This study was conducted concerning convergence education practice to examine the difference of learning activity participation based on college students' individual traits such as gender, grade and major. To achieve the purpose, the types of learning activity were divided into teacher-directed type, teacher-intervened type, peer-leader type, students' mutual initiative type, and then the difference of types of participation in learning activities based on learners' traits was examined. The results of crosstabs showed that there were differences in the participation of learning activities depending on the students' individual traits. The participation of girl students in gender, first year students in school-year, and students of Health & Social Service in major was significantly high.

인터넷이 보편화되고 교육 분야에서도 웹을 이용한 원격 학습에 많은 연구와 기술이 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 e-learning 시스템은 학습 자원의 재사용 문제 등 여러 가지 문제점이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습 컨텐츠의 제작과 학습 관리 시스템의 구현에 있어 학습의 상호 작용성을 높이고 학습자의 개별적인 특성에 알맞게 지능적으로 학습을 지원할 수 있는 학습 관리 로직을 설계한다. 또한 컨텐츠의 재사용을 고려하여 시스템간 상호 운용성을 보장할 수 있는 SCORM 표준을 기반으로 한 학습관리 시스템을 설계한다.

정보통신의 발달로 교육이 학습자 중심의 형태로 바뀌어 가면서 학습자의 자기 주도적인 능력이 점점 중요해지고 있다. 인터넷 학습환경에서도 학습자가 통제권을 가지고 학습자가 모든 선택과 조직을 할 수 있도록 허용되어 학습자는 학습방향의 상실과 인지적 부담의 문제를 초래한다. 이러한 문제를 해결 할 수 있는 방법 중의 하나가 학습자 특성에 맞는 교육이다. 본 연구에서는 장이론에 따라 학습자 특성을 구분하고 장의존 학습자에게 적응적인 웹 코스웨어 설계요소를 반영하여 웹 코스웨어의 설계전략을 탐구하였다.

학습자는 교육의 3요소인 교육자, 학습자, 교육내용의 하나로 학습자 특성과 이가 학업성취에 미치는 영향을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 컴퓨터 비전공자를 대상으로 하는 컴퓨팅 교육이 점점 활발해지고 있다. 비전공자 컴퓨팅 교육이라는 맥락에서 학습자 특성과 학업성취의 관계를 이해할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 비전공자 컴퓨팅 교육에서 학습자 특성과 학업성취의 관계를 실증적으로 이해하기 위해 실행되었다. 학습자 특성을 이전경험/사전지식, 인지적 요인, 심리적 요인의 3가지로 분류하였고, 연구대상을 3그룹으로 설정, 다양한 하위 요소 데이터를 수집하였다. 그 결과, 대상 1의 경우 학습스타일(순차적: 부적상관, 통합적: 정적상관), 대상 2는 자기 효능감(사후), 대상 3은 수학 사전지식, 컴퓨팅과 전공의 연계성 인식, 정보적 사고에 대한 인식이 학업성취와 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 하지만 상관성이 모두 0.5이하로 크지 않고, 자기 효능감과 전공 연계성 인식의 경우 대상에 따라 결과가 상이하였다. 향후 연구에서 다루지 않은 변수에 대한 연구와 상관관계가 밝혀진 변수만을 대상으로 인과성을 확인하는 연구가 필요하다. 또한 현상학적 관점으로 학습자 특성을 고찰할 필요가 있다.

The factors contributing to learning can be broadly classified into four different groups; Learner's characteristic variable, Instructor's characteristic variable, Learning task characteristic variable and environmental characteristic variable. And the first thing we need to do here is understanding of learner's characteristics among those factors in order to devise a plan for education. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to find out what impact the affective traits (self-concept learning habits learning attitude), one of the learner's features, have on the mathematics-learning achievement and to seek for a good teaching method with reference to elementary school students' learning accomplishments and attitudes. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted of 78 students of two fifth-grade classes in an elementary school located in South Chungcheong Province in this study. In consequence, it has been shown that the mathematics-learning achievement has the greatest relevance to the self-concept in connection with mathematics followed by the self-concept in connection with learning, the learning habits relating to mathematics, the attitude towards mathematics, the learning habits concerning studies and the attitude towards learning.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the learner's characteristics, and relationship between learning styles and achievements in online programming learning environment. For the analysis, after performing the inspection of learning styles of Grasha-Reichmann for 104 middle and high school students, online programming learning were performed for 12 weeks. First, according to learner's variable, boy was higher than girls in dependent learning style. Middle school student higher than high school student in competitive and avoid learning styles. Independent and participant learning styles show a significant difference in achievement level. Analysis of the relationship between learning styles and achievements show that independent(r=.253, p<.01) and participant(r=.303, p<.01) have the positive correlations. As a result, independent and participant learning styles are confirmed to be related with achievements. In addition, we analyzed each learning style characteristics by writing survey of the impression of the learners by main learning styles, through which we could derive teaching and learning strategies for the online programming by learning styles.

In this study, We are developed learner traits analysis and profile management software modules to develop learnable courseware fits to learner's individual traits in cyber learning system. We specified learner's personal information, performance information, preference information and portfolio information as learner's traits variables in this study, these four types of information are managed in learner profile management DB based on elaborate analysis to learner's traits. And we consists of curriculum sequencing module using high and low level sequencing technology, these are used in organizing learning contents sequencing with learning topic and specific learning task. The advice algorithm module developed based on adaptive navigational support and rule based technology. This Result of Research are able to be used for develop learnable courseware fits to learner's individual traits in cyber learning systems.

최근 멀티미디어를 활용한 정보표현능력 함양을 위하여 컴퓨터그래픽 강좌 개설이 증가하고 있으며, 이와 함께 해당 강좌에 대한 선행학습자가 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 대부분 강좌는 선행학습 여부를 고려하지 않고 실행되고 있어서, 학습성취도의 저하와 컴퓨터그래픽 전문가 양성에 제약을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선행학습자들의 차별된 학습 욕구를 파악하고, 구성주의 교육공학 이론에 기초하여, 선행학습 경험이 있는 학생들을 위한 강의모형의 특징과 강의교재의 특성을 제안한다.

정보통신기술의 발달은 학습자들에게 시간과 공간의 제약을 벗어나 자신이 원하는 시간에 학습할수 있는 환경을 제공하게 되었다. 이런 환경하에 등장한 WBI 는 학습환경의 큰 변화를 야기하였다. 그러나 이런 WBI만으로는 학습효과를 가져올수는 없다. 그 이유는 모든 학습자들에게 고정적이고 일률적인 학습자료는 다양한 학습자들의 수준과 학습능력 등 개별적 특성을 효과적으로 반영하지 못하기 때문이다. 개별학습을 위한 WBI는 학습자들의 학습효과 증진을 위해 학습자들의 다양한 특성을 반영하여야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 '컴퓨터활용능력'자격증을 취득하기 위한 개별학습시스템을 통해 학습자들의 수준에 맞는 학습자료의 제시와 개인성적정보를 통한 학습효과를 증진, 테스트후 점수의 부족한 세부영역의 제시를 통해 학습자의 개별성을 효과적으로 반영할 수 있는 WBI를 구현하고자 하였다.

This study analyzed the characteristics of the learning organization according to its characteristics, the operation method and size of each public library. In addition, the service quality of public libraries was investigated so that it was also analyzed the correlation between the characteristics of the learning organization and the quality of the service. To achieve the research objectives, 83 librarians and 343 users across seven public libraries in South Korea's metropolitan areas were surveyed. The investigation covered various dimensions of learning organizations: creating continuous learning opportunities, promoting inquiry and dialogue, encouraging collaboration and team learning, creating systems to capture and share learning, empowering people toward a collective vision, connecting the organization to its environment, and providing strategic leadership for learning. Also it was investigated aspects of service quality: affect of service, information control, and library as place. As a result of the study, for the learning organization characteristics, more than 3.4 out of 5 were qualified to have foundation of learning organizations. One attempted to categorize according to its operational method and size and compare learning organization differences between public libraries, however it was not easy to see the clear differences. Therefore it was judged that there might be another unidentified factor which gives an affect on learning organization. Furthermore, it was found that there was a positive correlation between learning organization traits and service quality. This study might signify by looking into how the learning organization, which is one of the post-bureaucratic organizational traits, appears in public libraries.
