  • 본 논문은 페달력과 전기 구동력을 동시에 사용하는 하이브리드 3륜 전기자전거의 구동부에서 보조력의 제어에 토크리플이 억제될 수 있도록 역기전력 함수를 이용한 PAS(Power assist system)을 제안한다. 제안된 방식에서는 하이브리드 3륜 전기자전거의 구동력을 제공하는 BLDC(Brushless DC) 전동기의 역기전력 형상과 토크 사이의 상관관계를 바탕으로, 사용자의 요구 토크에 대하여 추정된 역기전력 역함수를 통해 지령 전류를 발생하고, 지령전류의 제어에는 추정된 역기전력함수를 사용하여 제어 성능을 향상시킨다. 연속적인 역기전력의 추정에는 홀센서의 위치각과 추정속도를 통해 연속적인 위치각을 추정하고, 이를 통해 룩-업 테이블의 실제 역기전력 데이터와 위치 보정값을 사용하게 된다. 하이브리드 3륜 전기자전거의 제안된 PAS 제어 방식은 시뮬레이션을 통해 가능성을 검증하였다.

  • In order to control thrust of propulsion system, we built the 50 Newton level PE-GOx hybrid rocket, and changed the mass flow rate of GOx. From the preliminary experiential results, we could see possibility of controlling thrust of hybrid rockets by controlling mass flow rate of GOx.

  • Precise control of oxidizer mass flow rate is important for hybrid rocket thrust control. In this study, oxidizer mass flow rate control system is developed by using stepping motor which is controlled by Labview program. Gox is used for oxidizer and PolyCarbonate, PolyEthylene, and PMMA is used for solid propellant. To suppress thrust oscillation during thrust control experiment, schematics of the experiment is analysised and revised. Results show that thrust oscillation is suppressed successfully.

  • In this paper, we propose a hybrid fuzzy controller for high performance. Hybrid fuzzy controller are combined Fuzzy and PID controller. In tuning the controller, the parameters of PID and the factors fuzzy controllers were obtained from the model identification and by using genetic algorithms, respectively. Simulation examples demonstrated a better performance of the proposed controller than conventional ones.

Study of Thrust Control Performance Improvement for Hybrid Rocket Applications (하이브리드 로켓의 추력제어 성능 향상에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, we tried to improve the thrust control performance through the thrust control combustion experiment of the hybrid rocket. We constructed the system which controls the oxidizer flow by combining a needle valve with a stepping motor and controlling the stepping motor drive according to the thrust control command order. Gas oxygen was used as the oxidizer for two different propellants, PE(Polyethylene), PC(Polycarbonate), respectively. To improve the slow response time and the oscillation phenomenon in the beginning stage of the thrust control combustion experiment, we measured and analyzed the change of the flow speed of the propellant pipe. The revised thrust control combustion experiment showed that the thrust was stably controlled with the margin or error from the thrust command within ${\pm}1$ N.

  • 하이브리드 스텝 모터와 같은 소형 정밀 모터에서 이를 설계 제작하는 과정에서 가공기술의 부족과 높은 생산 단가로 인하여 모든 부분의 가공에 높은 정밀도를 유지하기는 어렵다. 그러므로 토오크 특성에 영향을 많이 미치는 부위의 가공 정밀도를 향상시킴으로써 생산 단가를 줄일 수 있다. 하이브리드 스텝, 모터에서 구조상의 오차는 모터의 PERMEANCE를 변화시키고 PERMEANCE의 변화는 이와 직접적인 관련을 갖고 있는 토오크를 변화시켜서 결국에는 스텝 모터의 가장 중용한 요소인 정확한 위치 제어를 할 수 없게 된다. 모터의 구조적 결함에 대하여 알아보고 이 과정을 통하여 구한 HOLDING 토오크 값으로부터 정상인 때와 구조적인 오차가 있는 경우에 대한 토오크의 최대치와 DETENT 위치를 서로 비교함으로써 오차에 대한 토오크의 영향을 해석한다.

  • 오픈 와인딩 머신을 이용한 새로운 하이브리드 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 기존 하이브리드 시스템의 DC/DC 전력 변환기와 이에 필요한 인덕터를 필요로 하지 않으며, 주어진 DC 링크 전압과 배터리 전압으로 보다 높은 속도 운전영역까지 최대 토크 운전이 가능하다. 또한 전동기의 기계 출력, 배터리의 입출력 전력, DC링크단의 입출력 전력을 모두 양방향으로 제어할 수 있는 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • In this paper a new hybrid-type control system is proposed which reduces the pump speed of an electro-hydraulic actuator consisting of a pressure-compensated variable displacement piston pump and a valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder, whenever the flow rate demand is low. In order to avoid interfering with the pressure regulator which also has an effect on swash plate angle, the pump speed is changed in proportion to the mean value of the speed component of position commands. Additionally a pressure switch is employed to prevent the system pressure from getting lower than a reference value. Based on computer simulation & experimental results, it is shown that the hybrid control can save the idling power up to 44% at a stand-by mode by reducing the pump speed from 1,800 rpm to 600 rpm without affecting the dynamic response of the electro-hydraulic actuator.

Experimental Investigation on Vibration Control Performances of the Piezoelectric Hybrid Mount (압전 하이브리드 마운트의 진동제어 성능에 대한 실험적 고찰)

  • A hybrid mount featuring rubber element and piezoelectric actuator is devised to reduce vibration when starting a vehicle engine. As a first step, a passive mount adopting rubber element is manufactured and its dynamic characteristics are experimentally evaluated. After evaluating dynamic characteristics of the manufactured inertial piezoelectric actuator, the proposed hybrid mount is then established by integrating the piezoelectric actuator with the rubber element for performance improvement at non-resonant high frequencies. A mathematical model of the established active vibration control system is formulated and expressed in the state space form. Subsequently, sliding mode controller (SMC) is designed to attenuate the vibration transmitted from the base excitation. Finally, control performances of the proposed hybrid mount are evaluated such as transmissibility in frequency domain and time responses.

  • In this paper, we propose the hybrid lighting control system on multiple sensor. The proposed hybrid lighting control system was designed for management and control of street lightings by configured as the data display part of integration-interworking part, the data conversion-processing part of integrated management part, and the communication part of gateway system. The data are implemented to designing the DB to enable to storage in real-time by enable to monitoring by wireless remote control and schedule set. As a result of the efficiency verification of the proposed hybrid lighting control system, the hybrid lighting control system be to the real-time monitoring and remote lighting control was possible, because to peristalsis with smart devices and portable PC etc., and it could be obtained the effect of energy and electricity, communication cost reduction.
