Consumers have recently preferred to purchase extensive UV intercepting products, which are waterproof and free from side effects on skin. During the testing of cytotoxicity (in-vitro) in neutral red (NR) method, cell survival ratio of UV-B interceptors decreased to just above 0.08 w/v%, and it was observed that the UV-A interceptors the ratio also decreased to just above 0.06 w/v%. In addition patch-tests of inorganic UV interceptors resulted in no skin irritation even below 10.0 and 11.25. In absorption curves, UV-B was most suitable for octyl methoxycinnamate (OMC) and UV-A for butyl methoxy dibenzoylmethane (BMDM). For this reason, $Nylonpoly^{TM}$ UVA/UVB the material of OMC and BMDM coated with Nylon & polyethylene, was used as the organic UV interceptor. Zinc oxide (ZnO) and titanium dioxide ($TiO_2$) was used as inorganic UV interceptors. The appropriate mixture ratio of ZnO and $TiO_2$ was 6 to 4:6% of ZnO, 4% of $TiO_2$ and 5% of $Nylonpoly^{TM}$ UVA/UVB were all combined and added to our sunscreen cream. The SPF value of in-vitro was 38.9. In practical application, each sun protection factor (SPF) duration of oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion and water-in-silicone (W/S) emulsion containing sunscreen cream of the same content showed that W/S type of sunscreen cream was 5 times as durable as the other. Therefore, this product is fit for use in swimming, climbing or skiing. This research is to minimize skin trouble caused by UV interceptors and to make one with proper softness, skin safety and UV intercepting efficiency.

정서와 생리반응 (자율신경계 반응) 간의 관계에 관하여 성인을 대상으로 최근가지 많은 연구가 행해져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 동일한 실험참여자를 대상으로 일정 기간 동안 여러 회의 반복실험을 통해 정서(기쁨, 슬픔, 분노, 공포, 혐오)에 따른 자율신경계의 반응의 일관성과 정서별 자율신경계 반응 패턴을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 실험에 앞서 저서를 유발하기 우한 도구인 정서유발자극세트와 정서에 대한 심리반응을 평가하기 위한 정서평가척도가 제작되었다. 정서유발자극세트는 2-4분 정도의 각 정서 장면이 포함된 총 5개의 동영상 장면들이다. 예비실험을 통해 70％ 이상의 적합성 및 효과성을 가진 4개의 세트를 추출하여 본 실험에 사용하였다. 본 실험은 남녀 대학생 12명을 대상으로 4회 반복해서 실시되었다. 실험참여자들은 각 정서 장면을 시청 후, 유발된 정서에 대한 심리적인 평가를 하였다. 측정한 자율신경계 생리반응 변수는 ECG, PPG, EDA, SKT이었다. 연구 결과, 심리반응에서 정서유발자극세트는 75％ 이상의 적합성 및 효과성을 보였다. 생리반응(ECG, EDA) 분석 결과, 정서에 따른 자율신경계 반응은 회기별로 일관적이었으며, 각 정서별로 특정적인 생리반응 패턴을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

삼염화인(Phosphorus trichloride)의 노출기준은 눈, 피부, 점막 그리고 호흡기계 기관지 자극의 가능성을 최소화하기 위해 TLV-TWA는 0.2ppm(1.1 mg/㎥), TLV-STEL은 0.5ppm(2.8 mg/㎥)으로 권고하였다. 삼염화인은 직접 피부 접촉 시 심각한 화상을 유발할 수 있으며 공기 중 농도 2ppm~27ppm 범위에서 작업자가 급성 노출되면 인두, 기침, 호흡 곤란 및 심한 천식 기관지염을 유발하는 것으로 보고되었다. 물 또는 습한 공기에서 삼염화인은 염산 및 인산으로 분해된다.(ACGIH의 인산 TLV 문서를 참조하는 것이 필요함). 피부흡수(Skin), 감작제(SEN)의 경고주석과 발암성을 표기하기에는 유용한 자료가 충분하지 않다.

As research results showed that ozonated olive oil has excellent therapeutic effects on skin diseases, attempts were made to develop cosmetics manufacturing technology using ozone. Ozone is harmful to the human body, so a separate facility must be prepared to manufacture ozonated olive oil as a cosmetic raw material. The manufacturing device developed in this study was designed as an optimized process for manufacturing cosmetics while ensuring the safety of workers involved in production. To verify the ozonated olive oil produced from the implemented device, a toxicity test was conducted on animals. After applying ozonated oil (high concentration) to the rabbit's back for 24 hours, mortality, general symptoms and symptoms were measured. A skin irritation evaluation was performed. As a result of the experiment, as a result of evaluating the test substance treatment area after a certain period of time, it was confirmed that no skin irritation was observed in all animals, confirming the safety of the ozonated oil production process and the safety of the product.

The purpose of this study is to estimate human emotion quantitatively under colors and music stimuli and to examine the for correlation between color and music sensibility. Physiological signals(electroencephalogram, electrocardiogram, Galvanic skin conductivity and respiration rate) were measured to compare color with music sensibilities. The personality of the subject were investigated using factor analysis and semantic differential method of 20 items(7 interval scaled). The results showed that red, yellow and violets color provoked active and exciting senses mainly as dance, rock and blues music. While blue, cyan and pink colors ware involved in tranquil and resting emotions deeply as classic and ballade music.

부항은 열 또는 음압(陰壓)장치에 의하여 부항단지 안에 음압을 조성하여 피부에 붙임으로써 피를 뽑거나 울혈(鬱血)을 일으키며 물리적 자극을 주어 병을 치료한다. 부항으로 얻어지는 물리적인 자극은 혈액순환을 촉진하고, 죽은피를 빼냄으로써 혈관을 자극하고 그로인해 다양한 효과를 얻는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 신장에 해당하는 명문혈을 자극하여 신장과 관련된 음성분석 요소의 변화를 측정하였다. 이를 위해 신장에 이상이 없는 피실험자 10명을 선정하고 신장에 해당하는 명문혈을 자극하기 전과 후의 음성을 수집하였다. 실험은 음성분석 요소 중 신장과 관련된 1 Formant Bandwidth를 적용하여 신장 명문혈 자극 전과 후의 변화를 측정, 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 90%의 피실험자가 값이 감소하는 현상을 보였으며, 이를 통해 명문혈 자극에 따른 신장과 음성신호와의 상관성을 분석할 수 있었다.

자외선 차단제는 화장품 원료 중 주요 자극원의 하나이다. 그러나 자오선 차단제를 고분자로 만들 경우 피부에 도포 되었을 때 경피흡수가 불가능 하여 피부 자극 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 PVBC와 alkylhydroxycinnamate를 반응시켜 고분자 자외선 차단제를 합성하였다, PVBC는 benzylic chloride를 가지고 있는 고분자로서 이 작용기는 친핵성 치환반응이 용이하므로 side chain modification이 가능하다. PVBC와 alkyl hydroxycinnamate의 반응에서 반응성은 alkyl hydroxycinnamate의 크기와 반응에 첨가된 촉매의 종류에 영향을 받는다. 효율이 낮은 촉매를 사용할 경우에는 alkyl hydroxycinnamate의 크기가 작을수록 반응수율이 높았으며, 높은 효율을 갖는 촉매를 사용할 경우에는 alkyl hydroxycinnamate의 종류에 관계없이 반응수율은 100%였다. 실험에 사용한 PVBC는 평균 분자량이 55,000이었으며, 고분자의 구조와 분자량은 NMR과 GPC로 확인하였다. 고분자 자외선 차단제의 자외선 흡수 능력은 OMC에 비해 65 - 94% 였으며, caprylic/capric triglyceride에 좋은 용해도를 보여주었다.

Ghana is the country that produces world's biggest production of Cacao. Cacao is the main ingredient of chocolate, which has been widely used in a variety of food as its anti-oxidantal effect is well known to public. Moreover, Ghana-produced Cacao is known to have a bigger amount of polyphenol compared to the ones produced elsewhere, and as they are not processed with alkali Ghana-produced Cacoa is slightly acidic as it is. This project aimed at analysing this natural Ghana Cacao's polyphenol composition, developed cosmetic mask using it and don skin irritation tests in order to study skin improvement effect. As a result, it was found that Ghana-produced Cacao contains approximately 3.6% of tannin, showing 5.6 pH. From the result of the first skin irritation test, the result of experiment of the cometic masks which contain 15% of Ghana cacao powder showed that the irritation was not shown. After 120 minutes, in the experiment of skin improvement effect, it was proved to have skin improvement effect, appearing 20% increase in skin moisture, -17% decrease in skin moisture evaporation, convergence of 5.3pH, 24% increase in skin elasticity.

1) 급성독성시험: 랫드와 마우스 공히 투여후 5~6일에 농도의존적의 강한 독성이 발현 되었으며 표적장기로는 소화기계, 임파계, 조혈기계 등으로 나타났다. 랫드에서의 반수 치사량은 암수 각각 771.9(505.6~1178.4)mg/kg과 479.8(302.7~760.4)mg/kg이었으며 마우스에서는 암수 각각 527.4(393.7~701.1)mg/kg과 463.0(308.8~694.2)mg/kg 이었다. 2) 유전독성: S. typhimurium을 이용한 복귀돌연변이시험, CHL세포를 이용한 염색체이상 시험, 마우스에서의 소핵시험결과 DA-125는 돌연변이 유발능을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 국소자극성: 혈관주위주사에 의한 피부자극성 시험결과 DA-125는 adriamycin의 3배 용량에서 궤양, 괴사등 유사한 병변이 유발되었으나, 병변회복은 adriamycin에 비해 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 또한 토끼에서의 안점막자극시험 결과에서 DA-125는 실제적으로 자극이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was performed to evaluate the acute skin and eye irritation of plant extracts (neem and sophora) against rabbit. The result of skin irritation test indicated that neem extracts and sophora extracts were not irritant. For eye irritation test, the result showed no irritation for neem extracts. Sophora extracts have a severe eye irritation and the symptoms have been reduced to day 3. Thus, safety guidelines for agricultural workers is considered to be needed when sophora extracts is used as an organic agricultural materials.
