본 연구는 한국 조명전기설비학회에 게재된 학술논문 및 DBPIA에서 검색된 조명관련 학술논문을 대상으로 조명 분야의 연구동향을 살펴본 것이다. 그 결과, 한국 조명전기설비학회지에 발표된 전체 논문 수는 꾸준히 상승하고 있었으나 조명분야의 논문 수와 저자 수는 매우 열악함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 다른 학회에서 조명분야를 연구하는 동향을 살펴본 결과, 건축분야에서 가장 많은 연구가 이루어짐을 알 수 있었으며, 우리나라 조명학 연구자 Pool은 2004년 기준 276명으로 파악되었다.

본 연구는 교육학 분야에서 국내 학술 논문 저자키워드 출현 순서에 의미가 있는지 알아보기 위하여 저자키워드 출현 순서별로 빈도를 조사하고 동 저자 키워드가 제목에 출현하는지를 살펴본 후, 학술논문 저자키워드 출현 순서에 따른 빈도가 저자키워드의 논문 제목 출현 빈도에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 연구의 배경은 구조적 학술용어사전의 구축과 관련해서 효율적인 용어 선정이나 용어 분류 방법을 찾는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위해 교육학 분야 저자키워드의 출현 빈도수가 1인 것을 제외하고 고빈도 순으로 400개 용어를 추출하였다. 저자키워드의 몇 번째 출현 순서가 저자키워드의 제목 출현에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는지 알아본 결과, 저자키워드의 첫 번째 출현이 아닌 두 번째 출현이 가장 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

A data paper describing research data helps credit researchers producing the data while helping other researchers verify previous research and start new research by reusing the data. Publishing a data paper and depositing data to a public data repository are increasing with these benefits. A domestic academic society that plans to publish data papers faces challenges, including timely acquiring tremendous knowledge concerning data paper structures and templates, peer review policy and process, and trustworthy data repositories, as a data paper has different characteristics, unlike a research paper. However, the need for more research and information concerning the critical elements of data paper and the peer-review process makes it difficult to operate for data paper review and publication. To address these issues, we propose essential concepts of the data paper and the data paper peer-review, including the process model of the peer-review with in-depth analysis of five data journals' data paper templates, articles, and other guides worldwide. Academic societies intending to publish or add data papers as a new type of paper may establish policies and define a peer-review process by adopting the proposed conceptual models, effectively streamlining the preparation of data paper publication.

최근 국내 과학기술분야 학회에서는 발행 학술지를 세계적인 학술지로 등재하고자 하는 노력이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 해외연구자들을 학술지 편집위원으로 참여 시키고 많은 해외 연구자들이 자체 학술지에 논문을 많이 투고하도록 독려하고 있다. 해외 연구자들간에 이메일로 투고 심사를 처리하고 심사 총평을 작성하는 논문투고심사 프로세스는 심사 이력이 관리도 안 될 뿐만 아니라 논문투고 심사 진행 상황을 알 수 없음으로 인한 이용자의 불편함, 시간적 비효율성 등의 많은 단점이 있다. 이에 KISTI는 해외 연구자들이 학술지 생산을 위한 학술활동 전 과정에 참여할 수 있도록 하고자, 학술지를 체계적으로 운영하고 투명한 상호심사(Peer Review) 과정을 포함하는 학술지 전자 출판과정을 온라인으로 처리하고 모든 메뉴 용어를 국제적인 수준의 영어로 기술한 영문 Article Contribution Management System(ACOMS Ver. 4.0)를 개발하였다. 영문ACOMS는 기존 국문 ACOMS와 달리, 학술지 홈페이지를 포함하고 있으며, 저자와 편집위원 혹은 저자와 판사 간의 온라인 논문 교정 프로세스가 들어가 있다. 영문 ACOMS는 2012년 현재에도 국제적인 시스템으로 거듭나기 위해 지속적인 기능개선을 추진하고 있다. 개발된 영문 ACOMS 기능에 대해 살펴보고, 향후 개선방안에 대해 기술한다.

연구개발 활동을 지원하는 웹서비스 ScienceON은 논문, 특허, 연구보고서, 정책동향 정보뿐만 아니라 연구에 필요한 다양한 기능과 인프라를 통합적으로 제공하고 있다. 하지만 개인 데스크톱에서 활용이 용이한 검색 중심의 웹서비스는 언제 어디서나 쉽게 학술정보를 활용하고자 하는 사용자 요구를 충족시키기 어려운 문제가 있다. 연구자가 모바일 환경에서 쉽게 학술정보를 이용할 수 있는 환경을 제공하기 위해 본 논문에서는 검색 중심이 아닌, 개인의 관심정보와 논문 저자 식별 기반의 논문 피딩(feeding) 프로세스를 제안한다. 관심 분야 및 키워드 기반의 최신논문과 인기논문을 실시간으로 제공하고, 공저자 네트워크 및 저자 식별정보를 활용하여 최적화된 추천 논문을 제공한다. 또한 논문 중심의 커뮤니티를 제공하여 연구 활동 및 논문에 관한 다양한 의견 교환 채널로도 활용될 수 있다.

To identify current status of research funding and open access, this study analyzed the data available in science and technology articles had been published by S university's faculty members. The study showed that 71% of the articles funded by their universities or other research sponsors, whereas very few of articles have been self-archived for open access. So, government-sponsored research outputs could not be found in search engine Google Scholar. In developed countries, researchers who have received grants by the public or private sponsors should not only publish articles on scholarly journals but also deposit their digital research outputs in the repositories. Therefore, it is advisable for Korea research sponsors to strengthen and carry out open access mandate related laws. It is very important for universities as well as for their faculties that published articles' impact can be maximized by enabling open access. So, universities may as well construct their repositories and collect the contents with enthusiasm.

This paper studied a meta-analysis of 45 papers published during the administration of Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye governments in order to renew academic interest in the TV outsourcing production policy. The meta-analysis was made up of classifications of three items(issued year, journal, academic field) and six items(topic, aim, question, subject, methodology, results). According to the results, the articles(30, 66.7% and 15, 33.3%) published during Lee & Park's regimes adapted the promotional topics for TV outsourcing production policy. The reasons for the papers(18, 40.0%) on management economy, industry, and advertising related to outsourcing production policy are because the two governments focused on research projects that matched the regime stance rather than the autonomy and diversity of broadcasting, media, contents, and the visual.

Recent controversies surrounding plagiarism of research papers submitted to domestic scholarly journals and dissertations lead to scrutiny in the level of scholarly community and that of government as well. Particularly the latter is beginning to deal with the problem as a matter of establishing academic and research ethics at international level. This study looks into the notions and definitions of citation and plagiarism4 along with some basic issues around them in academic and research writings. This study is done in the perspective of library and information science through literature survey. And the following three aspects are investigated and analysed in detail as results of this study. First. the types and related problems of plagiarism are closely examined. Second, citation styles in writing academic and research papers are compared and analysed. Finally, deterring and preventing measures against plagiarism and appropriate citation practices are suggested.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of McKenzie Exercise of cervical part Method : A case-controlled clinical trial was searched for the effect of McKenzie Exercise on the cervical part. From 2015 to June 2021, 8 studies were selected from the RISS database published in Korea. The selected studies included an experimental group with McKenzie Exercise and a control group with general physical therapy and stretching Results : McKenzie Exercise, ROM, muscle activion, pain, posture were improved. Conclusion : This study summarizes the results of applying McKenzie Exercise of cervical part. This study suggests for cervical function who wants to intervene in McKenzie Exercise of cervical part.

많은 연구원들이 자신의 연구 과제를 수행함에 있어 선행 연구 자료로 참고하는 것이 관련 주제에 관한 학술 자료이다. 현재 많은 학교와 기관 그리고 단체에서 관련 학술 자료를 발간하고 있으며 이를 참조하는 방식도 다양하다. 그러나 학술 자료를 참조함에 있어 단어 기반 검색이 사용되고, 발간된 자료의 양이 방대해짐에 따라 사용자가 원하는 정보를 참조하는 데 많은 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문은 이러한 기존 학술 자료 검색 방법을 보완하기 위하여 온톨로지를 기반으로 하는 가중치 부여 논문 검색 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모델은 논문 관련 정보를 온톨로지로 구축하고, 검색 문서에 가중치를 부여하는 순위화 알고리즘을 적용한 것이다. 이는 기존 유사도 적용 기법에 시멘틱 개념을 적용한 것으로 효율적이고 정확한 논문 검색을 보장한다.
