본 연구에서는 학생과 교수를 주체로 하는 다수의 과목에 대한 출결처리와 수강학생 관리에 관한 업무를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 닷넷 기반의 학생관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 시스템의 구성은 크게 학생관리 서버 시스템, 학생관리 클라이언트 시스템, 출석처리 시스템으로 나누어진다. 학생관리 서버 시스템은 데이터베이스, 웹 서버, 시스템 관리 서버로 구성하였으며, 학생관리 클라이언트 시스템은 교수용 학생관리 모듈과 학생용 수강관리 모듈로 구성하였다.

XML was applied to web-Based application system for efficient data supervision and processing. Also, ASP permitted embodiment of easy web-Based programming, and UML is studied by the new alternative of system modelling techniques. Thus, In this paper see embodied student taking a course application management system using XML, ASP, UML. This was composed, and used XML for effective data supervision and processing by student mode and administrator mode. Also, It used UML for systems analysis and design, and whole system implemented by ASP. And, Database implemented to used in MS-ACCESS, and it used java Script language for efficient practical use of web document.

인터넷의 발달과 함께 많은 부분에서 이를 응용하려는 노력이 지속되고 있다. 이에 학사행정업무에서도 이를 응용하여, 원거리의 학생에 관한 학교업무에 편리성과 효율성을 주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전체 학사행정업무 중에서 성적조회와 수강신청 및 변경에 관한 업무를 온라인 상에서 할 수 있도록 하는 학사지원시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이는, 크게 학생모드와 관리자 모드로 나누었으며, 학생모드에서는 성적조회와 수강신청을 하도록 하고 관리자모드에서는 수강기간을 입력 및 변경할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위하여, 본 시스템분석에서는 UML을 이용하였고, 시스템 개발에서는 ASP를 이용하였으며 데이터베이스는 MS-ACCESS를 이용하였다. 또한, 웹 문서의 효율적인 활용을 위하여 Java Script 언어를 사용하였다.

학사행정 업무분야는 학교업무의 전산화에 있어서 가장 중요한 요소가 되며, 이를 인터넷에 접목하여 사용하면서 최대의 효과를 부가시키고있다. 즉, 인터넷을 응용하여 원거리의 학생에 관한 학교업무에 편리성과 효율성을 주고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 전체 학사행정업무 중에서 성적조회와 수강신청 및 변경에 관한 업무를 온라인 상에서 할 수 있도록 하는 학사지원시스템을 선계 및 구현하였다. 이는, 학생모드와 관리자 모드로 나누었으며, 학생모드에서는 성적조회와 수강신청을 수행하고 관리자모드에서는 수강기간 입력 및 변경업무를 수행 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위하여, 본 논문의 시스템분석에서는 UML을 이용하여 Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram등을 작성하였다. 이를 통하여, 시스템 개발에서는 ASP를 이용하여 구현하였으며, 데이터베이스는 MS-ACCESS를 이용하였다. 또한, 웹 문서의 효율적인 활용을 위하여 부분적으로 Java Script 언어를 사용하였다.

The rapid progress of IT technologies promoted the foundation to offer users 'Any Time, Any Where, Any Service', and wireless internet services made it possible to use wired internet services while traveling. The previous academic administration management system having migrated from wired to wireless was dependent on mobile equipments' platform because of not being constructed on standard surroundings. And in the aspect of faculty system, course coordinator plays an significant role in building curricula and manage them, and finally counseling students with regard to them. But the course coordinator can't afford to advise students on which fields of their faculty fit them and which courses they have to take. We propose a mobile course coordinator system to help students learn profound courses of their major fields. Also the proposed system is implemented by using JAVA and WIPI technology, so that it is platform-independent. A mobile course coordinator system has an inference engine considering not only course trees which tell informations about the courses in every fields, but also personal courses that students have taken. The inference engine calculates three weights, representing the significance of each course considering every fields, the score of prerequisite courses which a student have taken, and the suitability in which department each student fits. When students apply for taking lectures, a mobile course coordinator system recommends them the most suitable courses. A mobile course coordinator system is able to substitute for the course coordinator who is counseling students. And the students with personal cellular phone are able to keep tracking their courses, and improve their knowledge about major with taking courses which the system's inference engine will advice.

IT 관련 기술의 발전은 'Any Time, Any Where, Any Service'를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있는 제반 여건을 마련하였다. 기존 웹 기반의 학사정보 시스템에서는 사용자의 이동성이 제한적이었고, 이를 해결하고자 한 무선 인터넷 기반의 학사정보 시스템은 클라이언트의 어플리케이션이 표준화된 환경에서 구축되지 않아서 모바일 기기의 플랫폼에 종속적이었다. 또한, 선택과목이 많은 학부제에서는 코스 코디네이터의 역할이 매우 중요하지만, 코스 코디네이터의 역할을 하는 지도교수와 학생 간의 커뮤니케이션의 부족으로 학생들은 도움을 받기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 JAVA와 WIPI를 이용하여 플랫폼에 독립적이며 전공분야의 중요과목을 추천해 주는 과목 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 과목 추천 시스템은 학생들에게 수강과목에 대해 조언을 해 주는 코스 코디네이터의 역할을 대신할 수 있을 것이다. 또 학생들은 언제 어디서나 개인 휴대폰을 이용하여 수강신청에 관한 학사정보를 관리할 수 있고, 시스템의 추론에 따른 추천 과목을 수강하여 전공 분야에 대한 깊은 지식을 갖출 수 있을 것이다.

In the aspect of the faculty, a course coordinator plays an significant role in managing the curriculum and counseling students on academic matters and fostering their progress in the course. However, the course coordinator cannot afford to advise students on which fields of their faculty fit them and which courses they have to take. This paper proposes a mobile course coordinator system to help students learn courses of their major fields deeply. Also the proposed system is implemented by using WIPI technology, so that it is platform-independent and it is able to assist the course coordinator who is counseling students. And the students with personal cellular phones are able to keep tracking their courses, and improve their knowledge about major subjects by taking courses which the system's inference engine will advise.

이 연구의 목적은 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 온라인 교육과정을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 교육과정에 대한 만족도 및 인식을 조사하고, 학습자의 수업만족도와 핵심역량 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정을 수강한 학생들의 교육과정 만족도 조사 결과를 양적, 질적 방법으로 분석하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 혁신공유대학 교육과정 설계 및 개발 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정 질 관리 환류 체계를 마련하고, 지속적인 교육과정 질 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

There are management and price problems that have been caused by requirement of RFID reader, Fingerprint Identification System and Clicker for the construct of automatic attendance system to check the students' attendance accurately and quickly. Therefore, in the thesis, we developed smartphone based attendance check system by utilizing Wi-Fi and the smartphones that has been already built without using additional equipments and establishing construction of system additionally. It recognizes date, time, location and the seat number in classroom if a student logs the attendance chocking application in and it also allows students to get lecture feedback and check attendance by taking quizzes and questionnaires that are related to the lecture. As a result, by applying the attendance check system, instructors state that it is convenient since the app allows instructors to communicate with students though the quizzes and questionnaires. Especially, the instructors state that it is convenient because the results of the quizzes, questionnaires and attendance can be downloaded it the from of Excel files.

본 연구의 목적은 1) 집단 급식소의 재고 관리 시스템에 관한 자기학습식 Module (Self-instructional Module)을 개발하고, 2) 비동등 통계 실험연구 디자인 (Nonequivalent Control group research design)을 사용하요 자기학습식 재고 관리 시스템 Module의 교육적 효과를 평가하여, 3) 교육기관 및 집단 급식소에서의 교육용 교재로서의 타당성 여부를 검증하고자 함이다. 집단급식소의 재고 관리 시스템에 관한 자기학습식 Module을 개발하기 위해서 현재 미국 전역의 가정대학 내의 식품영양 및 급식경양학과에서 재고 관리에 관련된 교과목을 위하여 채택되어 사용되어지고 있는 주요 교과서들의 내용 분석과 급식경영학 전공 교수 3인의 판단에 기초를 두어 재고관리에 포함되어야 할 내용이 분석되었다. 포함되어져 있는 내용의 목차는 반입(receiving), 저장(storing), 출고(issuing), 재고통제(inventory control), 재고의 자산적 가치(inventory valuation) 및 재고관리 시스템의 자동화(inventory control computer system)등이다. 실험 대상은 Iowa 주립대학에서 급식정보관리 (Foodservice Management Information System) 과목을 수강하였던 88명의 학생이며, 강의를 통해 수업을 받은 통제집단 46명과, 자기 학습식 Module을 사용했던 실험집단 42명으로 구성되었다. 모든 실험 대상에게는 사전검사(Pretest)와 사후검사(posttest)를 실시하였으며 자료의 처리는 SPSS PC Package를 통계법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 강의 중심의 통제집단과 자기학습식 Module을 사용했던 실험집단 간의 통제 후 평균 값(posttest adjusted mean score)사이에는 유의적인 차이를 보였으며 (p<0.05), 자기 학습식 Module 그룹에 속해 있던 학생들이 더 높은 통제 후 평균값(adjusted mean score)을 보여 주었다. 그러므로, 이 실험을 통하여, 개발된 집단 급식소 재고관리 시스템에 대한 자기학습식 Module은 학생들에게 재고관리 시스템에 관한 개념과 내용의 습득력을 향상시키는데 있어서 적어도 강의식 교수법과 동일하거나 더나은 교육적 효과를 가져왔다고 판단되었다.
