Students are getting more opportunities to use the internet at school and home with the development of information & communication technology and the spread of computers. It can be used for education; otherwise, it also has some negative side effects, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. Information communication ethics education is needed to protect students from those negative side effects in cyber space. This paper presents the systematic education contents and ways to teach correct information communication ethics education form the results of questionaires to students, teachers and parents, and other related study.

선진 각국에서는 지식기반 정보사회로의 급속한 이행과 사이버 공간의 확장에 따라 사이버 교육에 대한 법적 제도적 근거를 마련함은 물론 이의 적극적인 활용을 모색하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 교육혁신과 인적자원개발을 위한 2단계 교육정보화종합발전 방안을 마련 및 교육과정의 개편, 실행에 옳기고 있다. 새로운 이론인 구성주의에 근거 마련된 제7차 교육과정에서는 교수 학습시 ICT의 활용을 적극 권장하는 바, 훈련 받은 교사에 의한 아동의 교수 학습 효과가 현저하여 교사의 ICT활용 관련 기회의 요청이 요구되고 있다 본 연구에서는 전국규모의 교육용소프트웨어 공모전에 참여하는 경북지역 교사들의 ICT 활용 능력과 학교급별, 지역별, 저작도구별, 분과, 분야별, 저작인수별 실태를 파악하기 위하여 당해연도 경북도 대회 2등급 이상 상위 입상작 48편에 대한 분석 및 고찰을 실시한 결과, 교원의 ICT활용 능력 신장, 지역간 정보격차 해소, 교수 학습 방법 개선 지원을 강화할 필요가 있는 등 다수의 유의미한 결과를 얻었다.

본 연구에서는 정보 교육을 기반으로 하여 데이터 조직을 하고 그것을 바탕으로 하여 학습자로 하여금 알고리즘적 사고력을 길러 프로그래밍과 같은 추상적인 분야까지의 사고력의 신장을 기를 수 있도록 하는데 연구의 중점을 두었다. 현재 초등학교에서는 응용 소프트웨어의 지도 수준에 머무르고 있어, 컴퓨터 시스템과 데이터의 흐름에 대한 인식이 부족하다. 이는 학습자의 흥미를 유발하여 컴퓨터에 대한 친근감을 갖게 할 수는 있지만, 컴퓨터교육으로 질에 대한 충분한 이해가 결핍된 교육 방법이다. 또한 초등 컴퓨터 교육에 있어서 컴퓨터 내용학에 대한 지도는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않고 있고, 이에 대한 인식도 부족하다. 당면하고 있는 정보화 사회에서는 논리적이고 체계적인 접근방법으로 컴퓨터 내용학 지도가 이루어져 학습자 스스로 정보를 생성, 조직할 수 있는 논리력을 기를 수 있어야 한다. 또한 컴퓨터 내용학의 기초인 자료구조는 중요성과 타 컴퓨터 내용학에 파급되는 효과에 비해서 선행연구가 부족하였기 때문에 보다 쉽게 학습자에게 이해 가능하도록 하는 지도 방법이 이루어지도록 연구의 내용에 제안하였다.

It has been increased the importance of computer education for the knowledge information society. However day by day. But computer education is currently operated with elective subjects in discretion action scope in a middle school. These operation of elective subjects brings a tended to neglect computer course, and inappropriate class number operated from this operation deteriorates reality and efficacy of computer education. Therefore, this paper compared and analyzed various operation methods of elective subjects that have been currently operated and grasped various problems to appear according to operation methods. When computer subject is operated using results from analyzing these problems, we find the most suitable way and provide sufficient references to operate computer subject in school education.

As the informative society becomes intensified, the rise of the convergence security offers an alternative strategic correspondence to the technology leaks that are becoming more advanced, complex, and intelligent. In order to the convergence security to provide its efficacy, training convergence security specialists is essential. However, research on the subject has yet to be considered sufficient. Thus this research focuses on defense industry security specialists to define the duty and analze critical task as well as drawn and therefore the required academic level of the critical task was examined. These research work contributes to the competence development of convergence security specialists and further enhancement on convergence security training process of academic institutions and job training institutions.

A change toward a digital society is requiring of the human quotient who had new informatization ability, and is large to education is affecting it. The digital Storytelling which effective anger to be educational of traditional Storytelling was combined with came into being in these changes. As I provide together multi-media element such as a screen and sound digital Storytelling jumps over the existing Storytelling, and to move, I easily cause an interest of student, and I stimulate intellectual faculties various of a schoolchild, and I make bidirectional enemy interaction possible. Therefore, I extract whether it is the education that it can apply on-site an elementary school of a cow in this study after analyzing digital Storytelling, and digital Storytelling designs the class that it is possible, and I will present it.

The number of people using the information communication have being rapidly increased owing to promote a national information policy. The rate of teenager using the information communication are over 90 percent. We can communicate quickly and easily owing to the rapid increment of the information communication. But there are adverse effects because of the rapid increment of the information communication. Specially, teenagers have been quickly influenced by the adverse effects. We must consider a counterplan for the adverse effects. Therefore, in this paper, I will survey the present status of ethics education for information communication which have been taught in school and the actual condition using information communication of teenagers. And I will analyze the connection of them. In addition, I will propose the desirable direction of ethics education for information communication.

This study is an empirical research about lifelong education provided YIT(YeoJoo of Institute of Technology). This study aims at suggesting fundamental materials for the activation of the lifelong education provided by YIT by analyzing the participation of students and neghbouring district's residents in the programs and their requests. The lifelong education conditions should reflect the requests and levels of participants. and thereby encourage their positive participation and enhance their satisfaction with the programs.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Student-centered Narrative Learning Program on Information ethics. Though, nowadays, the negative aspects of use of Computer and Internet have been rising as a big issue and there are remarkable concern about it, especially in school. There are still many difficulties to teach it to student due to the lack of adequate curriculum, contents and teaching method. In this study, we developed the Narrative learning program based on learners' experiences. The program involves course of discussion and exploration to seek for solution. The result of the study is that students could make a plan for practice and their Information ethic attitude was improved.

National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project in the field of education, which is launched mainly by government initiative and is to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. NEIS is introduced to lighten the teachers' overburden, to standardize the work process and to bring better quality education to each classroom and make it possible for those involved in education to resolve any related educational problem on line. This paper aims to construct a hierarchy model consisting of key factors such as administrative and technological factors for the effective use of NEIS and to evaluate the relative importance among key factors using multiple decision-making technique. Eventually, the analysis results can be utilized to develop the future improvement strategy of NEIS and to satisfy the users.
