본 연구는 국내 장애아 통합교육의 환경에서 통합교육의 특수성과 교육주체들의 현실적 한계를 고려할 때, 온라인 통합교육 지원 인프라의 구축이 필요함을 전제로, 장애아의 통합교육 지원을 위한 공익적 성격의 통합교육 포털 사이트의 사회적 필요성을 연구하고, 국내 특수교육 및 통합교육 관련 온라인 사이트의 사례분석을 통해 장애아를 위한 통합교육 포털의 발전방향을 제시하였다. 공익성 통합교육 포털 사이트의 사회적 필요성 측면은 통합교육의 사회적 당위성을 바탕으로 국내 특수교육 관련 법률 및 장애인 교육실태의 의미와 연계하여 제시하는 동시에 교사, 장애아, 장애아 부모로 구분한 교육주체별 통합교육의 현실적 한계성을 공익성 통합교육 포털 사이트의 사회적 필요성과 연결하여 제시하였으며, 이러한 필요성에 입각하여 장애아 교육 및 통합교육 관련 웹사이트의 비교/분석을 통해 통합교육 포털 사이트의 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다.

산업화가 고도화 될수록 공장 또는 사무자동화의 필요성이 늘어날수록 정보공유의 필요성이 중요시되는데 이런 필요성들은 통신의 발전을 촉발시키는데 중요한 촉매가 되었다. 공장자동화에 사용되는 통신방법 중에 FULL-MAP, MINI-MAP, ETHERNET 등 여러가지가 있지만, 그 중 1993년 11월부터 1994년 3월까지 일본의 재단법인 기계진흥협회 기술연구소내의 MAP Test Center에서 실시했던 MIN-MAP의 물리층(Physical Layer)규격에 의한 적합성 시험을 받으면서 얻은 시험항목과 문제점 및 해결방안을 적기로 한다.

인체에 안전하고 유효한 화장품을 개발하고 제품의 질을 평가하기 위하여 표준화된 안전성 및 유효성 시험방법이 필요하며, 기능성 화장품 등 제품의 개발 환경에 맞추어 신규 시험방법의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 또한 유럽에서부터 시작되고 있는 화장품 영역에서의 동물실험을 줄이려는 경향에 따라 동물대체 실험 법도 동시에 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 일반 화장품 및 기능성 제품 개발에 필요한 피부에서의 안전성 및 유효성 시험 법에 대한 현황과 표준화의 필요성에 대한 제안과 새로운 시험법의 개발 전망에 대하여 알아보고, 동물 대체 실험 법에 대한 연구 동향과 전망에 관해 기술하였다.

This study attempted to understand awareness for the overall need of family counseling and aims at providing a direction of support for family counseling that is leveled at married immigrant women and their families. To achieve this, this study analyzed data from the 2010 National Multicultural Families Survey, which was conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Frequency, distribution, and hierarchical multipleregression analyses on demographic variables, Korean language skills, social support, satisfaction of family relations, and experience of family counseling were conducted in view that these were factors that affected awareness for family counseling, with a total of 58,072 immigrant women who came to Korea. The results of this study are as follows: First, Korean language skills, social support, satisfaction of family relations, the study revealed that subjects recognized the need for family counseling as moderate and their Korean language skills were also moderate. Social supporters did not exceed more than two people including from both Koreans and their country natives, and subjects were satisfied with the relationships to their spouse, children, and parents in-law. Second, there were differences in opinion between the nationalities of the married immigrant women regarding the need for family counseling. Third, the following is the result of the influence of the awareness of the need for family counseling based on the demographic variables of the existence or non-existence of Korean language ability, social support, satisfactory family relationships and previous experience of family counseling.

본 고에서는 반도체 산업에서 제조 생산성 향상의 필요성을 논하였고, 생산 자동화/통합화와 제조생산성과의 관계에 대하여 기술하였다. 반도체 공정의 생산성 향상을 위해서는 우선 생산 정보시스템 Infrastructure가 구축되어야 하고 이를 기반으로 하여 각 자원 및 기능 간의 효율적인 조정이 필요하다. 특히, Moore's Law에 필요한 효율의 달성을 위해 물류시스템의 자동화/통합화 그리고 반도체 공장의 설계/운영의 합리화를 위한 노력이 종합적으로 이루어져야 한다.

본 연구는 예방적 건강행위에 대한 필요성 인식 정도와 실천정도를 파악하고 이를 요인분석하여 산업장의 예방적 건강행위를 이끌기 위한 프로그램의 기틀을 세우기 위해 시도되었다. 연구도구는 참고문헌과 선행연구 등을 참조하여 본 연구자가 만든 설문지를 사전 조사후 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재의 2개 기계제조업체에 근무하는 근로자들이였으며 1989년 5월 5일부터 10일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료 중 탈락 및 기재가 불충분한 질문지를 제외한 284명의 응답자를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS를 이용하여 전산처리하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 예방적 건강행위의 필요성 인식정도의 평균은 122.1점으로 매우 높은 점수분포를 나타냈으며, 실천정도의 평균은 87.6점으로 필요성 인식정도 보다는 낮은 실천정도를 나타냈었다. 2) 예방적 건강행위에 대한 필요성 인식정도와 실천 정도간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 29개 예방적 건강행위 중 20개의 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 이것을 예방적 건강행위에 대한 필요성 인식정도가 높을수록 실천정도가 높은 것을 의미하는 것으로 인식정도가 행위에 영향을 미침을 반영하고 있다. 3) 요인분석결과 29개의 예방적 건강행위 항목들은 7가지의 요인으로 범주화되었으며 각 범주들은 요인부하량이 높은 것들을 참고로 하여 보건의료자원활동을 통한 예방적 건강행위, 개인위생에 대한 예방적 건강행위, 작업과 관련된 건강행위, 식습관을 통한 예방적 건강행위, 휴식을 통한 예방적 건강행위, 기호습관(금연, 금주)을 통한 예방적 건강행위, 활동을 통한 예방적 건강행위등으로 명명할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 생산직에 종사하고 있는 근로자들은 예방적 건강행위에 대한 필요성을 깊이 인식하고 있으나, 실천정도는 그에 미치지 못하고 있었다. 그러나 예방적 건강행위의 필요성 인식정도와 실천정도간의 상관관계에서 29개 항목중 20개 항목에서 유의한 상관관계를 보여 인식정도가 높을 수록 실천정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 근로자의 건강에 대한 인식 및 태도가 가장 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는 산업간호사의 역할 중 보건교육에 대한 업무가 보다 중요한 비중으로 수행되어져야 함을 시사하는 결과라고 볼수 있다.

기존의 대부분의 정보 검색 시스템은 문서에 대한 ‘자동 색인 단계’를 거쳐 질의자의 요구에 적합한 문서들을 추출하도록 되어 있다. 이 과정에서 얼마나 적합한 문서를 빠짐없이 검색하였는가 하는 문제가, 검색 시스템의 효율성들 판단하는 데 가장 중요한 열쇠가 된다. 이 글에서는 ‘명사’ 중심의 키워드 추출이 안고 있는 몇 가지 문제점들에 관해서 논의하였다. 즉, 합성어 키워드 구축의 필요성, 동사 구문 정보에 대한 필요성, 부사구 표현에 대한 기술 필요성, 그리고 발화 상황이 고려되어야 하는 점등이 검토되었고, 이에 관한 해결책으로, 어휘정보 및 어절 정보, 나아가 구문 정보들을 담고 있는, 보다 체계적인 한국어 사전 시스템이 구축되어야 함을 강조하였다.

The importance of international science and technology cooperation is growing more and more, but we do not know much about what criteria could be used to choose a science or a technology that needs international cooperation first and foremost among many kinds of competing sciences and technologies. Moreover, this selection process is affected by evaluators' or science/technology experts' perception, but we do not quite know what they actually see when they evaluate the needs of international cooperation. This study investigates the conditions that international science and technology cooperation is encouraged by scholars and researchers in various areas. Based on theoretical arguments of Transaction Cost Economics, Measurement View, and Knowledge-Based View, we drew hypotheses on when experts perceive greater needs of international cooperation. Using the classification categories of 10 major sciences and technologies, we collected data from 151 respondents from scientists in research institutions and colleges. As a result, we found that experts in science and technology areas perceive strong needs of international cooperation when the importance of focal science or technology is high and the relative national level of focal science or technology is low. Also, we found that the importance and relative level of focal science and technology have positive moderating effects each other. Lastly, we found that when experts evaluate their own major areas, the strength of positive relationship between the importance of science and technology and needs of international cooperation is diminished.
