  • A building structures was used the facility management phase through $planing\cdotdesign\cdotconstruction$. phase. building's length of life was shorter than its physical length of life, because of the lack of law and institution, the lack of related agencies' preparation and owner's preparation. Also, considering the construction life-cycle, the facility phase accounted for $70\%$ of whole official lift, therefore, it needed to be opposed to systemic facility management. Current facility management system practically managed the defect of facility and almost never communicated between the other phase. In the side of policy, domestic law, institution, and policy related to building structure focused built-up market. and then the management of existing facilities was not consolidated efficiently. The purpose of this study was to suggest the direction of facility management construction for managing, utilizing, and operating public facilities, moreover, to study the direction of current facility management system improvement corresponding to total computer integrated construction system under government agencies.

  • In the construction industry, construction management system using information technology has been applied diversely to increase productivity. Although IT device such as PDA, RFID, Barcode, wireless network and web camera has been introduced in construction site, the usage of these device is restricted, because these cause engineer to do additional work. The suggested process using Digital Pen in this study, which can lessen engineer's additional work, get defect data promptly. Also accumulated data is utilized effectively for analyzing construction site. The purpose of this study is to introduce Digital Pen System as a means of construction data acquisition for improving productivity.

  • Apartment houses are now a popular form of general housing, and the construction techniques and materials quality used to construct apartments are also continuously evolving as if they were representative. However, issues concerning flaws are constantly being reported in the press. This study attempts to analyze the trend of conflicts related to defects and to analyze the types of defects received in the apartment building, to suggest the development of the integrated defect management system, and to develop the construction based on the development of the system.

  • Recently, quality inspection and A/S management have been considered as one of the major issues for satisfying customers, increasing competitiveness and raising image of a company in domestic construction industry. However, the qualify inspection and A/S management have not performed systematically because of insufficient field managers, the excessive amount of documents and complicated work process. The primary objective of this study is to propose a quality inspection and A/S management system using information technology which enables field managers to efficiently gather the information of defection and A/S in apartment house. It is anticipated that the effective use of the proposed system would be able to improve communication among the related participants and systematically accumulate data that might be used in similar construction projects.

  • As the domestic housing supply problem has been resolved, the apartment construction market has shifted to a consumer-oriented market that wants high quality, and in particular, expectations in the area of finishing quality have increased. Looking at the status of complaints regarding apartment housing defects supplied by Korea Land and Housing Corporation, tile-related complaints are the type occurring the most frequently. While the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MOLIT) is making an ongoing effort to reduce complaints related to defects, through approaches such as drafting amendments to 「Investigation of defects in apartment houses, calculation of repair costs, and standards for determining defects」, the provision of preventive measures has been insufficient. In addition, by reviewing studies, there has been insufficient research to construct a classification system after deriving the characteristics of each type using the qualitative knowledge of experts, various quantitative indicators, and suggesting measures for reduction according to the causes of each type. Therefore, this study will reflect qualitative indicators to use the AHP analysis that makes it easy to identify the relationship between defects by surveying construction experts. Then, by visualizing the weight of 'Possibility of recurrence after repair,' 'Degree of difficulty in repairing defects' and 'Fault frequency' using a radial graph, we will analyze the characteristics of each type of tile construction defect and establish measures for reduction according to the cause. This will improve the quality of the living environment and contribute to the establishment of a system for smooth defect management and reduction of defects in apartment tile construction.

  • 지금까지 대부분의 정보시스템은 정형화된 정보만을 관리해왔다. 재무, 생산, 영업 등 발생하는 수치 데이터를 저장, 관리하는 것이 정보시스템의 역할이었고 실제 판단을 하고 의사결정을 내리는 것은 기업내 인적자원이 수행하는 것이었다. 결국 의사결정의 주체인 인적자원이 떠나면 그가 갖고 있던 지식자원도 함께 떠나가고 지적자원이 소실된다는 관점에서 지식관리시스템은 출발했다. 본 연구에서는 인적자원이 소유하고 있는 지적자산을 축적, 활용할 수 있도록 하자는 지식관리시스템의 기본 개념을 이용하여 통합 지식관리시스템의 설계를 제안하였다.

  • In the construction industry, IT based information system has been diversely applied to increase productivity. Although IT device such as PDA, RFID, Barcode, wireless network and web camera has been introduced to gather information in construction site, the effect of the IT device is limited, because of bringing about additional works of engineer. In this paper, we proposed a defect management system which is based on handwritten document digitalization framework for introducing applicability of new IT device, digital pen. By the proposed system, we can effectively gather and input defect information to defect management system by using digital pen and paper like conventional way. Applying the data gathering device, digital pen to defect management, it is able to increase productivity by improving work process, building up and utilizing defect information database of good quality.
