AIS와 선박 제원 DB를 이용한 부산북항의 대기오염물질 배출량 산정에 대한 연구

  • 최근 국제 운송에 큰 부분을 차지하는 해상운송에서의 오염물질 배출이 큰 논란이 되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 고속·대형의 컨테이너선, 크루즈, 여객선, 기타선 등이 기항하는 부산북항을 대상으로 선박의 배출물질을 계산하였다. 선박 대기오염물질 산정을 위해서는 선박의 활동 정보와 배출물질 계산에 활용할 선박 마력 정보가 필요하다. 먼저 AIS를 이용하여 선박 활동정보를 수집하고, 선박 마력은 선박 특성이 뚜렷한 컨테이너선과 탱커선의 제원을 DB화하여 추정하였다. 선박의 배출물질을 산정할 수 있는 추정 알고리즘을 개발하고 이를 이용하여 황산화물, 질소산화물, 입자상물질, 휘발성유기화합물의 배출물질을 계산한 결과 각각 48.3%, 42.5%, 5.4%, 3.8%의 비율로 산출되었다.

  • It needed the calculation of the required tugboat's power to move the damaged vessel to the safe area for reducing the additional damages. In this paper, it was verified the theoretical calculation method on the required power of tugboat through the 93m real ship tests. From the experiments, it was considered that the theoretical calculation method was sufficient to estimate the required power of tugboat. The resistance of the locked propeller was relatively big portions compared with other static resistances such as air resistance, frictional resistance and residual resistance. And dynamic resistance induced by swing movement and yawing was continuously occurred and it also was great effects on the total resistance. In the future, the safety factor will be considered and the exact prediction of ship's resistance will enhance the efficiency of tugboat because of the minimization of safety factor.

트라이볼로지 관점에서 본 피스톤-실린더계의 연구개발

  • 신엔진 개발에서 동력을 증대시키려는 연구와 얻어진 에너지가 엔진을 구동시키기 위한 내부에 너지로 소비되지 않고 가능한 제동마력으로 보내려는 에너지 절약의 측면에서 접근하려는 연구가 있다. 전자의 연구개발은 연료와 공기의 열유동 해석, 혼합비 조절, 점화시기 및 방법, 연료의 선정, 터보차저의 설치, 즉 엔진에 공급되는 고열원부의 열량 $Q_H$ 를 증가 시키든지 또는 대기중으로 방출하는 저열원부의 열량$Q_L$ 을 어떻게 감소시키느냐에 관심을 가지고 있는 연구이다. 그러나 후자의 경우는 이미 생산된 에너지를 가능한 한 소비시키지 않고 모두 제동 마력으로 보내도록 노력하는 연구, 즉 트라이몰로지에 기초를 둔 연구개발 분야이다. 엔진개발 에서 트라이볼로지의 역할은 대단히 중요하나 기술 자체가 대단히 미시적이기 때문에 신기술 개발이 대단히 어려우며, 이 분야의 필요성이 크게 대두된 것도 십수년 전에 불과하므로 기술 축적이 많이 안된 분야 중의 하나이다. 트라이볼로지 기술의 필요성이 현저하게 부각되기는 하 였지만 해결하기가 대단히 어려운 분야이다. 그러나 일단 섬세하고도 미시적인 트라이볼로지 기술의 벽을 극복하면 큰 효과를 발휘하게 된다. 고도의 첨단기술을 개발하고 적용해야 하는 선진기술국에서는 에너지 절약의 측면보다는 새로운 기술개발의 측면에서 트라이볼로지 기술을 적극적으로 지원하고 있다.

  • The engine core of a 65hp-turboshaft engine for UAV is developed and modified into a 55lbf-turbojet engine. Since the core engine is installed with a propelling nozzle, which has the same mass flow characteristics as the power generator of the turboshaft engine its mechanical and aerodynamic characteristics are basically the same as those of the complete engine. Engine output is not shaft power but thrust force that is easier to measure. The core engine is very useful for core test purpose. Besides, the core engine itself can be directly used for propulsion of small air vehicles.

  • This paper presents a model for the optimal design of dendritic water distribution systems using linear progranning technique. The optimization model was formulated and applied to a coastal region reclamation project site located in Hae-Ham, Jun-Nam province. The water distribution systems in the region had aleady been designed using a hydraulic simulator(BRANCH). The optimization model developed in this research utilized the data given in the report of the project. The comparison between the systems designed by the simulator and by the optimization model shows that the optimization model provides better results and can be utilized more efficiently in the design of dendritic water distribution systems.

  • The KC-100 has completed civil type certification with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, and is currently under development as an unmanned aerial vehicle as part of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. The Certification Technology of small Unmanned Airplane system (CTsUA system), which is an unmanned KC-100, is being developed to enable the installation of heavy-duty mission equipment and long-time flight missions. This study investigated the process and results of analyzing various parameters such as aircraft weight, airspeed, flight altitude, required horsepower, and fuel consumption at each stage to construct a mission profile based on the operational concept of the CTsUA system. To maintain a maximum take-off weight of 3,600 lbs (1,633 kg), the analysis determined that the weight of the application equipment for the unmanned system should be kept below 80 lbs (36 kg).

  • This study is about ship horsepower prediction of machine learning method using the big data of ship. Currently, new ships use the ISO15016 method to predict external environmental resistance through mathematical equations but due to complicated equations and requires many input variables so it is less applicable to be used in ship. In this recent research, we propose a model capable of predicting ship performance with high performance using SVM (Support Vector Machine) algorithm which shows excellent performance in recent prediction and recognition. The proposed predictive model has the advantage of being able to predict better performance than ISO15016 only if secured big data is used. In this study, we compared the ISO15016 technique and the SVM algorithm-based horsepower analysis method using the 178K bulk carrier's voyage data to reduce ship model data preparation, which is a disadvantage of ISO15016, and improve inaccurate horsepower prediction performance.

  • Turbo compressors need high speed rotating impeller in structure, high rate gearbox and conventional induction motor. This mechanical system increased moment of inertia and mechanical friction loss. Recently turbo compressor has adopted a super high-speed motor and driver and have made its size smaller and mechanical friction loss at minimum. In this paper, variable super high - speed motor controller, compressor controller and MMI controller are implemented with only one DSP (TMS320VC33) chip for a 150HP, 70,000rpm direct drive turbo compressor. It was required hardware and software integration. The result of integration, Controller hardware became simple and all control software are developed same developing tool. The implements turbo compressor meets the requirements.

It have to do unitification of each controller"s hardware and software. The result of study is applied to a 150Hp direct turbo compressor and makes it goods.oods.
