This study is presented as evidence for developing a health education program to prevent lower extermity circulatory system problems among nurses's health problem by identifying the effects of taping therapy on lower extermites discomfort and fatigue for nurses who stand for long periods of time. The study method is a similar experimental study using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design in which taping therapy was applied to female nurses who work day shifts for 5 consecutive days in an orthopedic surgery ward. Data collection was from November 2 to December 18, 2020, and a total of 60 nurses, 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group, were recruited from two orthopedic surgery hospitals located in B city. The data were analyzed by chi-square test, t-test and paired t-test using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the experimental group had lower extermities discomfort(t=-1.27, p=<.001) and fatigue score(t=-0.60, p=<.001) than the control group, and it was confirmed that there was a statistically significant effect. It has been proven that taping therapy is a very effective nursing intervention.

과학기술의 발전은 인간을 그것에 예속시키고 퇴화시킨다. 편리함에 길들여지는만큼 불편과 불행감, 혹은 상대적 박탈감이 강하기 때문이다. 하지만 과학기술 그 자체는 선악의 가치와 자유의지를 갖고 있는 것이 아니기 때문에 단지 인간이 어떻게 운용하느냐에 따라 천사도 될 수 있고 악마도 될 수 있는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to measure breast discomfort, breast pumping time, and breast milk compositions, specially lipid, calorie, and creamatocrit, after Oketani breast massage program. This study is a single group pretest-posttest design. Seventeen mothers who have preterm babies were received Oketani breast massage program. To evaluate the effects of Oketani massage program, data were measured the breast discomfort by the visual analogue scale, breast pumping time, and breast milk lipid, calorie, creamatocrit by a Creamatocrit plus machine, the standard centrifuge with digital calipers. The breast discomfort was significantly reduced after two Oketani breast massage programs(p<.05). In terms of composition of breast milk, lipid, calorie, and crematocrit were significantly increased after second Oketani massage program(p<.05). The Oketani breast massage program applied to mothers who have preterm babies could reduce breast discomfort and increase lipid, calorie, and creamatocrit of breast milk.

구취를 주소로 내원한 환자 중 구취의 치료 후 객관적인 구취의 감소가 인정되는 데도 불구하고, 계속해서 구취를 호소하며 만족해 하지 못하는 환자들의 심리적 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 구취를 주소로 서울대학교 치과병원 구강진단과 구취클리닉에 내원하여 검사 및 치료를 시행한 환자 중, 치료 전 객관적 구취의 소견을 보였으나, 치료 후 할리미터 수치의 객관적인 감소를 보이는 40명의 구취 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 치료 전, 모든 환자들은 자신의 주관적 구취 심도 및 그로 인한 불편감 정도를 표시하였고, 간이정신진단검사 (SCL-90-R)를 시행하였으며 할리미터를 이용하여 구강내 휘발성황화합물의 농도를 측정하였다. 치료 후, 구강내 휘발성황화합물의 농도, 주관적 구취 심도 및 불편감 정도를 재측정하였다. 주관적 구취 심도의 감소 정도에 따라 환자들을 두 군으로 분류하여 할리미터 수치와 불편감 정도 및 간이정신진단검사항목을 비교, 분석하였다; A군-주관적 구취 심도가 평균값 이상으로 감소한 환자군; B군-주관적 구취 심도가 평균값 이하로 감소한 환자군. 1. 치료 전후 모두에서 주관적 구취 심도와 휘발성황화합물 농도 사이에는 유의한 상관관계가 없었으며 주관적 구취 심도의 감소 정도 또한 휘발성황화합물의 감소 정도와 상관관계가 없었다. 2. 치료 전 휘발성황화합물의 농도는 치료 후 휘발성황화합물의 감소치와 유의한 상관관계를 보였다 (p < 0.01). 3.구취로 인한 불편감 정도는 주관적 구취 심도와 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며 (p < 0.01), 치료 후 A군에서는 유의하게 감소 (p < 0.01) 하였으나, B군에서는 유의한 감소를 보이지 않았다. 4. B군은 A군에 비하여 간이정신진단검사 항목 중 대인예민성과 우울증의 항목에서 유의하게 높은 수치를 보였다 (p < 0.05).

최근, 빔 프로젝트는 어디서든 쉽게 발견된다. 이는 강연 시나 토론 시 청중의 이해를 돕는데 아주 강력한 기능을 발휘하기 때문이다. 그러나 이것을 사용하는데 몇 가지 불편한 점이 있다. 빔 프로젝트는 모니터와 같은 출력 장치이다. 물론 입력부 없이 단독으로 기능을 발휘할 수 없다. 따라서 우리는 이를 이용할 때 컴퓨터나 노트북등을 이용한다. 하지만 이점은 사용자를 가끔 불편하게 만든다. 사용자는 발표 도중에 발표 자료를 조정하기 위해 컴퓨터로 이동해야 하고 이는 청중에게 혼돈 감을 줄 뿐 아니라 집중력을 흐트러트리는 요소가 될 수 있다. 이러한 불편함을 줄이기 위해 휴대폰과 레이저 포인터를 이용한 영상처리를 통해 프레젠테이션 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

3D 콘텐츠에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 3D 시청 및 제작에 대한 가이드라인의 필요성도 함께 증가하고 있다. 3D 안정 시청 가이드 라인은 3D 시청으로 인한 시청자의 시각적 불쾌감이나 피로감을 방지하는데 목적을 두고 있으며, 최근 일본의 3DC에서는 과도한 수렴-조절 불일치를 방지하기 위해 양안 시차 $1^{\circ}$를 쾌적 시차 범위로 권고하고 있다. 하지만 이 쾌적 시차는 절대적인 수치가 아니며, 콘텐츠의 특성 및 시청 조건에 따라 변하는 것으로 추정된다. 본 논문에서는 쾌적 시차를 갖는 3D 영상 콘텐츠에서 객체의 모션으로 인해 양안시차가 시공간적으로 변할 때, 야기되는 시각적 불편함의 변화에 대하여 관찰한다. 특히, 깊이 방향 모션 및 수평 방향 모션에서 객체의 속도 변화에 대한 시각적 피로감의 정도를 주관적 평가를 통하여 측정한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of foot mats on reducing levels of fatigue, discomfort, lower extremity edema and skin temperature in scrub nurses during surgery. Methods: This study employed one group repeated measures design in which 16 scrub nurses (ages 22-38) stood on steel footstools (SF) during scrub as the conventional test and stood on SF with foot mats as the experimental test. Levels of fatigue, discomfort, lower extremity edema and skin temperature were measured before the first surgical hand scrub and right after the first surgery of the day for 3 consecutive days in both tests. Results: The changes in levels of fatigue and discomfort were significantly different between tests (p<.001~.033). Edema, determined by the differences in circumferences of the ankles and calves before and after the surgery was also significantly different between groups (p=.001~.011). However, the change in skin temperature on the foot tops of both feet was not different between tests (p=.351~.467). Conclusion: The results of this study show that using foot mats on top of the steel footstool is effective in reducing the levels of fatigue, discomfort and lower extremity edema in scrub nurses during surgery.

최근들어 제품을 개발하는 과정 중, 디자이너와 개발자, 의사 결정권자들이 FEM, CFD 시뮬레이션 결과를 리뷰할 때에 가상현실기술을 도입하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 몰입감을 높여주는 가상현실환경은 모델에 대한 해석 결과물을 정확하고 효과적으로 분석할 수 있도록 돕는다. 데이터의 실제 크기와 같게 혹은 그보다 더 크고 자세한 이미지를 제공하는 가상현실 몰입환경은 사용자가 데스크탑 환경만을 사용할 때 경험할 수 없는 높은 사실감을 제공함으로써 사용자에게 시각적인 만족감을 줄 수 있다. 하지만 데스크탑 환경에 비해 해상도가 낮고, 어두운 곳에서 스테레오 안경이나 HMD(Head Mounted Display), Data glove등을 착용해야 하는 불편함과 멀미, 시각적인 피로, 방향감각 상실로 대표되는 가상멀미 등으로 인해 장시간 사용에 어려움이 있다. 데스트탑 환경에서의 데이터 리뷰는 고해상도 이미지 분석은 가능하지만, 입체감이 떨어지기 때문에 리뷰 데이터의 실제감이 떨어진다. 이와 같은 문제점들을 보완하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 데스크탑 환경과 가상현실 환경 간의 협업이 가능한 FEM/CFD 가시화 시스템을 제시한다. 본 시스템은 가상현실 몰입환경에서 해석 데이터를 단순히 가시화하는 것뿐만이 아니라, 데스크탑 시스템과 동일한 3D 인터페이스 구조를 제공한다. 따라서, 해석 결과 분석을 위한 동일한 post-processing 작업이 네트워크로 연결된 원격 공간의 사용자들이 사용하는 시스템들 사이에서 실시간으로 진행될 수 있다.

With the spread of COVID-19 and the preference for untact services, kiosks, which is one of self-service technologies, have been expanding into various service fields. Kiosks have some advantages of reducing labor costs and increasing work efficiency, but they often cause difficulties in the process of using kiosks. In this vein, this study examines the key antecedents affecting consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks by integrating technology anxiety and innovativeness into the expanded expectation-confirmation model. The research model was verified for the MZ generation to examine the perceptions of MZ generation about Kiosks. This is because if the MZ generation feels technical anxiety or difficualty about using kiosks, customers of other generations can expect to feel even more uncomfortable. As a result of the analysis of this study, it was confirmed that technical anxiety has a significantly negative effect on consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks. However, among the characteristic factors of customers, innovativeness did not significantly consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks. Based on our findings, it is expected that service companies will be able to understand the mechanism of forming consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks and pursuit several management activities for successfully adopting kiosks.

Recently, many patients undergo anterior prosthetic treatment for esthetic reasons. In some patients complain about functional reasons such as inaccurate pronunciation and occlusal discomfort after the treatment. Anterior teeth are important esthetically but in the occlusal point of view, anterior guidance is the second most important factor in occlusion, next to centric relation. Failure to determine an appropriate anterior guidance might lead to posterior occlusal interference, which can highly affect the stability of the posterior teeth. Also, discomfort might occur if the customized interior guidance is not in harmony with the patient's envelope of function. The patient in this case complained of overall discomfort in the maxillary anterior area after prosthetic treatment. The expressed difficulty in pronunciation, unstable occlusion due to lack of stable holding contact and discomfort of the facial muscles. Maxillary anterior prostheses were refabricated through systematic diagnosis and treatment and thus, this case presents esthetical and functional satisfaction to both the patient and the dentist.
