This study examined two characteristics of library and information science (LIS) journals in Korea through analysis of journal coupling with common authors. This study also illustrated the trend of Korean LIS research in the recent decade. The notable change is that record management and archival studies settle in LIS domain as a major research area. We introduced two indicators, Publishing Preference Index (PPI) and Researcher Attraction Index (RAI), based on the degree of common authors among journals. Both indicators revealed notable changes in author coupling, including reversal of PPIs in some journals, which can be interpreted as proof of changes in their author groups. The RAI analysis, which measured the degree of journals' attractiveness to Korean LIS researchers and author sharing between two journals, illustrated the journals' states in a domain; this result can help find both an isolated journal and strongly bonded journals in the specific domain. Journal coupling with common authors introduced in this study proved to be an effective investigative method for illustrating journals' states in a specified domain as well as a multidisciplinary area.

This study aimed at analyzing the keywords and authors of the KCI listed theological journals and finding the official research performance of Korean theology. This study divided the periods in two according to how duplicate the authors are and found hierarchical clusters by analyzing 92 keywords using the McQuitty method. In analyzing them, the Ward linkage method was selected to prevent the authors from gathering into a small number of clusters. Also, to find how influential the journals were to the keywords, the keywords and the percentage of the journals in them were presented together. The authors were analyzed in terms of deciding the positions of them using normalized performance index representing the number of journals and growth index as a growth tendency. Especially, significant researchers were all reformed theologians in a growth index. In the analysis of the keywords of the KCI journals and the authors, the main subject terms of the Korean theology were related to systematic theology and the New Testament. By analyzing the KCI listed journals as the Korean official citation index, this study has made a difference to the advanced articles analyzing the non-KCI listed theological journals.

Most university libraries in Korea have expanded the subscription of high-quality electronic resources in their amount and category, which are directly available to academic and research users via the web. Despite more than a decade's history, however, a lack of statistics made it difficult to get the overall pictures of electronic resources subscription status in Korea. The purpose of this study is to provide the analysis on nationwide statistics survey of how much money are spent on electronic resources, what kinds of subject resources are mainly subscribed, and how they are used and required by academic users, etc. Some comparisons are made with several factors that have effect on collection development of university libraries. This study will contribute to the future selection and subscription of electronic resources.

본 연구는 최소비용문제에 적용할 수 있는 사전처리 기법의 이론과 그 구현에 대해서 다룬다. 일반적으로 해법을 적용하여 문제를 풀기 이전에 최적해에서 유통량을 알 수 있는 호나 중복적인 호와 점을 제거하여 문제 크기를 줄이는 과정을 사전처리(preprocessing)라 한다. 또한 문제의 비가능성이나 입력된 문제의 정확성 등을 검사하는 과정도 사전처리에 포함하기도 한다 따라서 사전처리는 문제 축소와 입력된 문제의 정확성 검사 등을 통해 해법의 수행도와 안정성을 높이는 효과를 가져다준다. 본 연구에서는 최소비용문제의 사전처리로 비가능성 판정, 중개지에 대한 사전처리, 병렬호에 대한 사전처리, 호의 유통상한과 유통하한을 이용한 유통량고정에 대한 사전처리, 우회경로에 대한 사전처리 등을 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크 단체법 프로그램에 최소비용문제에서의 사전처리기법을 각각 구현하여 이러한 사전처리를 하지 않았을 때와 비교하여 문제의 크기를 줄일 수 있었고 수행시간을 16%정도 줄일 수 있다는 것을 실험적으로 보였다.

본 연구는 삼척시를 중심으로 행정구역별(읍 면 동) 산불발생 현황과 삼척시 지역에 필요한 산불감시카메라의 적정대수 산정에 관하여 연구를 수행하였으며 결과는, 이미 설치되어 있는 개별 카메라는 중첩되는 곳이 있어 가시권이 확보된 곳으로 이동해야 할 것으로 판단하였다. 또한, 감시가 취약한 지역에 신규로 설치할 경우에는 인접한 기관(지자체 및 지방산림청)간의 감시시설과 감시지역 중복여부, 감시시설 위치의 타당성 등은 물론 어디에 우선하여 설치할 것인지를 광역적이고 과학적으로 판단하며 설치해야하며, 삼척시의 경우 설치 적정대수를 산정한 바, 최소한 32대 이상은 되어야 가장 효율적인 산불감시체계가 가능할 것으로 분석되었다.

같은 도메인 내에 서로 다른 관점을 다루고 중복되는 정보를 포함하는 온톨로지들이 증가함에 따라서, 이들 사이에 재사용 및 공유를 위한 통합이 중요한 과제로 떠오르게 되었다. 또한 도메인 온톨로지로부터 상위 온톨로지를 추출하는 방법에 관한 연구도 온톨로지의 재사용과 공유를 목적으로 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서 우리는 맵핑을 이용한 온톨로지 통합을 바탕으로 상위 온톨로지 생성 방법을 제안하고, 이를 정형화된 형태의 일반적인 목적을 가지는 온톨로지(general-purpose ontology)로 확장시켜 나가는 방안에 대해 살펴본다. 본 논문에서 제안된 온톨로지들 사이의 매핑은 개념들 간의 관계를 효율적으로 만들고, 해당 도메인에 대한 일반화된 온톨로지는 추후 사용자들의 공유를 용이하게 한다.

The purpose of this study was to perform a content analysis on 62 domestic and international journals from 1998 to 2017, in order to review research trends in music and people with visual impairments. The framework of the content analysis was based on the year of publication, field of journal, research method, type of research, research subject, participants' age, and factors of impairment. The results showed that both domestic and international journals have rapidly increased in the last 10 years, and have expanded into the fields of education and therapy. In the research method, survey research was conducted much more frequently in domestic journals, while both qualitative and experimental research were employed on a roughly even basis in international journals. With respect to the type and subject of research, music perception and recent trends on the subject of musical interest and aptitude took up the majority of domestic journals, while international journals focused on music intervention, music perception and cognition with musical influences and experiences. The participants in both domestic and international journals were children, adolescents and adults, while the elderly were not observed. In the factors of impairment, research on people with total blindness or low vision were conducted frequently, but those with adventitious vision loss or multiple impairments were rarely performed. This study could be meaningful to suggest the direction of further studies, through the investigation of research trends in music and people with visual impairments.

컴퓨터를 활용한 지식과 정보의 고도 처리를 위해 온톨로지를 구축하고 활용하려는 요구가 강해지고 있다. 이런 요구에 부흥하여 온톨로지의 구축 방법에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다 그러나 현재까지의 온톨로지 구축 이론과 온톨로지 개발 도구가 실제 구현 목적과 사례에 따라 제한적인 부분에서 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 그러므로 구축하고자 하는 분야의 온톨로지에 맞는 적절한 구축 프로세스와 도구가 필요하다. 분야 온톨로지(domain ontology)를 구축함에 있어 특정 분야의 전문가 또는 비전문가가 언어자원으로부터 지식을 개념화(conceptualization), 형식화(formalization)하여 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있도록 분야 관련 언어자원에 근거하여 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있는 온톨로지 구축 프로세스(OntoProcessl))를 제안한다. 그리고, 다수의 온톨로지 구축자가 동시에 같은 분야의 온톨로지를 구축할 경우, 개념화 과정에서 서로 다른 구축자가 동일한 개념을 중복 정의하거나, 형식화 과정에서 형식언어 이해 부족으로 인한 구축 능률 저하 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이를 위해 메타 온톨로지(meta ontology)를 이용하여 다중 온톨로지를 구축할 때 발생하는 문제를 해결하는 다중 온톨로지 구축 프로세스를 제안한다. 현재 이 프로세스에 근거하여 온톨로지 구축 시스템(OntoCS2))을 개발하였고 국가 IT 온톨로지 인프라 기술 개발 프로젝트에서 IT분야 온톨로지의 개발에 활용되고 있다.

In developing information systems, omissions and redundancies of user requirements are too frequent to increase development cost as they need to be remedied at later stages. In order to cope with this problem, various tools describing business processes have been proposed in the past and yet fewer attempts have been made to systematically and categorically evaluate performance of individual tools describing business processes. In this paper, we offer a general framework for appraising competing tools for describing business processes, including ERD, DFD, and Use Case Diagram in terms of ease of use, completeness, chance of having omissions, and. Based on a exemplary business From the measures proposed in this paper for comparing descriptive tools, ERD turns out to stand out over other often-used methodologies. Despite its problem with poor readability, ERD proves to offer relatively higher expressive power and ease of use. Being supplemented by well-formed job descriptions, ERD would remain a better choice in developing business information systems.

국가적 차원에서 물을 사용하고 통제하는 일은 국민의 생활에 큰 영향을 주고 있기 때문에 대부분의 나라들은 주어진 여건에 맞게 효율적으로 물을 사용하고 홍수와 가뭄으로부터 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해 많은 일들을 하고 있다. 이와 같은 목적으로 우리나라에서는 국가유량측정망을 구축하여 2007년부터 국가적인 차원에서 유량측정을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 국가유량측정망의 경우 유량자료의 제공에 주 목적이 포함되어 있어 실제 유량자료만이 아닌 수위자료만의 목적으로 운영되고 있는 수위관측소에 대한 평가가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 치수, 이수, 환경 목적을 위한 유량측정 지점 뿐만아니라 재난, 댐, 유지유량 관리 등과 같은 추가적인 목적으로 수위자료를 활용하는 지점들에 대하여 하천의 최상류 지점에서 하구까지 모든 지점에 대한 신뢰성 있는 수위정보를 실시간으로 파악할 수 있는 수위관측망을 구축하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 금강홍수통제소, 한국수자원공사, 환경부에서 운영하는 수위관측소를 대상으로 홍수예보, 홍수 통제시설, 재난관리, 수자원 관리 및 공급, 수리권 갈등, 수질 등과 같은 다중목적을 적용하여 기존 관측소를 활용 목적별로 평가 하여, 각 기관의 중복투자에 따른 손실을 최소화 하고, 최적의 장소에 수위관측망을 구축하는 것이다. 이와 같이 도시, 댐 저수지 운영, 산간 및 농촌 지역 등의 현재 운영되고 있는 수위관측소 현황을 파악 한 결과 국토해양부 91개소, 한국수자원공사 18개소, 지자체 35개소, 환경부 26개소를 운영하고 있으며, 이중 환경부와 중복으로 검토된 지점은 15개 지점으로 나타났다. 최종적으로 수위관측소 운영 목적 및 지형학적 검토를 통하여 수위관측망을 검토한 결과 금강 권역의 하천 재난, 운영, 유지를 위해서 103개소의 수위관측소가 필요한 것으로 평가 되었다.
