  • In a customer-based industry, customer retention is the competitiveness of a company, and improving customer retention improves the competitiveness of the company. Therefore, accurate prediction and management of potential dormant customers is paramount to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. In particular, there are numerous competitors in the domestic card industry, and the government is introducing an automatic closing system for dormant card management. As a result of these social changes, the card industry must focus on better predicting and managing potential dormant cards, and better predicting dormant customers is emerging as an important challenge. In this study, the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) methodology was used to predict potential dormant customers in the card industry, and in particular, Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) was used to efficiently learn data for a long time. In addition, to redefine the variables needed to predict dormant customers in the card industry, Unified Theory of Technology (UTAUT), an integrated technology acceptance theory, was applied to redefine and group the variables used in the model. As a result, stable model accuracy and F-1 score were obtained, and Hit-Ratio proved that models using LSTM can produce stable results compared to other algorithms. It was also found that there was no moderating effect of demographic information that could occur in UTAUT, which was pointed out in previous studies. Therefore, among variable selection models using UTAUT, dormant customer prediction models using LSTM are proven to have non-biased stable results. This study revealed that there may be academic contributions to the prediction of dormant customers using LSTM algorithms that can learn well from previously untried time series data. In addition, it is a good example to show that it is possible to respond to customers who are preemptively dormant in terms of customer management because it is predicted at a time difference with the actual dormant capture, and it is expected to contribute greatly to the industry.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of multicultural mentoring class activities in order to promote the professional growth and critical reflection of student mentors who are undergraduate students from a variety of major. For this purpose, the contents and phenomena of the multicultural mentoring of the mentor - mentee were reported as activity texts, and then seven directions of textuality were applied to explore the direction of multicultural mentoring class activities. As a result, coherence refers to the relationship between the mentor and the mentee for continuing the activities of multicultural mentoring, and cohesiveness refers to the relationship between the mentor and the mentee. It was called the achievement of identity. Intention means that the mentor has an intention or goal for the class before the mentoring activity, and tolerance means that the text produced by the mentor in the multicultural mentoring process is accepted by the mentee. Intentional means that the mentor has intention or goal for the class before the mentoring class activity, and tolerance means having the text as the class activity text when the mentor's text is accepted by the multicultural mentoring class activity process. In the case of informativeness, the information produced by the mentor is less informative when the mentee is predictable and less informative when the predictor is low. In the case of contextuality, contextuality of class activities can be changed according to the physical text situation and the mentee situation in class activity. In case of multicultural mentoring class activity, except for case where mentor creates new class activity text, it is related to the production of class activity texts through mentor learning experiences, peer friends' advice, and education.

  • Recently, an intelligent and advanced cyber attack attacks a computer network of a public institution using a file containing malicious code or leaks information, and the damage is increasing. Even in public institutions with various information protection systems, known attacks can be detected, but unknown dynamic and encryption attacks can be detected when existing signature-based or static analysis-based malware and ransomware file detection methods are used. vulnerable to The detection method proposed in this study extracts the detection result data of the system that can detect malicious code and ransomware among the information protection systems actually used by public institutions, derives various attributes by combining them, and uses a machine learning classification algorithm. Results are derived through experiments on how the derived properties are classified and which properties have a significant effect on the classification result and accuracy improvement. In the experimental results of this paper, although it is different for each algorithm when a specific attribute is included or not, the learning with a specific attribute shows an increase in accuracy, and later detects malicious code and ransomware files and abnormal behavior in the information protection system. It is expected that it can be used for property selection when creating algorithms.

  • Recently, in school mathematics, classes using mathematical modeling are attracting attention to improve students' mathematical problem-solving skills. However, existing preceding studies have been conducted mainly on elementary, middle, and high school or in-service teachers, so it may be limited to apply the contents and results of the research as it is to pre-service teachers, who are future professors. Therefore, this study examined the school days' experiences of mathematical modeling for pre-service elementary school teachers. In addition, in order to provide a positive experience for mathematical modeling, mathematical modeling problem creation activities were conducted through group activities, and the results and their perceptions were examined. As a result of the study, elementary school preservice teachers had very little experience with mathematical modeling activities during their elementary, middle, and high school days. It was found that there is a deficiency in creating an appropriate mathematical modeling problem suitable for the level of elementary school students. In addition, it was found that they had a positive perception of mathematical modeling after participating in the study. Based on these results, implications for the training process for preservice teachers were suggested.
