoring the system, the processing time of a packet captured over the LAN is about 1.5ms. In case of simulating the system, the processing time to be taken carrying out TCP connection and disconnection once is packet is about 8.6ms. The performance analysis of monitoring and simulation results satisfies with 10 Mbps ethernet LAN environment.

The purpose of this study is to study a method for preventing collisions of multiple drones in controlled airspace. As a result of the study, it was proved that it is appropriate as a method to control drone collisions after setting accurate information on the ROI (Region of Interest) area estimated based on the expected drone path and time in the control system as a method to avoid drone collision. As a result of the empirical analysis, the diameter of the flight path of the operating drone should be selected to reduce the risk of collision, and the change in the departure time and operating speed of the operating drone did not act as an influencing factor in the collision. In addition, it has been demonstrated that providing flight priority is one of the appropriate methods as a countermeasure to avoid collisions. For collision avoidance methods, not only drone sensor-based collision avoidance, but also collision avoidance can be doubled by monitoring and predicting collisions in the control system and performing real-time control. This study is meaningful in that it provided an idea for a method for preventing collisions of multiple drones in controlled airspace and conducted practical tests. This helps to solve the problem of collisions that occur when multiple drones of different types are operating based on the control system. This study will contribute to the development of related industries by preventing accidents caused by drone collisions and providing a safe drone operation environment.

Due to the increase in renewable energy and distributed resources, not only traditional data but also various energy-related data are being generated in the new energy industry. In other words, there are various renewable energy facilities and power generation data, system operation data, metering and rate-related data, as well as weather and energy efficiency data necessary for new services and analysis. Energy big data processing technology can systematically analyze and diagnose data generated in the first half of the power production and consumption infrastructure, including distributed resources, systems, and AMI. Through this, it will be a technology that supports the creation of new businesses in convergence between the ICT industry and the energy industry. To this end, research on the data analysis system, such as itemized characteristic analysis of the collected data, correlation sampling, categorization of each feature, and element definition, is needed. In addition, research on data purification technology for data loss and abnormal state processing should be conducted. In addition, it is necessary to develop and structure NIFI, Spark, and HDFS systems so that energy data can be stored and managed in real time. In this study, the overall energy data processing technology and system for various power transactions as described above were proposed.

The signal intersection is the most challenging space for autonomous vehicles. To promote the safe driving of autonomous vehicles on urban roads with traffic signals, autonomous vehicles need to receive traffic signal information from infrastructure through V2I communication. Thus, a protocol for providing traffic signal information was added to the standard traffic signal controller specification of the National Police Agency. On the other hand, there are technical limitations when applying this to digital traffic signal controllers because the protocols are defined mainly for analog traffic signal controllers. Therefore, this study proposes developing a signal information linkage module to provide traffic signal information from a digital traffic signal controller to an autonomous vehicle and an algorithm improvement method that can provide accurate traffic signal information at the time of traffic signal transition.
The purpose of this study is to assess the degree of vegetation recovery such as the vegetation change and the effect of artificial restoration measures according to the number of years since the restoration works at the damaged Jungbong and Nuebong area in Mudeungsan National Park. We set up a total of 21 survey areas including 11 monitoring areas to analyze the flora, relative dominance, species diversity, and similarity in the restored site after relocation of Zungbong army base in 1996 and the restored site after the demolition of Neeebong telecommunication facility in 1999 and 10 control areas in the adjacent natural forest to assess the vegetation recovery in the restored sites and the nearby natural forest. The Mean Similarity Index of seed composition was relatively low at 3.5% in the Jungbong restoration site 17 years after the restoration, and the height of shrub layer, in which azaleas and furred azaleas appeared, recovered to the level of 82.6%. We concluded that it is necessary to continue monitoring the restored sites to develop the recovery assessment method and recovery work technology for sub-alpine areas in Mudeungsan National Park and other national park areas.

The purpose of this study was examined the effect of Tabata exercise using health care application on balance, gait and activities of daily living in patients with stroke. Twenty patients with stroke were participated patients with stroke in this study. Nineteen participants were randomly allocated to ten in experimental and nine in control groups. The both groups received the rehabilitation therapy during for 4 weeks. The experimental group performed Tabata exercise based on health care application, supervised under caregivers, during 30 min/day. The control group performed self-exercise supervised under caregivers, during 30 min/day. Both groups exercised for 4 weeks, 3 times a week, 30 min/day. Tabata exercise was trained by an physical and occupational therapists. The outcome measures were the BBS(: Berg Balance Scale), TUG(: Timed Up and Go, K-MBI(: Korean Modified Barthel Index). In results, the experimental groups showed a significant improvements after intervention in all assessments(p<.05), The control groups showed a significant improvements after intervention in BBS(p<.05) The experimental group showed a greater significant improvements than control group in TUG, BBS, K-MBI(p<.05). We suggest that Tabata exercise using health care application can have a effects of the improvements of balance, gait and activities of daily living than only self-exercise in patients with stroke.

Growing demand for electricity, when combined with the need to limit carbon emissions, drives a huge increase in renewable energy industry. In the electric power system, electricity supply always needs to be balanced with electricity demand and network losses to maintain safe, dependable, and stable system operation. There are three broad challenges when it comes to a power system with a high penetration of renewable energy: transient stability, small signal stability, and frequency stability. Transient stability analyze the system response to disturbances such as the loss of generation, line-switching operations, faults, and sudden load changes in the first several seconds following the disturbance. Small signal stability refers to the system's ability to maintain synchronization between generators and steady voltages when it is subjected to small perturbations such as incremental changes in system load. Frequency stability refers to the ability of a power system to maintain steady frequency following a severe system upset resulting in significant imbalance between generation and load. In this paper, we discusses these stability using system simulation by renewable energy deployment plan, and also analyses the influence of the renewable energy sources to the grid stability.

Electrical energy is an essential component in present societies, which is an important basis for our technological society. In the design of new power infrastructure, it is important to consider the psychological aspects of how our culture considers and aspects its development as an integral component of the community environment. The construction of new high voltage overhead transmission lines has become a controversial issue for public policy of government due to social opposition. The members of community are concerned about how these power lines may have an impact on their lives, basically caused by their effects on health and safety. The landscape and visual impact is one of the most impact that can be easily perceived for local community. The computer 3D simulation of new landscape is illustrated by a real life use corresponding to the selection of the power line route with least observability for local community. This paper used ArcGIS(geographic information system tool) for planning, survey, basic route and detailed route, route for implementation of transmission line corridor. Also, the paper showed the map of natural environment, living environment, safety and altitude using database of power line corridor, and transmission siting model was developed by this study. The suggested landscape of computer simulation with lowest visibility on a power line zone can contribute to reducing oppositions of local community and accelerating the construction of new power lines.

The wind turbines with a rated capacity of 50kW or less are generally considered as small class. Small wind turbines are an attractive alternative for off-grid power system and electric home appliances, both as stand-alone application and in combination with other energy technologies such as energy storage system, photovoltaic, small hydro or diesel engines. The research objective is to develop the 50kW scale wind turbine blades in ways that resemble as closely as possible with the construction and methods of utility scale turbine blade manufacturing. The mold process based on wooden form is employed to create a hollow, multi-piece, lightweight design using carbon fiber and fiberglass with an epoxy based resin. A hand layup prototyping method is developed using high density foam molds that allows short cycle time between design iterations of aerodynamic platforms. A production process of five blades is manufactured and key components of the blade are tested by IEC 61400-23 to verify the appropriateness of the design. Also, wind system with developed blades is tested by IEC 61400-12 to verify the performance characteristics. The results of blade and turbine system test showed the available design conditions for commercial operation.

The interest in underwater acoustic sensor networks (UWASNs), along with the rapid development of underwater industries, has increased. To operate UWASNs efficiently, it is important to adopt well-designed medium access control (MAC) protocols that prevent collisions and allow the sharing of resources between nodes efficiently. On the other hand, underwater channels suffer from a narrow bandwidth, long propagation delay, and low data rate, so existing terrestrial node pairing schemes for non orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) cannot be applied directly to underwater environments. Therefore, a multi-dimensional node pairing scheme is proposed to consider the unique underwater channel in UWASNs. Conventional NOMA schemes have considered the channel quality only in node pairing. Unlike previous schemes, the proposed scheme considers the channel gain and many other features, such as node fairness, traffic load, and the age of data packets to find the best node-pair. In addition, the sender employs a list of candidates for node-pairs rather than path loss to reduce the computational complexity. The simulation results showed that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional scheme by considering the fairness factor with 23.8% increases in throughput, 28% decreases in latency, and 5.7% improvements in fairness at best.
