High achievement in mathematics is a very complex process in which various factors such as cognitive factors, affective factors, and social and environmental factors work respectively and complementary. A number of previous studies conducted so far have shown that there are certain factors affecting math learning and these factors have positive or negative effects on it. However, these studies were conducted with limited variables and it was not possible to present a comprehensive analysis of what would be necessary to get good achievements in mathematics learning. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the process of experience of students who experienced success in mathematics learning using the analysis method of the grounded theory. In addition, the collected data was analyzed to explain the process of leading to the successful experience in mathematics learning. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that students form their identity as successful learners through the processes of 'new phase stage', 'experience accumulation stage', 'stand-up stage', and 'maintenance effort stage'. Through this study, we were able to get implications for what actions are needed to experience success in math learning by looking at the process of the experience what interviewees have gone through.

This study investigated the elementary school students' ability on the algebraic reasoning as generalized arithmetic. It analyzed the written responses from 648 second graders, 688 fourth graders, and 751 sixth graders using tests probing their understanding of the properties of whole number operations. The result of this study showed that many students did not recognize the properties of operations in the problem situations, and had difficulties in applying such properties to solve the problems. Even lower graders were quite successful in using the commutative law both in addition and subtraction. However they had difficulties in using the associative and the distributive law. These difficulties remained even for upper graders. As for the associative and the distributive law, students had more difficulties in solving the problems dealing with specific numbers than those of arbitrary numbers. Given these results, this paper includes issues and implications on how to foster early algebraic reasoning ability in the elementary school.

본 연구는 최근 창업에 대한 관심이 대학 내에서 확산되고 성공한 학생창업가들이 배출되고 있는 시점에서 대학 내 창업동아리 활동이 실제로 학생창업으로 이어지는지 국내 4년제 대학 169개를 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 대학의 창업동아리는 학생창업을 활성화하기 위한 방안으로써 정부와 대학은 매년 창업동아리에 필요한 예산과 교육 등 적극적인 지원을 하고 있지만 창업동아리 활동이 학생창업에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 국내에서는 학술적으로 연구된 바가 극히 드물다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 대학의 창업동아리가 학생창업 증가에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 구체적으로 선행연구에서 강조한 바와 같이 창업동아리 활동이 학생창업에 미치는 영향을 대학의 창업지원과 교육의 조절효과를 중심으로 실증분석 한다. 분석결과 첫째, 대학의 창업동아리가 실제로 학생창업에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 창업동아리 활동이 활발한 대학일수록 학생창업이 많이 이루어진다는 것을 시사한다. 둘째, 학생 창업지원과 교육의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 대학의 실습형 창업강좌는 창업동아리 활동과 학생창업 간의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절한다는 증거가 발견되었다. 즉, 창업동아리 활동이 학생창업에 미치는 긍정적인 영향은 실습형 창업강좌의 비중이 높은 학교일수록 긍정적인 관계가 강화된다는 것을 의미한다. 이는 경험적 학습을 통한 동아리 활동과 실습형 교육 간 연계의 필요성을 강조한다. 따라서, 창업 동아리 활동을 통한 학생들의 창업활동을 분석함으로써 대학의 창업 동아리 활동의 효과를 증진시킬 수 있는 현실적인 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학 내 활발한 창업 동아리 활동의 질적 향상과 실제 창업 동아리 활동을 경험한 학생들이 창업으로 이루어질 수 있는 현실적인 창업 교육에 기여할 수 있는 것으로 기대된다.

스마트 기기의 보급 활성화로 최근 주목받고 있는 스마트교육은 다양한 영역을 포함하고 있지만 주로 스마트 디바이스를 활용한 학습방법과 교육콘텐츠 개발 등 학습역량을 높이는데 집중되어 있다. 그러나 성공적인 교육을 위해서는 무엇보다도 학교생활 전반에 걸쳐 학습자와의 소통과 교감이 우선되어야 한다. 이를 위해서 대학과 일선 학과에서는 학생들과 소통을 위해 오프라인 기반 게시판이나 홈페이지를 활용해왔지만 더 이상 스마트 기기에 익숙해져 있는 학생들과 효과적으로 소통을 할 수 있는 수단이 되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 모바일 웹앱기반 학생용 스마트 플래너 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 학과의 프로그램 공지와 같은 단순 정보 전달에 국한되지 않고 학생이 스스로 학사일정을 체크하면서 자기 관리를 할 수 있는 수단을 제공해준다. 또한 다양한 학과 프로그램에 학생들이 자발적으로 참여할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 인센티브 시스템 운영, SNS를 활용한 상호 커뮤니케이션을 포함하고 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze attitudes toward a successful life of students majoring in nursing science. Method: The Q-methodology which provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each items was used. The 32 selected Q-statements from each of 36 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Result: Four types of successful life attitudes for research subjects in nursing science were identified. Type I is purpose achievement type, Type II is calling fullness type, Type III is balance maintenance type, and Type IV is happiness eagerness type. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that different approaches to nursing professional education programs are recommended based on the four types of successful life attitudes.

The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of graduates' career success who actively participated during their school days. The experience of participation in education has been explored from three perspectives: input, environment, and output. The first factor which is the input includes the admission process, motivation for application, and methods of appropriating tuition fees. The second factor which is the environment includes the interrelationships with both in and out of school activities, in-class activities, and in-college members. Lastly, the output factor of university education includes the results of university education and the perception of social advancement. The subjects of the study were 21 students who succeeded in entering society based on their goals. The interviews and surveys were conducted, and the factors affecting their career success were analyzed by dividing them into three upper categories and each category is to create implications for the future direction of university education.

As a promising alternative for the traditional educational system, the cyber education is in the spotlight of both educators and computer scientists. There are many advantages of online education to the students and to the institution such as easy and random accessibility, low cost, saving spaces in the institutions, and so on. or a successful online education, some important factors would be considered in constructing cyber lectures. The purposes of this paper are to investigate students'viewpoints, called factors, of the cyber class and analyze these factors to be an effective cyber class. Once factors are identified, we trace the change of the student assessments on the identified factors during the class. Using these factors, we also examine if there are any differences on the assessment of the cyber class according to student background, such as gender. major, and class.
