In these days, the smart devices are being developed and used repeatedly. But almost E-learning System did not provide these smart devices environment and user's E-learning space is changing from Single-screen environment to multi-Screen environment. Accordingly we configure smart E-learning space based on multi-screen and integrate the multi-media contents for the Smart E-learning service. We present the synchronization techniques to make the multi-screen environment for smart space with Timed Link and design the Timed Button to relate each Screen which is using multi-media e-learning contents.

Nowadays Korean main archives and manuscript repositories are planning to develop archival information service for students and teachers in their web sites. This study is aimed at discovering main issues of developing archival information service for students and teachers and finding a solution. The goal of archival information service for students and teachers is the promotion of use through launching service and the gradual growth of archival management program. The customer group is segmented into the students and teachers who are learning and teaching Korean history in classroom. As a result of analyzing curriculum and educational environment, the archival information must be developed into teaching-learning materials. And the processing archival information into archival content is needed. Consequently the character of archival information service for students and teachers is conceptualized as archival content service for teaching-learning materials. At every step of developing archival content service for teaching-learning materials, the next main points are considered and achieved. First, the strategy of customer-focused service must be the same from beginning to end. Second, the growth of traditional archival management(e.g. classification, description and finding aids) must be contributed. Third, the collaboration system leading by professional education staff must be organized. Fourth, the archival information must be related with teaching-learning activities. Fifth, the quality of content is more important than the quantity of it. Sixth, the networking with another agencies for cooperation must be considered.

심층 학습은 지속적으로 발전하고 있으며, 최근에는 실제 사용자에게 제공되는 애플리케이션까지 확장되고 있다. 특히 자연어처리 분야에서는 대용량 언어 말뭉치를 기반으로 한 언어모델이 등장하면서 사람보다 높은 성능을 보이는 시스템이 개발되었다. 그러나 언어모델은 높은 컴퓨팅 파워를 요구하기 때문에 독립적인 소형 디바이스에서 제공할 수 있는 서비스에 적용하기 힘들다. 예를 들어 스캐너에서 제공할 수 있는 파일명 자동 부착 서비스는 하드웨어의 컴퓨팅 파워가 제한적이기 때문에 언어모델을 적용하기 힘들다. 또한, 활용할 수 있는 공개 데이터가 많지 않기 때문에, 데이터 구축에도 높은 비용이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴퓨팅 파워에 비교적 독립적이고 학습 데이터가 필요하지 않은 비지도 학습을 활용하여 파일명 자동 부착 서비스를 위한 파일명 추출 방법을 제안한다. 실험은 681건의 문서 OCR 결과에 정답을 부착하여 수행했으며, ROUGE-L 기준 0.3352의 성능을 보였다.

본 논문은 커뮤니티 기반의 질의-응답 서비스에서 사용자 질의의 주제를 분류하는 시스템을 소개한다. 커뮤니티 기반의 질의-응답 서비스는 분야에 따라 다양한 주제를 가질 수 있으며 오늘 날 사용자 질의의 주제 분류에는 통계 기반의 분류 방법이 많이 이용되고 있다. 통계 기반의 분류 방법으로 사용자 질의를 분류하기 위해서는 주제에 적합한 대량의 학습 말뭉치가 필요하다. 주제에 적합한 대량의 학습 말뭉치를 사람이 직접 구축하는 것은 많은 시간과 비용이 든다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 위키피디아 문서를 Supervised K-means Clustering 기법으로 주제별로 분류함으로써 학습 말뭉치를 반자동으로 구축하는 방법을 제안한다. 그 다음, 생성된 학습 말뭉치로 지지 벡터 기계를 학습하여 사용자 질의의 주제를 분류하게 된다. 위키피디아 문서와 사용자 질의는 다른 도메인의 문서임에도 불구하고 본 논문의 시스템으로 사용자 질의의 주제를 분류한 결과 77.33%의 정확도를 보였다.

본 논문에서는 웹기반 문제은행의 발전된 모형으로 문제 유형에 따른 학습자의 맞춤형 문제를 제공하는 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 시스템의 최종 목표는 능동적, 자기 주도적 학습을 실현할 수 있는 맞춤형 이러닝을 통해 학습자의 학업 성취도 향상에 있다. 교수자 및 개발자 중심의 이러닝 서비스가 아닌 학습자의 학습 결과에 능동적으로 반영하고 유연한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 문제 유형에 따른 적합한 다음 단계의 문제를 제공함으로써 이러닝의 효율을 극대화 한다. 기존의 고정 출제 또는 무작위 출제 방식에서 탈피하여 개별 학습자의 오답과 문제 유형을 고려하여 문제의 키워드, 선택된 보기의 키워드, 유동적 난이도에 따른 문제 추출 방식을 설계하였다. 이 모델은 보조 학습의 수단으로 문제은행 시스템을 학습자 중심에 근접하여, 융통적이고 효과적으로 개인화된 서비스를 제공한다.

서비스 관점에서 구축되는 추천 시스템의 성능은 얼마나 효율적인 추천 모델을 적용하여 심층적으로 설계되었는가에 좌우된다고도 볼 수 있다. 특히, 추천 시스템의 초개인화는 세계적인 추세로 1~2년 전부터 구글, 아마존, 알리바바 등의 데이터 플랫폼 강자들이 경쟁적으로 딥 러닝 기반의 알고리즘을 개발, 자신들의 추천 서비스에 적용하고 있다. 본 연구는 갈수록 고도화되는 추천 시스템으로 인해 발생하는 여러 문제들 중 사용자 또는 서비스 정보가 부족하여 계속적으로 발생하고 있는 Cold-start 문제와 추천할 서비스와 사용자는 지속적으로 늘어나지만 실제로 사용자가 소비하게 되는 서비스의 비율은 현저하게 감소하는 데이터 희소성 문제 (Sparsity Problem)에 대한 솔루션을 모색하는 알고리즘 관점에서 연구하고자 한다. 본 논문은 첫 단계로, 적용하는 메타데이터에 따라 추천 결과의 정확성이 얼마나 차이가 나는지를 보이고 딥러닝 비지도학습 방식을 메타데이터 선정 및 추출에 적용하여 실시간으로 변화하는 소비자의 실제 생활 패턴 및 니즈를 예측해야 하는 필요성에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

본고에서는 교육 분야에서 다양한 데이터를 수집 및 분석하여 개인화된 학습 서비스를 제공하려는 학습 분석(Learning Analytics) 서비스의 개념과 앞으로 기대되는 유즈케이스를 소개한다. 국제적으로 주목 받고 있는 학습 분석 기술은 현재 개념화 수준에 머물러 있지만, 글로벌 기업들이 주축이 된 민간단체에서는 데이터 수집체계와 같은 구체적인 구현 방법에 대한 논의도 추진되고 있어서 관련 현황에 대한 진단도 해본다. 특히 국제 표준화 기구와 단체를 통해 추진되고 있는 내용을 중심으로 소개한다. 다양한 데이터 응용 기술을 융합해서 기대할 수 있는 학습 분석 서비스 모형을 제시하면서 관련 정책과 제품개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 학습관리 시스템 서비스 형태에 따른 특징들을 살펴보고, 메타버스에서 서비스되고 있는 학습관리 시스템의 특징을 통해서 비대면 원격 교육 시스템에서 이루어지고 있는 학습의 특징과 방향성에 대해서 알아본다. 그리고 향후 메타버스 학습관리 시스템의 실효성에 대한 연구 방향성의 기준을 제시한다.

최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅이 활발히 연구되고 있는 가운데, 사용자의 현재 상태를 파악하고 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 위치 정보가 많이 활용되고 있다. 이러한 위치 정보를 연속적으로 이용함으로써, 사용자의 위치이동을 파악할 수 있으며 이러한 위치이동은 그 패턴에 따라 분류될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 캠퍼스에서 사용자의 위치이동 패턴을 파악하여 그 패턴에 따라 사용자가 원하는 적절한 서비스를 제공하는 에이전트를 제안한다. 위치정보를 파악하기 위해서는 GPS 위성신호를 이용하며, 위치이동패턴에 대한 학습은 SOM에 의하여 이루어진다. 사용자는 학습된 패턴을 확인하고 직접 서비스를 지정할 수 있으며, 지정된 서비스는 학습된 패턴과 같은 양상으로 예상되는 위치이동이 일어날 경우 자동적으로 제공된다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a data curation service to support teaching and learning activities of university libraries. To this end, the concept of data curation has been summarized, and how to understand information services and teaching-learning information data curation of university libraries. As a traditional extension of library information services, the use of university library data curation services has been proposed. As a result of research, data curation suggests that it is appropriate to understand the data by focusing more on the utilization of data. The university library emphasized that the data curation service is needed through the establishment of an institutional repository of teaching-learning activity materials for the visible effects that contribute to the educational service of the parent university. Finally, the research was completed by presenting five levels of teaching and learning information data curation framework.
