In the $21^{st}$ century, countries around the world including Korea attempted many changes in informatics education. Considering its own situation, each country has recognized the necessity of informatics education and is taking actions. This research aims to study informatics which is the foundation of informatics education called in different names including computer science education and programming education. Terms related to information were focused. Mainly, it was analyzed the frequency of these terms from academic papers, higher educational institutions' department names, and academic journals. Results of this analysis suggested that infomatics subject is originated from informatics which can be a Meta science of all fields. This research investigated informatics education not only as academic perspectives but social-needs and provide evidence that informatics subject which is originated from the informatics of a meta science needs to be a mendatory subject in primary and secondary education.

수많은 웹로그 히스토리의 자료에서 컴퓨터 사이버범죄에 대한 증거자료로 채택되기 위한 기술적인 웹 포렌식 자료의 추출에 사용되는 웹 포렌식 알고리즘은 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 웹 로그 시나리오 작성을 제안하고 설계하여, 웹 포렌식을 통한 컴퓨터 사이버범죄에 대한 학문적 기술적 발전에 기여하고자 하는데 본 논문의 목적이 있다. 수많은 웹로그 자료에서 컴퓨터 사이버 범죄에 대한 증거 자료로 채택되기 위한 기술적인 웹 포렌식 자료의 추출에 사용되는 웹 로그 분석 알고리즘은 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 웹 포렌식 알고리즘을 제안하고 설계하여, 실제 기업의 웹 서버 시스템에 제안한 알고리즘을 구현해 본다. 웹 서버에서 웹 로그 분석을 위해 사용한 웹 포렌식 알고리즘과 플로우를 설계하고 코딩을 통한 구현을 한다. 구현 결과 웹 포렌식을 통한 컴퓨터 사이버 범죄에 대한 학문적 기술적 발전에 기여하고자 하는데 본 논문의 목적이 있다.

In this paper, we try to criticize a bias that liberal arts are not practical. First, I introduce holistic models of knowledge and constructivism in education. Second, I suggest 'linguistic turn' as another noticeable phenomenon. Language is an element of culture, but a priviledged one because culture, in itself, is linguistic. So culture is a sort of a text. We can see that liberal arts or humanities to deal with texts, contexts and languages can have an important role to read, understand and construct a world. So the rediscovery of the traditional model of the education of liberal arts like processes of graduating studies of liberal arts or humanities, is relevant to a new 'practical' model of reading and leading recent social transformations. An important point is academic contribution. And current situation called 'Knowledge-Based Society' also supports my point in another way. The situation of rapidly changing knowledge requires an education of problem-solving ability by unifying and reconstructing knowledge supporting with constructivism in education rather than the cramming system of education.

국내 유통산업의 외형적 성장에 비하여 유통이론에 관한 연구가 균형을 이루지 못하고, 유통이론에 대한 체계적인 접근이나 연구방법, 대상 등에 대한 연구가 시행되지 않은 상황에서 본고에서 지금까지 단편적으로, 그리고 지엽적으로 연구된 유통이론에 대하여 다각적인 방면에서의 논의와 정립의 필요성을 느끼게 된 바, 윤명길 외(2004) 이어 본 연구는 국내 실정에 맞는 유통이론을 학문적으로 정립을 위하여 유통의 계보와, 연구 대상, 연구방법에 대한 유통이론(론) 차원의 접근을 시도하고자 하였으며, 그 연구 방법을 제안하였다. 연구가 국내 유통이론 정립에 기여하기를 바라는 마음에서 시작되지만, 부족한 부분이 있다는 것은 두말할 필요가 없을 것이다. 작은 바람이 있다면, 유통 이론 분야에 많은 연구자들의 참여를 통하여 진전된 연구가 되기를 바라며, 유통이론의 유입국에서 유출국으로 기대를 가져본다.

이 연구에서는 국내 인지과학 분야의 연구자 소속 정보와 논문의 표제어 분석을 통해 학제적 구조 파악을 시도해 보았다. 연구 결과 국내 인지과학 분야에서 대표되는 학문 영역은 컴퓨터과학, 심리학, 언어학, 인지과학, 철학, 교육학, 의학, 경영학이었다. 두 시기(1기: 1989-1998, 2기: 1999-2003)로 구분하여 분석한 결과 국내 인지과학 분야는 1기에서는 컴퓨터과학, 심리학, 언어학 순으로 우세한 학문분야가 나타났다. 이와 달리 2기에서는 심리학, 컴퓨터과학, 인지과학, 언어학의 순이었다. 이 같은 결과는 컴퓨터과학의 비중이 초기에 가장 높다가 감소했다는 점에서 외국의 사례와 유사하지만, 외국에 비해서 언어학 분야 연구자의 비중이 다소 높은 것이 국내 인지과학 연구의 특징인 것으로 나타났다. 연구자가 사용한 표제어를 분석한 결과 두 시기에서 모두 컴퓨터과학과 심리학은 인지과학분야에서 융합되기 보다는 독자적인 연구영역을 형성하였다. 또한 시기별 표제어 분석을 통해서 컴퓨터과학이나 심리학 소속 인지과학 연구자들의 관심사가 1기에서 2기로 넘어가면서 변화한 부분을 확인할 수 있었다.

It has been a point of dispute how to define the disciplinary identity of STS; science and technology studies or science, technology and society? Still, STS is now emerging as an autonomous research discipline with its own agendas and styles of reasoning from a mere collections of various meta disciplines such as philosophy of science, history of science and sociology of science. The paper discusses how philosophy of science in its cross-disciplineary mode can contribute to STS (understood as science and technology studies) research given these recent academic trends. We can start from the observation that there are two distinctive ways of doing cross-disciplinary research: inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary. Then it is shown with concrete examples how philosophy of science can productively participate in both ways of cross-disciplinary researches in STS.

This is the first study of the relation between the controversy on Korean Economics and the controversy on the capitalist social formation of Korea in the 1970-80. The main results of this study is as following: Almost all Korean Economists think 'Korean Economics' do not exist, but korean philosophers think Korean philosophy which is different from western philosophy do exist. So Korean economists tend to believe in the universal validity of western economics. In fact, Some Korean Economists began to argued about universal validity of American-Western economics and making Korean Economics in 1970s, the controversy ceased in the mid of 1980s. Left-wing Economists insisted that the right wing conservetive economics is imported from, mainly, U.S.A, Korea is academic colony of U.S.A. But progressive economics was also imported from Western world, or Soviet Union in the process of controvesy on Korean capitalist social formation in 1980s. It is necessary to retrospect and re-examine the controversy on Korean Economics and on Korean capitalist social formation to develop Economics of Korea.

동료평가제란 같은 문제를 가지고 연구하는 과학하자 동료들의 연구를 평가하는 것으로 외국에서 선진 학문을 배워온 과학자들은 동료평가를 통하여 외국의 높은 학문수준을 유지시키고 선진 과학기술제도를 한국에 정착시키는데 기여를 해왔다. 친분에 의해 좌우되는 문제점도 있기는 하지만 세계적 저명한 학술잡지일수록 엄격한 동료평가를 실시하고 있다는 사실을 알아야 하겠다.

Military geography has been recognized a part of applied geography appeared in 1960s by the viewpoint applying geographical science technology and knowledge for war. But the contribution for war accompanying violence caused negative recognition in moral viewpoint and led stagnation of military geography's study. Therefore this paper has researched a method improving the role of military geography as a part of applied geography and considered the essential meaning of the military geography's role in the relationship between war and military sciences. Based on this consideration, this paper proposed a research direction necessary for the role contributing human development beyond the viewpoint focusing contribution for war. The result of this study confirmed the characters of the military geography's elements have two attributes contributing for war victory or improving human life quality. Military geography has laid emphasis for usability to war contribution until now and caused unsatisfactoriness of morality. But military geography can complement this unsatisfactoriness by the extension of the role contributing human life quality. This study could examine the possibility doing the role contributing for both war and peace as a intact science.
